If you dont want to deal with rude service after finding a hair in your food dont even try to eat here! This was my first time coming to this restaurant and as I went to serve myself another plate at the buffet bar, I found a hair in my food. I immediately let one of the staff know and no one ever came to my table to make an apology or make sure everything was ok after the incident. It was obvious that I no longer wanted to continue eating and went to the cashier to speak with management and they barely offeredan apology. They had no remorse about the incident and only replied that because it was at the buffet line and not at an order I had made for an individual dish, there was nothing else to be done and that I was being asked to pay full price after the incident. I refused to pay for I had to stop eating and one of the managers mentioned I was only finding a way to get the food bill waived off without a reliable excuse. So you be the judge if you trust a place that isnt following g the food handling codes. Obviously this restaurant doesnt care about food safety or the health of its consumers and only want to get your money regardless of what you find in their food.

The restaurant doesnt have much of variety food most of the food they have you can find at a chinese buffett restrooms are in horrible shape big holes in the ceiling in dinning area the air conditioning doesnt work they had ceiling fans on for $14.00 a piece the price isnt worth it El restaurante no tiene mucho de variedad comida la mayoría de la comida que tienen puedes encontrar en un chino buffett baños están en horrible forma grandes agujeros en el techo en el comedor el aire acondicionado no funciona tenían ventiladores de techo por $ 14.00 una pieza El precio no vale la pena

El peor restaurant el cual he ido... la comida fria y sin savor ... aguas hachadas aperder.al igual ke la fruta .considerando la comida el precio es caro..no lo recomiendo .. menos volvería a ese lugar en el cual dicen ke no son responsables por la comida pague 100 y ni komimos bn... la verdad sali hasta con nauseas

If I could give this place no stars I would. The service sucks and the food is nasty and has no flavor at all. They dont have a very good selection of food. Had no salt or pepper on the table. They are way over priced. I tried one bite of the rice and spit it back out into my napkin. My husband are but I didnt and when we asked if we could get a refund for mine since I didnt eat they didnt want to do it. After 15 minutes of dealing with them. They finally gave us a refund for my buffet which its $14 a person that includes the tip. We will never go there again and I will not recommend it to anybody.

Es la mejor comida mexicana que puede haber en el metroplex. La comida caliente ,tortillas. A mano , salsita al gusto y sobre todo un hambiente familiar muy bueno lo recomiendo el buffet esta buenisimo. Y el cafe de olla muy bueno .....los Felicito sigan. Asi con ese sazon de rancho .....

Alguna comida estaba agria y sin sabor.... Los baños antihigienicos!! Y el precio muy alto....para lo q ofrecen!! No recomiendo este lugar, A menos q quiera tirar su dinero, sin disfrutar su paladar algo delicioso!! Si hubiera estrellas de -5....seria la perfecta

Esta rico pero lo que no me justo que ellos te quitan las propinas y en un buffet no te pinden propinas en tiendo que en un restaurante si porque las meceras te yeban todo ala mesa y aqui en la hacienda no uno ba agarrar su propia comida ... Pero toda la comida esta rica

Great food !! Estilo Mexico with hand made tortillas ,guisos bien ricos ,Buena atencion de los meseros y meseras ,first time Im here but definitely recomend it to all of you who likes comida mexicana ,the other thing I liked is that they dont sell beer even that I love beer I liked they dont have it porque asi tenemos more like family time ,thankyou to all of you who served as today Sunday July 17 ,les recomiendo a todos este restaurant ,Todo delicioso ,lastima q esta un poco retirado de my (:

WORST PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY!! The employees and the OWNER dont know that customers ALWAYS come first!! First and last time that Ill ever go there. They dont know that Customers are the ONLY people that will talk good or bad about them. The waitress Alejandra has a nasty attitude and Lady owner came to our table to fight for a COKE!!! All they want is YOUR money! Plus the food was cold!!! So not worth my 11.50+ tax money! I wish I could get my 48$ back!! #TRUMPLEASEDOSOMETHINGABOUTIT

no enchiladas??? even Panchos has them, i dont really recommend this place. over priced and slow waitstaff service. you have to walk back up to the front to pay for a bottle drink, and No Sweet Tea!!! just aguas that nobody drinks ( horchata, limonada, and a third just looked nasty. tortillas were packaged, not hand made lol. it was sooo damm hot in there....smh.....never would i come back or send anyone there. i shoulda just went to Ranchito in Oak Cliff

Not good at all Its way over rated taco bar set up it is all u can eat Only good thing is fresh tortillas They charged me $4.75 for my 2 year old who only ate 1 tortilla The food is over seasoned cooked wrong the fajita meat was so tough i could of used a saw to cut it I was highly disappointed and the waiters are disrespectful to top it off The restroom has no celing in spots I think the inspector of Grand prairie needs to check this place out

The food is great. But the waitresses there dont speak English and ignore your table if you dont talk Spanish. And thats not good if you are in America you must speak English if you are a waitress at a restaurant. Just because its a Mexican restaurant doesnt mean you shouldnt speak English. You are in America English is a must. And if the non speaking English people dont like it then return to were you dont have to speak English...

The food is really good, if some one say that the food is bad on this place i guess they only like jack in the box or mcdonalds, but if you are looking for real mexican flavor this is the place to go, the price is not bad because if u go to any other mexican place you end up paying the same or more for no flavor food. I was there today, and the chicharron con chile verde, caldo de camaron y pescado frito was really good!!!

Don Juans (Which does not have real Mexican food) ruins this restaurant considering that THIS restaurant/Buffet ACTUALLY HAS MEXICAN FOOD. Great handmade Tortillas, Nopalitos, the caldo de res was AMAZING!!! I literally served myself 3 bowls, the salchichas asadas were also great, everything was great I loved it there ! Glad I decided to come here for buffet, I would recommend this buffet to anyone.
