We walked in tonight, a Saturday night anround 7:30, and were told the wait was 30 - 35 minutes. There were 2 or 3 other couples and a couple of other groups of more than 2. I walked around the corner near the kitchen area and I counted 9 empty clean tables. Most were 2 and 4 seater booths. I looked around at the staff and no one seemed busy or in a hurry, so I went back to the host and hostess team where they stood deep in conversation. I interupted them to ask if there was a reason they werent seating people in those available seats and they said "Thanks were handling it." I asked why we were all waiting to be seated and they said "We have to think about the staff." Red Robin your food was good the last time I was able to get in to eat but 2 times in a row now I have walked out of your restaurant hungry. Your business model is only working because people have been conditioned to ignore the service and just keep thinking about how the commercial made them feel. Yummmm We went from here to Lushajs italian place in Euless which was better food and they cared that we were there.

Took my wife and daughter here for a relaxing dinner after a stressful week. We were sat at a booth that obviously had a small child there before because there was trash and food all over the floor. I guess because my daughter is little they expected her to make a mess as well and didnt want to clean it up? My wifes wine glass had lipstick on it that was obvious as well. After looking around on the walls there was splashed ranch or dressing of some sort all over a picture. I mean I get it when a place is busy and you miss something, but we were one of maybe 7 or 8 tables. I will say that the food was good and our server was fantastic for our needs, it is just that the dirty table, floor, wall, and glass really took away from it. One or maybe two of those things I dont mind overall but all that was just a little much.

Went once because I had memories of a great atmosphere, food, and service from another location. Service was horrible - slow, lack of understanding for anything, and lack of general caring for clients. Food was decent. 8 months later, decided to give it a second shot - thinking maybe it was just that one waitress having a bad day. Service was awful again - super slow. Coke was watery and I was charged for it despite the fact that they knew about it. Sangria was $6 but the whole drink was just ice - barely any actual drink. Burgers made my whole family sick once we got home. We were seated in an area that smelled like dirty socks. The only good thing were the fries. Not going back again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice....

Well just keep this simple, made an alteration to dinner arrangements, and decided on Red Robin because of the excellent burgers, great choice of beers and good service. On the plus-side, the Mac & Cheese Double Tavern was excellent. On the downside, the restaurant was disgusting, the toddler high chair looked as if a child had vomitted on the chair, its safe to say it was dirty. Secondly, dead flies in window conveniently placed by your head. Third, I asked the server for information on local beers available, server replied Goose IPA is the only available local beer. FYI Goose Ipa is Busch owned and out of Chicago, pretty far from Texas.

We went there on Saturday evening, December 7 just after the ice storm hit DFW. The food was excellent but the service is what I want to write about. When we left, my car couldnt make it out of the parking lot because of the ice. In fact, I slid all the way down into the Bostons Pizza parking lot next door. Two of Red Robins waiters came out to help push me out of the parking lot. It literally took 90 minutes to get out of the parking lot and on my way home. These guys are super stars in my book. I think their names were Jay and Reese. I just want to say thank you again for going above and beyond to help me out.

It is an old style Red Robin that is in need of some loving care. The tables are all peeling and premaritally sticky because the top layer of polyurethane is coming off. The rest room is frankly gross and not kept up. The food is still traditional Red Robin food. Big burgers and endless steak fries still reign supreme here. They have gotten rid of the clam strips which is a real bummer and I wish that they would bring them back. The staff are friendly but after you get your food you do not see them a whole lot since you pay via a card machine at your table.

I love Red Robin Burgers and endless fries! But this location feels and looks like it has not been cleaned on the inside in years. The place is nasty. The ceiling vents look like they have never been cleaned. The walls, windows and surroundings are dirty. The floor is just plain nasty. Makes you wonder if the kitchen is as disgusting as the seating areas. My wife and I finally quit eating at this location due to the uncleanliness. How does the owner or the managers not see this? I would close this place clean it from top to bottom and then reopen.

First of all we are in Texas, you should warn people that there are beans in the chili...But that is not what causes me to give this experience a 1 star. When you order medium rare and you get a well done, then have it redone and it is still overcooked, that is what gets you a 1 star review in my book. The burger tasted like a frozen patty from a fast food place. The cook needs to be taught to not squeeze the juices out on the grill. Not to mention the bathroom was something out of a nasty truck stop. As far as I am concerned I will never return.

I recently ate at this Red Robin and discovered upon arriving back home the food (more specifically the egg on the burger) was apparently spoiled or rotten. Three hours later and for the next three days my stomach cramps and later bleeding bowel movements confirmed the food served wasnt properly prepared and I had food poisoning there. There are plenty of other more professional eateries nearby ... Buffalo Wild Wings, Boston Market, Outback. I recommend eating anywhere else. ... Stuart

Great selection of burgers and decent options for Gluten Free folks. I also highly recommend the fish & chips! It wasnt my first thought to get at a burger joint, but they rock the batter on that fish! (We come to this place enough, I had to venture out from the great burgers to try the other things on the menu!) Im a big fan of the Royal Red Robin with all the fixings (including an egg cooked to order!). Lots of locations make it easy to find one near by too!

Great food as always, but the prices keep rising and the service is becoming worse. My favorite item on the menu is the bottomless steak fries. In the past, they have been delivered to my table right as I sit down. During my last few visits, I needed to ask multiple times. Additionally, they only bring one small dish which is gone in seconds when shared with my large group. I would rather have the bottomless fries to work on before and through my main meal.
