If I could give this place less than one star I definitely would went down there tonight after I called my order in get home and mine and my mothers food is ice cold the french fries were completely grease soaked and cold we only live 3 to 4 minutes away and by the time I got home the food was like this called the man because Ive talked to him many times and Ive been to this restaurant many times and he said there is absolutely nothing he could do because it was made fresh I told him that I could not eat it it was ice cold and no good he still said there was absolutely nothing he could do about it that we were stuck with the meal and that it was probably cold because of the weather although it went straight from the restaurant into a car with the heater blasting and came right from the car into the house and thought it was a little strange that the food to be made fresh in 5 minutes like he told me and on top of all of that my mother bit into her hamburger and there was something very hard in there and chipped a very small part of her tooth off I will never be back to this restaurant again no matter what not even if I was starving

Food great, service not so much. Was given a drink with no lid...ordered a bacon burger but mine didnt have bacon on it. When I brought to his attention he insisted there was bacon on it as if I hadnt checked...wont be back

The Berger was great and the fries. I did not want the combo meal so I asked for ice water.nhe never gave it to me. Also the restroom was nasty and the sink did not work. How are you supposed to wash your hands?

I love Bueger Box, Just ask for combo with grilled Onions on it. yyyyyyyaaaaaaammmmmmmm yam. best french fries in town. they make it when you order it, not precooked or froozen meet got to try it to ............

The philly cheesesteak here is okay at best, The corndogs are ok too. The best thing here is probably the popcorn chicken, and even then, i prefer Sonics. Also, the service here is terrible.
