I was surprised that this store didnt accept my on line coupon. straight away I found a hair on a dressing bottle. soon after, my daughter found a hair in her salad. Its hard to say whether the hair was from a customer or employee. we both felt that the quality of the food was poor. it doesnt at all compare with Sweet Tomatoes or similar restaurants. we were also surprised that we werent allowed to get our own drinks. it was very confusing because the drink station had a sign like the other self serve areas and was in the food area between the ice cream and bakery. the poor server was completely overwhelmed trying to get everyones drinks. customers were frustrated and I wasnt able to enjoy my food while I watched her zooming around the room. she was working hard but was set up to fail, I think. This is a very poor management decision that confused most guests. at least change the signs. they also had taped down signs on every buffet, demanding that children ten and under be accompanied by an adults. they need to wipe down the shields. I got food on me twice, not noticing that someone left whipped cream all over it before I leaned in for dome pizza. l cant believe that the manager didnt notice how confusion and frustrated most costumers were. not coming again

I am going to give Souper Salad five huge stars! I have been here many times during my lunch hour and every time the food and service are consistent. I am mostly impressed by the attentive and professional staff. They are always positive even when they are busy. The food is not the best in town but for the price and for the buffet style its not bad. The have some good salad dressing flavors that some places do not have. Their fruit section is sometimes good and sometimes not my favorite. Today the watermelon is cut thick and it is more like pink than red. They have green cantaloupe but no peach. They have sliced oranges with peelings. The only other weird thing is the sliced tomatoes at the salad bar instead of cheri tomatoes. I like the free drink refills and all you can eat style. I have been treated rudely by someone who may have been the manager in the past, but that was a very long time ago and I assume they were just having a bad day... everyone has those moments.

First of all, this place uses CANNED chick peas, kennedy beans, corn ,beets, peas..you name it comes from a CAN. But oh no they wont tell you. Denise the owner runs a criminal infested employee staff. Everyone there is a criminal. You wonder what they put in their food? Ive been here several times and always notice the staff NEVER uses GLOVES. The mexican girl, Angie, with broken black teeth, mixes the soup and salad with her bare hands. My wife and I used to love going here until we noticed this and got to know some people. Denise, the owner should be fined by the BBB and her franchise. We plan on looking into this as this place needs more exposure like KVUE " watch where you eat" or " criminals work here beware" We stopped going..and our friends who still go say they stink too. That their spinach leaves stink, and all of their salads are very picked at, look not fresh at all. People- BEWARE of this nasty salad bar. It may just leave you SICK and infested with bacteria

Never again will I go to this souper salad my family and I went to eat here and while we were eating the waitress kept going on about how some mexican family yelled at her and how she only got a 1.00 tip and then she got no tip from other families and that she only gets paid like 3.35 an hour and just making us feel uncomfortable so I told my husband and kids lets go halfway thru the meal we just left when I spoke to the general manager he said he would give me a complete refund when I was on my way to the store I called them and let them know i was on my way I was then told that the owner Denise was not gonna refund me my money its sad because my husband who works for Travis Sheriff department was in uniform and to be treated like that is unacceptable especially from the owner Denise not honoring what her general manager offered if you DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH SERVERS MAKING YOU FEEL GUILTY ABOUT WHAT THEY MAKE A HOUR OR IN TIPS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

I normally go to the Super Salad in Georgetown which is always a wonderful experience! I went to this location last night and it was absolutely a horrible experience. The lady at the front manning the register was completely rude and even told me and my husband that we should just leave and go home. I know they dont close until 9:00pm and we came in around 8:00 pm. I asked for the military discount since all of the other locations offer it and she told me that she wouldnt do it. The restaurant was some what clean and the food was all old, the salad bar wasnt even cold everything was room temperature. Im very disappointed in this locations customer service and food. I know Ill NEVER be returning and recommend no one wasting their time or money by going there!

I am very pleased with every visit me and my boyfriend make to this Souper Salad. Weve been going here for the past month and it always has fresh good tasting food, it’s clean, and it has a great crew. I find the soups are to die for! One thing that always stands out to me is how prompt the crew is to clean up messes and to refill missing items. The waitresses are always very friendly, and even though it is a buffet, they will try to assist you when they can by taking drink orders and promptly taking away finished trays of food. We will continue our weekly trip here!

The food at this location was fresh and seemed to be replaced often enough. The selection seemed reasonable for the price that was charged. I thought it was strange that they wouldnt let me get my own drink, even thought it is right next to the ice cream machine, which is self-serve..... just feels like another way for them to try to get a tip out of me at a buffet. So it made me feel obligated to leave a little bit. Also they didnt take any of our plates one time we were there, and they started to stack up.

This souper Salad is a bit on the small side compared to the others Ive been to, so they have fewer options. Still, you can get a good salad here, and their potato leek soup was quite good. The food on tbe hot bar (baked potatoes, pizza, tacos, etc) is mediocre at best, so stick with the soup, salad, and breads. The blue cheese dressing was not bad, and I liked the Chipotle Ranch. Overall this is a solid lunch option but personally I prefer the Whole Foods buffet.

I went here for my 13th and 15th birthday. I went to the Georgetown location for my 14th birthday so... anyways. The service here has REALLY gone down. Every one of the waiters/waitresses were on their phones except for like one dude. The ice cream was milk and they didnt even check it! They r so lazy now... hope it gets better like it used to be back in like 2014. Georgetown location is much better
