I was kicking myself for driving past this place multiple times a week for over a year and never noticing it. Got there about 20 minutes before the dinner buffet was set up. We were brought complimentary hot tea that was very good while we waited. Watching them set up the buffet and the smells of all the food being cooked was wonderful. The buffet was absolutely delicious. I didnt try one thing I didnt like. The people working there were all very nice. Overall one of the better places Ive eaten at in my life. Dont make the same mistake I did. Stop by and you wont regret it.

I filled in love with this restaurant.. the food was so amazing and its really fresh they make it in front of you .... as well as they have a discount for students I really recommend this restaurant to everyone!! I wish if we have it in our state.... the price for their buffet is great isnt only 11.99$ and you eat a fresh and delicious food plus the tea that they serve is soooooo cool .... everything there is the real test of Iranian food I kept going to this restaurant almost everyday!!!!!!!! They are so respectful to their customers!!

I have been to the Kabob House twice. Once we ate from the menu and today we had the buffet. All of the food is authentically Persian and can compete with the best Persian restaurants in Dallas. Between the four people in my group we tried everything on the buffet. The meats were juicy and spiced perfectly. The salads were fresh and crisp. The Shirazi salad, mast kiyur (yogurt and cucumber), and tabouli were yummy. Unlimited tadiq was nice...no fighting over who was going to get it.

I went with my family today to this restaurant we liked the food but not a lot to chose from it wasnt feel like a buffeet the perice not cheap like any other buffeet 11.99 per person. However, that not the resone why im giving a 1 star Thats go to the waiter the old chinese lady we didnt like her rudeness n the way treat us She was yelling at her coworker a young poor guy in front of customer we felt sorry for him Fisrt n lasttttttt time go there

I have eaten here one time. Let me first say that this cuisine is hard to find in the DFW area. This is a small "hole in the wall" buffet . They were not busy when I visited but the food on the buffet was still fresh and very good. If you like Mediterranean food, this is worth a try.

The 10 dollar buffet is very cheap for the quality of food available here. The grilled chicken and beef with salad is fantastic for those looking to eat healthier though the long grain rice is also very tempting. The staff has always been very friendly and warm to us.

Always drive by finally stopped, got it to go for 2 and it wasnt expensive for what we got. My wife is always afraid to try new things. She enjoyed it as much as me! Very delicious will be a regular place to eat from now on
