First time I have been to smash burger. My boyfriend went a few months ago and loved it. So we went this one tonight for dinner to start with we waited a good 10 to 15 minutes in line due to the lady at the register wasnt sure how to do something the manager wouldnt stay and help he was do somethings on the screen then walk away this happened over and over again. Then when it was our turn the cashier kept asking do you want normal or big I said big on all the orders assuming she ment the meal then after we have her the order I mentions this was all a meal and she goes oh ok and fixes it when we are waiting for the food the manager asked if all the hamburgers were meals I said yes the bigger fries then the cashier says oh I made them regular not the bigger sizes the fries sat on the counter for 10 min before being put in a bag the manager then asked when each hamburger was served was this with fries so we had to keep saying yes each time if he was going to do that then why did we have to see the cashier first we finally got home and started eating we only live 5 min from the place and the fries were cold my hamburger had bacon but it was burnt and crispy when I kept eating they took a bunch of salt and tossed it in one spot on the hamburger horrible service and burnt, salty and not so good food will not be going back

Ive given Smashburger to Chances the first time list app was unfriendly rude and disrespectful food was undercooked had to send it back the staff employee took it back and started talking about the customer and why theyre complaining and they sit there and laugh and then I proceeded to demand the manager is happy with her bad attitude manager gave me a free coupon for the problem but his blatant disregard for his staff since he knew about his employee having the attitude I will not return back to the Coppell Smashburger restaurant the mansion ask me again please come back another time I try with another staff the fact that matter is the morale sucks the managers lazy and so is his staff and the store was was filthy and dirty how I really think the whole staff and management need to be retrained on what customer service is people forget that the customers are paying their salary not Smashburger now I just came in to the Smashburger off Justin Road at Highland Village down the staff was very friendly courteous and the altitude or working and cleaning their establishment as the first time Ill see you in a restaurant like this clean

First thoughts when completing my order, wow, this is expensive. Thoughts after eating said expensive meal, wow, well worth it. The total was $37 for four burgers, all with cheese, 3 with bacon, one large drink, one milk shake, and one order of Smashfries. Let me tell you, those Smashfries are awesome. Great hamburgers, great bread and excellent quality. Although this wont be my go to fast food budget hamburger, it will be my go to "fast-food" splurge hamburger.

Excellent food and service every time I eat here. The chefs at this location are outstanding and I find myself complimenting them each visit! Whenever I take those first few bites of a decadent burger customized with their high quality ingredients, I inevitably end up with hot juicy burger goodness running down my hands...they do not mess around. The fresh ingredients, great flavors, preparation, and customer service truly set them apart from the competition!

showed up at what seemed to be a huge rush. I waited in line for about 15 minutes and it took about 40 minutes to get my food but the store was obviously understaffed tonight. The girl at the register (KC I believe?) took the rush like a huge champ, took care of everyone in line (all the while multitasking with making shakes, helping orders get to their tables, etc) and never gave up. someone needs to give that girl a raise. 5 stars for KC!

Consistently the slowest burger joint in Flower Mound. Expect at least a 30 minute wait if they are operating at peak inefficiency. Most of the time its 40 minutes and youre lucky if the order is right. Either they are short staffed or poorly trained to handle their normal traffic. Regardless it falls on management. This place could be much better.

Food tasted amazing...but...took 20 minutes before food got to table, without one order of fries...got those 5 minutes later...all napkins on every table had grease on edges, because of type of dispenser...somebody should smash the dispensers and get new cleaner way to disperse napkins.

Horrible experience today. There was not a single clean table and no one made an effort to clean them so customers could sit to eat. We had to eat outside on rained on chairs. My daughter then found hair in her burger. Numerous customers walked out after waiting too long.

Waited 12 minutes in line and then 30 minutes for food after ordering. Ordered 2 burgers, no bun, wrapped in lettuce. One piece of wilted lettuce beneath each burger. Though slightly cold, the meat and toppings were tastey...gonna stay away for a while for sure.

We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. Then we waited another 30 minutes for our food. The food was decent, but definitely not worth the wait. I wish this was the first time we had issues, but its the same every time.

Terrible customer service. Cancelled my order mid-sentence due to the cashiers dismissive and rude demeanor. I gladly drove five miles to the Lewisville location where Im respected and my business is appreciated.

The food was awesome, but the service wasnt. The manager yelled at some of his employees, and the wait was ridiculous. Definitely not fond of the atmosphere, but still give it a 3 because how great the food is.
