I have to say I have been to this place quite a few times but after tonight I will never return to this place anymore. I went to order my food and I had no problem waiting then this asian guy comes from the back and seemed quite disturbed then the cashier came from the bathroom which was ok he took a restroom break but seemed like the asian man did not like for his employees to take restroom breaks. So I go to eat my food outside on the patio and my food was horible burger was full of grease and the fries looked like really dark as if the frying oil has not been changed for quite sometime. Then come to find out he fired his employee becuase he took a restroom break which I think that is complete out of this world I have never seen a place like this and run like this the previous owner was much better this one is just very down right rude to his employees you just do stuff like this in the real world. I think this esablishment needs a complete makeover and new ownership. I do not think anyone should try this place by the way they say they are charbroilled and they are not they cook them on a flat grill.

Ive been eating here since it opened about 15 years ago. The original owner was great, really took an interest in his customers. The next owner not so much. Luckily the original cook, Will has started through thick and thin so the quality of the food (especially when he is there) is still pretty good. Service can be spotty though. Sometimes service is quick for a cook to order place, other times it is maddeningly slow although much better over the last several months. The crinkle cut fries are a huge improvement over the fries they used to have so thats a plus. They seem to be a lot better about maintaining the fryers too. The grilled chicken is still a bit small compared to the bun but it is pretty good. Overall youll get pretty good food here but you may wait a while for it.

I loved this place, until tonight that is. I used door dash to get food for my family and I. It ended up taking an hour and 10 minutes to arrive. I understand that things happen with deliveries. My driver said she got lost. There are no excuses for the quality of the food however. The burgers I ordered were soggy with giant dis-proportioned veggies. The fries were nasty and you could tell they were refried. They were soaking in oil. There was no gravy for the chicken tenders or chicken fried steak even though I clearly ordered it. The tenders really needed it cause they are dry as hell. Also the oil needs changed cause things should be fried golden brown not the color I was given. It was a total bust and a complete waste of almost $30.00. I am highly disappointed.

New to the area, decided to give a new place a try...For starters, I was quoted $5.28 for a "Kids Burger" (Mustard & Pickles) #15, I reached window and the girl handed me a large cup and I questioned the size of cup for a kids meal...she stated "O, thats just the size cup I grabbed. (Hmmm...) Than proceeded to give me a receipt that Charged my card 7.28. After waiting 7 minutes for bag with wrong burger(discovered after pulling away). I expressed my concern with a completely different girl that gave me bag with wrong order regarding the cost, She "looked into it" and came back with the original girl that grabs random cups in her reach, $2.00 and a "O sorry bout dat".. Thumbs down...

This is the best hamburger I have had in a long time. We live in Lake Worth and hardly ever go to Arlington anymore. We would drive there 3 times a week just to get a hamburger, they are that good. The fries are amazing, they are fresh-cut and delicious. I got the chili cheese burger and I thought I would never find a chili cheese burger that tasted like the ones I had when I was young. I crave those and now I can have one. My husbands double cheese burger was so big and heavy that he had to eat the meat and cheese off the sides before he even got to the bun. This place is freaking wonderful!!!!!!

I can wholeheartedly say this is true American drive through food. The burgers are juicy, not greasy. The fries are thick and wavy cut. The prices are incredibly fair, and service is fast. The menu has a great selection, and orders are filled as they come in, so you know your food is fresh. This is the pinical of American dive through dining. Even the inside has a great, old America aesthetic. This place one of kind, a true gem in the DFW area. Its not a chain because you simply cant replicate what they do. Side note: they even have veggie burgers!

Ive been here several times for lunch and its great! Their burgers are good, the prices are affordable, and the service is a little bit slow but always extremely friendly. Im happy to wait longer for better food. I always go through the drive thru and have never had a single issue with anything. Tipping is optional but the food is cheap and the people are friendly so Id say they deserve to get that extra dollar or 2. Definitely stop by if youre in the area

Tried to call in an order and was told "I am trying to run a credit card" and was hung up on. Called back and got from another lady" There are 3 credit cards in front of you can you call back in 5 minutes ". No, No I cant Either you need a landline specific to your Internet or perhaps during these hair pulling credit card rushes you should just NOT answer the phone! Busy I understand, but what appears to be dial up service in 2017 makes no sense at all.

The drive through took 20 minutes from order to food in my hand. There were maybe 4 people eating inside and only one other car in the drive through. The food was reasonably priced with much bigger portions than I expected. Burger was dry but had plenty of veggies. Tater tots were very greasy but delicious. Lemonade was watery. I might return to try something different when I have the time to wait.

Great burgers However could use a VERY GOOD CLEANING inside and out had a slippery greasy film on floors and tables as if they were cleaned with the kitchen mop for both the out side add hundreds of cigarette butts in the parking lot near the entrance of the door just made it seem trash just simply needs to be swept up easy fixes and this would be a great family burger joint

While me and my coworker were eating we noticed that the cook went into the womans restroom and cleaned it and also worked on a clogged drain at the soda station, the worst part of it is that a customer walked in and he went straight to cooking and never changed his white gloves. So Go ahead and eat here at your own risk!! BTW Hamburgers are not any better than McDonalds

Really good homemade burgers! The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The customer service is friendly and precise with your order. They make sure you get what you pay for! Unlimited refills on drinks! The hamburger buns could be a little bit better quality but overall, its a juicy, tasty burger! A variety of menu burgers to choose from.
