I have been taken there by my new husband as that has been his favorite restaraunt. Cashier is always friendly but wait staff is often "forgetful" as we hve realized it is easier to get up and get our own refills than sit thirsty. I soooo love the breadsticks!!!!!! My main complaint which has caused me to refrain from touching the salad bar in its entirety...they just pour new food onto old ignoring the health code/retraunt standard FIFO which is first in first out. you dont just keep adding cucumbers to the container on bar because soon the bottom will be bacteria laden and bad.This is done with ALL items on the bar. I have brought this up with those i see filling it and they say that is how they do it there. That is so beyond disgusting. My daughter is a server at a restraunt and refuses to eat here because of this practice. I just stick to breadsticks and while paying the salad bar meal price is in a way redonkulous for "bread sticks" they are the best ever.

On May 28th, I came to this location to purchase 2 salads to go. When I was done I walked up to the register to bag up my order but no one was there. I waited and waited and no one showed up. Other customers came in and no one showed up. I kept waving my arms to get someones attention. Finally a waitress walked up to me and said she would get the manager. When she showed up, I said I was sorry for interrupting her break. She proceeded to look at me with a nasty sneer on her face and quite meanly told me that " she wasnt on break, she was cooking". She then proceeded to THROW my food into a bag, opening up the 2 salad dressing cups, spilling it all over inside the bag, including the 4 breadsticks. My husband and I have known Glenn Deringer for along time, and we think the world of him. To have to put up with that kind of behavior at his store is very disappointing.

Bad experience. The husband and i had to get our own drinks after waiting 10 min for waiter who kept passing our table to assist other patrons. That was bad but we let it pass by. We ate our food and was there for 30 MINUTES b4 a waiter stopped and colleced our trays.What kind of customer service is that?! 30 min and this is the first interaction we get as paying customers. So then a couple comes in and sits besides us and they get immediate service. It makes you wonder...Apparently, the waiter was unaware that poor customer service caused him to lose a generous tip. Seriously. Do better.

This wa my first visit at one of these establishments. Lots of choices on this buffet style salad and soup bar. They even have baked potatoes and pizza. I had the broccoli cheddar soup. My friend remarked it was darker than usual, but it tasted good to me and had large pieces of broccoli in it. She tried the rotisserie chicken soup and said it was her new favorite. The gingerbread was still warm and delicious. A manager was going around to the different tables making sure everything was okay. Pleasant experience.

I recently moved to Round Rock from Southwest Austin and discovered the Souper Salad in Georgetown. I have been eating at Souper Salad for many years. This one is absolutely the best Ive eaten at. It is clean, well managed, good staff and the salad bar is impeccable. Great choices of salads and fixings. The have a great fresh chicken salad that you can eat by itself or scoop on top of the green salads. I am glad I found this restaurant. I recommend highly.

Great place to chill and eat a nice, leisurely meal. This location features Dewey Egbert coffee, which if you havent had it before, trust me, its the best medium roast coffee you can buy. The waiters are on top of everything you need, but the location can get a bit packed on Sundays for lunch. Bring a great book and chill out with some great food and tasty coffee!

Great place. And as for the manager being a child molester, I hope noone really thinks they would hire anyone who is a child molester,especially make them a manager? I personally know the people up there and NONE of them are child molesters. How sad someone makes up something like that and makes others look bad.

It is a good clean place to eat but I find the all day everyday Christian music off putting for people of other spiritual paths. I shouldnt have to hear 12 songs about Jesus in a row while trying to eat some salad. They should play something appropriate for people from all walks of life.

Ive been here twice. The staff is not friendly. I could excuse it if the service was good. but, they cant seem to be bothered to to bring drinks or bus tables. I wont be going back. If they cant be arsed to keep the tables clear, I doubt I want to know what goes on in the kitchens.

Souper Salad in Georgetown has the freshest salads and so much more. Six types of soup, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, tacos, pizza, lasagne, pasta, mac & cheese, fresh fruit, ice cream, pudding, and more! This is a great place to take children. An excellent bargain!

Horrible experience..dont even waste your money or time. My daughter and I went on Saturday and got our first plate and the food had a funny taste..think the food was spoiled. Broccoli and Potato soup tasted horrible. We justed walked out and will not be back.

I love Souper Salad and I love this location!! Im closer to the one on Parmer Lane but I choose to drive to Georgetown. Because it is cleaner, has more variety and space and the staff is AMAZING, I also love the music they have playing in the background.

The salad bar is so good, and there are unlimited options, if you want to treat your self, there are all sorts of fatty foods like pizza and pasta. They also have soft serve, and brownies or something.Not five star, but really good.

Loved it! Nice value for an all you can eat restaurant. Nice salad and soup, spagetti and tacos were okay. Dessert was good as well, and i like that you can get anything you want to get.

Entered 30 minutes before closing, everything was filled full and most everything looked very fresh. This place has always been great for a quick meal.
