The reason I quitted here they are so lazy and rude yeah I know Im on my phone when theres no one there to order or anything.This has been my 3Rd time working at this place and I still get the same freaking results.Lets just say they dont care about there coustmers or there employees. First time I worked there I was sexaully assaulted by employee I told the manager she said we need the phone records to see who started it and its hard for a employee to tell a manager this. But being pinned to the sink and some tall big black guy pulling up your shirt is pretty frightening and I told her and the guy said I was lying I wouldnt lie about something like that. After the fact thinking he would be let go and he never was also made me mad. The month all that happened a male coustmer comes in and says something sexual to me and I didnt feel comfortable so I told her again. She said oh I guess you where abused by man so I quitted when she said that. The next time I came to work there again it was the same manager and she never showed up on time and left me to do everything with just one cook and me doing drive thru and front counter and coustmers started getting angery and I told her she was still rude as ever so I left again . Now thinking third time would be a charm to come back no it wasnt but I know that i have a problem being on my phone when no body is there but when its busy they should be helping not on there phones. I worked at many places of fast food but when you have orders in drive thru you need someone to package the food and hand it to you and give it out not them being on there phones and coustmers getting really upset when the get there order wrong. But what really ticked me off is there rudeness and there lack of not caring for there coustmers. A coustmer came to me and said there are millions of bees by the drive thru menu and her grand daughter is highly allergic and my dad is to and he comes there. I told them they said what are we supposed to do Im like its called call pest control so people and employees dont get strung this place really ticks me off. And that whole place seems like everythings broken hopefully I can find a better job. what also upset me was being threatened by a employee

So my wife and I have visited this location semi-frequently and cant think of too many instances where there wasnt something wrong, "the charbroiler is down, we cant make your whopper," or "I am sorry the sundae is advertised on our drive thru menu, we dont carry that item..." but this past Thursday, April 2, 2015 takes the cake. We order her a large water, because she doesnt really drink soda, to go along with a $24 order. A few hours later, she gets to the bottom of the cup and no more water is coming out of the straw, so she decides to take off the lid to get the last little bit of water and eat the ice. HORRIBLE IDEA, or lucky, depending on how you look at it... At the bottom of the cup, was the remains (portion of abdomen and a leg) of what appeared to be a Crane Fly or "mesquito eater." She freaked out (like many people, she does not handle bugs well)! Disgusted and nearing vomiting over the wonder of how much of this she had already ingested prior to discovery, I attempted to contact the location... No answer. It was about 11PM so I figured they were busy closing up and didnt hear the phone. I tried calling back the next morning at 11AM. Again, no answer. I gave them another hour, no answer... I am calling the number printed on the receipt. So I think maybe I will try the corporate customer service line. I called them about 12:30PM Friday afternoon, at which point I was informed my concerns were forwarded to the district manager and general manager and that I would be contacted shortly. At 4:30PM, I still hadnt heard from anyone, so I called back and was assured someone would be contacting me shortly. Saturday no response... Sunday, no response... Monday afternoon, still hadnt heard anything, so I called customer service again, and was apologized to for no one having contacted me and assured someone would contact me. Tuesday no contact, with another call into the customer service number with the same responses from them. Now we are at Wednesday, with NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!!! And yet again, the usual response from the customer service dept... NOT HAPPY!

I went to this location to eat and let my kids play, ordered my food at 8:40pm and didnt receive the food until 8:55 then at 8:57 was told we needed to go cause they were closing at 9:00!!!! Online says they close at 12am and there was nothing posted on the doors that they were closing at 9:00 and they asked me when I ordered if it was to go or dine in!! Why didnt you tell me when I ordered at 8:40 that yall were closing at 9:00?? I asked why they were closing early and the MANAGER said cause they have lives outside of burger king! Then when I said I was going to call corporate an employee said "go ahead it wont do you any good cause we are a franchise" on top of all of this every table in the play area was filthy!!! Oh and as I left there was a note that looked like a toddler scribbled that they were closing at 9:00!! And a guy drove up as o was getting in my car and one of the employees told him the system went down and they had to close!! Lies!!!!

Always have problems here. Last trip I waited in line for 22 minutes to get to the speaker. Silence for several minutes so I say "hello". Employee informs me that they will be with me in a minute. 4 minutes of silence so I ask again for assistance. Same response from employee. 6 more minutes of silence. So after 30 minutes in drive thru and still not even placing my order I leave. Previous trip they said "we cant take your order for 15 minutes". When I inquired as to why they said that the computers were resetting. This would be understandable if it was a one time occurrence but Ive heard that one twice now. Shake machine never works. The best time is when I went and they were out of Whoppers and French fries ....home of the whopper...but out of stock. Luckily I was just getting nuggets for the kids. The nuggets are good and cheap...that is the only good thing I can think of to say.

Quite possibly the worse value for time and money. Asked to wait nearly 10 minutes for order in the drive thru by pulling up. Clerk said food was being made fresh. Ordered the A1 Thick and Hearty with 10 pc nuggets and barbeque sauce. Fries and nuggets where cold. No barbeque sauce. Burger was dry and somewhat stale in taste, also no sauce or condiments on sandwhich. Order total came out to almost $11.00. The old Soviet state ran diners where better than this... geesh. For the same time and money, I could have ate up the street either at Texas Kitchen or IHOP thus ending up with a far better meal. Fast food is overall becoming a terrible value for the money but this is worse among the worse ranking right with Wendys on 183 and Euless Main. My advice...either go to a sit down diner or stop by Krogers and pick up some groceries. Dont eat there.... !!
