Liking this new trend of the "build your own" personal pizzas I wanted to give this place a try. There were a lot of five-star reviews on other sites, but most of them were people familiar with this chain from other parts of the country, and not this location. Big issues for me was the cleanliness of the restaurant, particularly in light of it only opening in the past couple of months. Also the speed of the staff was slow, and in some cases unorganized. For me the choice of meats was a little underwhelming compared to places like Pie Five and Blaze Pizza, and there was clearly some consistency problems with their hand tossed crusts. In all, it was okay, but its not going to be someplace Ill go to regularly based on this experience, although I will likely try it again at some point in the future.

First of all we enjoy the pizza. But tonight when our pizza was being made they were out if an ingredient and when the girl went to the fridge she never removed her glove and went back to making my pizza. The young guy making the next customers pizza wiped his face and pulled his sagging pants up several times. Obviously these kids have no idea how to properly handle food. As we were eating and finishing our beer the manager guy that was also showing us all his boxers told us they were closed but he would give us a couple minutes to finish. Who says that ? Also he kept referring to my husband as buddy. This place is obviously lacking leadership.

Its seriously amazing pizza! Its my husbands and my favorite place to come for pizza. I probably come here too much. Neapolitan pizza made in a really hot brick oven with fresh mozzarella and a great variety of toppings for 8 bucks, you cant beat that! I honestly dont want to get any other kind of pizza. I have to come here to get my weekly pizza fix. The service here is amazing, its fast and friendly. Luke is always great and runs the whole place so efficiently. Ive seen them get slammed with customers and he jumped right in and started knocking out pizzas and caught them up. I hope they never close and put out more locations.

There are a bunch of teenagers that work here with no adults to manage and run the store. I am all for having fun in your workplace, but its not a good thing when it is slowing everyone down. The place is also, always a wreck! There is food everywhere on the floor and the bar is a mess! They just stand around and do not clean! They all touch the food with their hands also. I am very dissatisfied with this establishment! I am also a delivery driver and every time I come in here I have to wait 15-20 minutes for them to make the food when it should be ready for me to pick up and go.

I pass by here all the time. Had a coupon for a free kids meal with an adult entree purchase. I didnt want the ordinary carry out pizza. I ordered the 10" pizza on wheat dough, basil pesto sauce, Italian sausage, green peppers, banana peppers, mushrooms and black olives. My daughter ordered the buffalo chicken panini which has a little kick to it. My pizza was perfect, Ill be coming back again. Staff was very friendly and I wasnt rushed even though it was quite a few people in. Worth waiting for!!

This place was awesome!! SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! The dough is made fresh and rolled out personally for your pizza. I wasnt sure if this place would be good since Pie Five is so nasty, and they both have similar concept- but not at all. I went yesterday and think I might go back again for lunch today lol. Oh and the mint chocolate chip Gelato is best mint ice cream Ive ever had.

The pizza is good. Of all the poor reviews none complained about the taste. I agree somewhat that the restaurant could have been cleaner and the staff better trained which is merely an indicator of the quality of management. Still, the taste of the pizza, in my opinion, far exceeds that of pie 5 which is why, to date, we have chosen to over look other inadequacies.

The food was good and everything was clean. We didnt wait very long for anything. We really enjoyed our pizza. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that we had to ask for straws and forks, because they werent stocked and the drink machine was missing several flavors. However, it was right at the dinner rush.

New pizza joint and the staff is still in learning mode to make brick oven pizzas without burning the edges too much. The prices are a tad high for what you get. The salads look small and unappealing. They do have the Coke Freestyle fountain drink machines which is a plus. They also serve beer.

The individual sized pizzas were perfect! I think this would be a great place for groups or teams, they have lots of room to move around and everyone can get what they want made to order. The brick oven was really neat to see and definitely makes the pizza taste that much better!

We came here on "pi day" and the pizzas were $3.14 for a 10" pizza. The pizzas were tasty and the kids liked them too. The gelatos are delish too but I think the regular prices are tad too expensive ($7.99 for 10" pizza).

Matt the owner is very focused on customer service. Great concept and great atmosphere with owners involved. A must visit in Frisco! Pie 5 is average and those place is excellent!

Pizza is delicious, perfectly cooked and ice cream flavor are yummy too. Pizza was serve pretty fast, however preparation was a little bit slow. I had a very good service as well.
