Great chilidog. Bad cheese fries. Basically the cheese fries were flavorless. Straight unseasoned potato wedges fried with oil. Throw cheese on top plus whatever you added at the register, probably bacon and chives. No seasonings (not even salt), no butter, etc... The wedges themselves were welded together because instead of semi-fluid cheese its just straight regular cheese that acts like glue and creates a single solid mass. Basically if you think of going to Fuddruckers for some cheese fries, go somewhere else and get a baked potato. Itll be easier to add butter and salt too. Chilidog was great though.

I cant say that it is the worlds best, but pretty close. The bun was fantastic and tastes like it was just baked. The meat was cooked just as I requested. The bar fixins cannot be beat by anyone. I like Pico de Gallo and theirs was very good. They have lettuce sliced and shredded or whole, same for onions. This place has to be tried by everyone who likes a good burger. They were busy, I had to stand in line and they burger came fast, all made fresh. You wont be sorry. Dean

Tried to use the coupon that was emailed to me for joining the Fudd Club and was told I wouldnt be able to because I wanted a turkey burger instead of beef. Nowhere on the coupon does it specify that the burger needs to be beef, it says nothing about substitutions, and I would have gladly just paid the difference on the burgers, but they wouldnt let me. Thats incredibly frustrating. Hopefully its just this location and Ill get better service at a different one.

I love Fudruckers. It is my favorite hamburger place. The burgers are very good. Especially the Turkey and Buffalo burgers. But more to the point, I get a completely naked burger and I can enhance it with a vide arrangement of condiments. More than any other place I know. This is just lots of fun. ON the negative side this particular location is a complete zoo. It is always very crowded and very noisy. If you can, trek over to the Frankford location.

Best chicken sandwiches and fries! They were out of chips when we went (on a Saturday night), which left my son disappointed (he wanted nachos), but he settled for a burger and said it was the best burger hes ever had. Im from out of town and since the Fuddruckers locations all closed around my hometown, I make sure to visit one whenever I can and this location did not disappoint. Helpful staff and clean restaurant. Cant wait to go back!

Trying to navigate the area and get into the parking lot was a nightmare! Whoever designed the traffic patterns should be fired. HOWEVER...the food is absolutely great as are most Fuddruckers. The saving grace for this experience was the management staff. WONDERFUL customer service and interaction with them. It will make the decision to go back much easier despite the horrible traffic. Thanks guys!

I had built up the hype and I think pop culture also helped in that regard in making Fuddruckers but it is just ok.i ordered the sandwich with the egg which was ok and made to order. It was just very overwhelming. I will say I like the salad/ fix-ins bar because the items were very fresh and tasted really good. I didnt get a chance to indulge in dessert so I may return to try dessert.

This was my first experience eating at a Fuddruckers, The food was great!!!! However the assistant manager on shift today (between 3-4pm) seemed to be bored out of his mind. He attended us at the register and almost made me want to walk out and go elsewhere, however we didnt because we wanted to try it out. We are very pleased with the food, I will probably not return.

Seems like it can be an alright place. but when I ordered my burger they asked how I wanted it cooked, I figured they wouldnt cook it right, so I said medium. Well I got the burger and it was rare and bleeding all over the place. I was so displeased that I didnt even want to ask for remake. Probably the worst $24 Ive spent on food yet. Thats not much, but still...

The food is good and you can make your burger the way you want it. My only dislike is the shameful amount of fries they give you later in the day. I have literally gotten 5 fries on my plate before. otherwise, service is great, and the management frequently ask if you have everything you need. bathrooms are clean. tables stay spotless.

The Great American Hamburger done right! I love a good cheeseburger, and love FUDDRUCKERS as you might note from my reviews all over the country. Where ever I am, I search Google for Fuddruckers, and if one is near, Im on it. Great burger, great bun, great condiments, great shakes, and great service. What more could you ask for?

They got both me and my roommates burgers wrong and when we went up the the desk the night manager was reluctant to remake our food the way we ordered it. As this was my first time here, I am almost reluctant myself on coming back to this location because of the terrible service and how the manager treated us

We arrived about a half hour before it closed, however the staff was still quite friendly to our group, and we never felt rushed or hurried when it was closer to their closing time. The burgers were fresh and quite delicious! Definitely will come back when Im in Grapevine again.

Was seated, then sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming to take a drink order. Looked around and saw at least 4 other tables having the same issue so we left. On a side note the Whataburger across the street is awesome, food was great and came out quick!

My favorite burger place in this area. How can you go wrong with a place that gives you a burger, than lets YOU cover it with nacho cheese and your choice of toppings from serve yourself salad type bar! AND they have a STEAK SANDWHICH. OMG! Delicious.

Service is fast when not crowded. Veggie bar always seems to be well stocked. Burgers are always cooked perfect. One of three soda machines always seems to be down thus making long lines to get drinks.
