I wish I could give no stars, but the required amount is 1 star so I must, but let me tell you that this place is not exactly cheap and not exactly good. I came here with low expectations and was very disappointed. Walking in you first pay the people at the counter and then receive a ticket for your drink. Normally the lady would get your drink for you, but our waiter had to be called like 3 times by other wait staff in order to get ours. Not to mention we had already went to get our food and still no drink was there. When you sink your teeth into the first bite of the food you taste that familiar flavor of disappointment and then you begin to ponder why you wasted all that money coming there when you could of went somewhere better. I tried to find something I would like but I could find nothing. Even the banana pudding tasted strange and weird. I told my wife I would not be coming here again. I was not adventurous nor brave enough to venture to sushi island. There was only one thing this place left me wondering and that was how the heck did that get that huge wreath on that wall.

I got to say, it only took one time of eating here to say "NEVER AGAIN". I have eaten at asian buffet restaurants before. And Yes, I understand that asian buffet is not the same as ordering plates. But even compared to other asian buffets in austin, this is not only at the bottom of the list, but I seriously believe no one there knows how to cook or either does not care at all. SHAME ON YOU! I mean when the salmon is SOGGY and MUSHY, COME ON! And it was not just that dish. Every other dish had horrible and disgusting problems. NO FLAVOR! NOT COOKED RIGHT! and so on. I actually felt compelled to eat the pizza off the buffet because everything else was ABSOLUTELY GROSS! And the funny thing was that almost every person working there was of some type of asian background. I just kept thinking - "someone has to know how to cook something right." I will NEVER go here again, AND I felt like I was ripped off with the price I paid for the WORST food I have ever had in my life thus far. I do not feel this place even deserves 1 star. It deserves NEGATIVE STARS for its rating.

Have eaten at this restaurant 3 times, had a good experience on my first but less impressive on my return visits. On my 2nd and 3rd visits one of the items I really liked was empty, the custard buns (dim sum). Other items on the buffet including sushi would run out quickly and were not be replaced in a timely manner. On my 3rd visit I even had problems getting refills on my drink. Aside from the popular items running out quickly and not being replaced, the rest of the food was of average quality. The items I really liked were what made me return and what made the buffet worth the price. The fact that I had to sit around waiting for food to be replaced repeatedly, drinks to be refilled repeatedly and also experienced a messy sushi area that was empty as well as a dirty table when seated has dissuaded me from returning. I dont know if I will be returning. If I do return it will be during the dinner rush on a weekend, because it seems service and food prep is slow during any of the off hours or on a week night.

Food was good until they decided what food I can eat, pretty bad, depending on the time you get there, I was eating lunch and they switch food for dinner, so then I decide to grab some shrimp, saw the sign saying "dinner costumer only".... I said well what the hell is a buffet, its all you can eat, right!.... Well not in here, if you get here around 3pm still lunch time and if you stay long enough after 4pm you CANT EAT everything anymore, I think this sucks!!!!.... I been in many different buffets and if you get there around the same time is not your fault if you pay for lunch and you stay long enough for dinner ..... They dont Charge you more for that food, here she tried charge me $3 more...... Well people is up to you if you decide to come, theres a lot of places to choose, this is just my opinion.

I tell you what Ive been there many times with my family the food is always good its fresh the service is always good and I dont mind paying before I eat but I spent $148 today to feed my family at this restaurant and we wanted cups to go for our drinks and they charged us $0.50 a cup that ate up 70% of the waitress tip so all the cash I had on me I asked the waitress does this restaurant want me to come back after I spent all this money and then want to charge me $0.50 for a styrofoam cup that I know for a fact cost them about 3 to $0.04 per cup other than that it was a good restaurant good experience but I dont like the fact that I have to pay that much money for styrofoam cups so my family could take their drinks within to keep cool

They were terrible. The food wasnt fresh and the service was poor. I was there for over an hour and they didnt bring out any new food. I asked them to please make some fresh wings (which were cold and hard at the time), and the guy who was out got mad and was mubbling stuff to himself the whole tiem. When they brought the food out, I realized that they had just taken the food that was in the front and threw it in the fryer for a couple of minutes then brought it out. I wished I would have saved mhy money. Or went to McDonalds...at least I would know what I would be getting.

The food was typical chinese buffet food, but everything you have ever seen on a chinese buffet on one. There was a sushi section and a mongolian grill included. The reason for the two stars is the waitress was absolutely horrible! She must have been having a bad day or bad week because she was rude the entire time and let me just say we are a group that is extremely nice so I dont know what her problem was. Any ways if we would have had a nice waitress I would have given it 3 stars. We will not go back though. I like fresh asian food thats not typically on a buffet.

First time to this place. I just where here a few hours ago, at first I thought the food was good. I had the some broccoli and beef UT was good but when I grab some other stuff such as the oasters there was molding on the food which was disgusting. Also I had a spider on my food. My family and I stoped here because we saw a lot of cars and the place was packed and it was really packed when we went in but I was really discusted with the food from this place. I had to go to the restroom to throw up a few times. Defiantly wont recommend this place to any people.
