Came here because of the wonderful reviews from friends and online. Thought it would be a great experience... Ordered a bacon cheeseburger on their regular sourdough bun. First off, their steak fries werent too bad but they had no seasoning, I make better from home. Second, their burgers are bland, that is if you can even taste the burger because the buns are so huge thats all you taste. Very dry, and after a while my bun got soggy and gross. I didnt even touch it after that. My boyfriend agreed about the experience, we ate the same thing. Also, it gives you horrible stomach aches after and... Yeah. I recommend Mooyahs if you want awesome burger and fries.

This was the worst hamburger experience Ive had to date. The hamburger was WAY overcooked with NO seasoning at all. I asked for a Turkey Burger and got a beef one instead. The bacon was hard as the steak fries they tried to feed me. I took ONE bite and pushed it away. Instead of the waiter asking what was wrong or what he could do to try to fix the situation he said ok and took my plate while tapping his fingers on our table. I spent 40.00 on THREE hamburgers. Not even together was even one eaten if you added all three plates together. I HIGHLY recommend NOT coming to this establishment. I will be seeking a refund for this visit for sure.

Excellent food, outstanding service. I am not really a burger person but this was amazing and Im going back again and again. The burger was hand-made and fresh, not frozen, thick and well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The bun is a slightly sweet sourdough with just the right amount of give (necessary because you have to squish it down to eat it, its huge). Toppings were fresh and tasty, the menu variety was excellent, the fried pickles were good, the vanilla shake was hand-made with local ice cream. And they have turkey burgers and veggie burgers too! Wish Id had room for more but did I mention the burger was huge?

COCKROACH ALERT! I hate to do have to do this because Ive eaten here before and its always been delicious but today was not their best moment. With my first sip of water on a 100 degree day I literally sucked this cockroach up my straw and into my mouth, immediately spitting it out on to the table in front of my girlfriend. On our way out I brought it up at the counter without making a scene and as nice as the guy was, this used magazine coupon was all that they had to offer as a consolation. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Ordered the Pancho Villa burger and the bacon wasnt cooked. I let them know it wasnt cooked and he assured me that it was, however it looked raw. They offered me a side of bacon to make up for it but I didnt even want to finish the half of my burger that was left due to raw bacon being on it. They gave me half off my order when I couldnt even finish it. Any other restaurant would have taken it off the check or at least offered a new one with everything cooked properly.

This place is not good. The food is marginal at best. Burgers are ridiculously large. So thick, gray and not seasoned. Bottlecap Alley in Grapevine is way better as are a number of burger places in the Dallas area like Maple and Motor. Dont believe the hype. The fries remind me of frozen fries. The service was not great either. I ordered a to go order and no one as much as offered me a glass of water as I sat and waited 20 min. for my order.

Not sure if some of these reviewers ate at the same place. I think this is definitely the best burger in Denton, really the best north of Grapevine that Ive had. Beef is fresh, well cooked and seasoned, and the bun is excellent. Have been several times and its been consistently excellent, looking forward to the many visits in the future. Try the spicy RG All Star Burger, not for the faint of heart but very delicious!

Really weird restaurant. Not only is the decor bizarre, but there is no indication as to whether it is seat yourself or wait to be seated, and the menus are stored in the middle of the restaurant on a table. The waitresses were flustered and unfriendly, and it took quite a while to get our food. The food was also sub-par. Ive had better fried pickles at an arcade, and the burger was so-so. I wont eat there again.

We accidentally happened upon this place when the Chilis wait time was just too long and we were starving. We ended up LOVING IT. Friendly staff, amazing food. And just overall good service. Gives you the feel of a true "maw and paw shop" diner unique to denton. We went on a friday night and still had fast service and our food quick even with a packed house and short wait time. Its a hidden gem in town for sure.

I had a craving for a good juicy burger and this place delivered. The only thing that kepte from giving them a 5 was the service. They werent rude or anything but when you hear a server complaining about their job and having differwnt ppl come to your table each time, who even gets or deserves a tip, im not splitting $5 to the 4 ppl that came to my table and im not giving 5 to each person either.

My wife and I visited RG because we had a Groupon for their Denton location. The waiter was very attentive and the burgers were great, but the fries were undercooked. I mentioned it to the waiter and he said hed mention it, but it sounded like that is how they cook them. The burgers average $7-10 and include fries. Good place to eat, just order your fries "extra crispy"

This has to be the best burger Ive had in quite a while. I had the Spicy RG Burger and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was just as good and attentive. Its about 30 minutes from where I live to get there, but I have to say that its the only burger I want. Well definitely be going back. I want to try the Nathans hot dogs they have...they look good on the menu.

Been here only a handfulI of times. I give them five for portion, price, and consistency. This place will fill your ass up, and when talking food portions its cheaper than places in the immediate area. Everybody is asking for boxes and turning away those last few fries. They make sure youre fed. The patties have been done right each time Ive been as well.

The food here is excellent! I ordered the cheeseburger with steak fries and was completely satisfied. The burger was arguably the best Ive ever had in this price range ($10 for burger fries and drink). They give you unlimited fries, but I was so full that I didnt even go for a second basket of fries. This is my go-to place when I want a great burger.

The restaurant is clean, well decorated, and the staff is friendly. The burgers are great, and you get all the steak fries you can eat! There are so many options, and there is a new special every month (something like a the burger of the month, fries and a drink for $6). Really enjoyed this place, and I cant wait to go back!
