I had a very different experience than all these reviews. Our server had an attitude from the moment we sat down...she even rolled her eyes as she was telling us the specials! We ordered two pies for two people, I guess that wasnt enough because we were met with "thats it, just a couple of pies?" Our food took quite a while to come out, being beat by tables seated way after us. When it finally did come, Charlsie, our delightful server never came to.check on us throughout the entire meal. Red pepper may have helped the very bland underwhelming meal. Other servers felt sorry for us and refilled our water since our server had no interest in our table. After 10+ minutes of our meal being completed I finally asked the hostess for a box and our bill. Charlsie certainly left a bad taste in our mouth, and the cardboard pizza did not help to wash it away.

This place has really gone south! We always enjoyed a relaxing casual pizza and salad here. Forever we have been ordering the chicken and sausage pizza. IT was inedible. Crust you could not cut with a knife and no chicken or sausage could be seen. Waitress stated that the manager said the chicken is now crumbed rather than sliced. YEAH! Had red looking tomatoes (but not tomatoes) and spinach that had previously not been on the pizza. Terrible pizza. Only positive of the evening, the waitress was pleasant. Will not return.

I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. The service was great. Our waitress was very friendly and energetic. I got the stuffed pie and my friend got the Balsamic Roasted Chicken Pie. Both pies were phenomenal and were more than enough to fill us up. The Balsamic Roasted Chicken Pie, however, was a little dry but we shared the sauce that came with my pie so it wasnt a big deal. Compared to some of the other restaurants in the area, your dollar will go a lot farther here without sacrificing on quality.

Perhaps it was because I got my order doordashed, but my pizza was... underwhelming. I did appreciate the wavy and poofy crust around the border but much like the boundry between north and south Korea, everything in the middle was distasteful and a mess. The hierloom tomato topping was nothing to write home about and the cheese was subpar. If the pizza was disappointing, the garlic bites were another story. They were overcooked and undersalted. Gordon Ramsay couldve perhaps put it better after spitting both breads out.

Ive had nothing but good food here. The salads are first rate. My favorite place to get a Caesar salad. The ingredients on the pizza are high quality every time. Most of the time I have it delivered, but I have eaten at the restaurant also. The peppers with goat cheese and pecans app are fab and maybe a bit overpriced. The meatballs are practically a meal by themselves and oh so good. Service has always been fine.

Just to add to the other 5 star reviews: If youre sticking to a gluten-free diet, this place can fix you up! And if youre scared to try the crust because it *might*be gross, I can tell you that its fine, try the GF crust and enjoy a yummy gluten-free meal! A little on the pricey side, even for non-GF pizza, but worth it as a not-every-day-kind-of-place or special occasion place.

Decent Pizza but not my favorite in Plano. I am always looking for that NYC style pizza I grew up with. Hard to find in Plano. Locals like this place, so maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Service, however, was really friendly. Excellent, friendly waitstaff. Drinks (beer) was good too. Great atmosphere. I dont know, maybe I am too harsh on the pizza.

In my never ending quest for great pizza napoletana, I of course had to give this place a try. They diverge from the classics by offering gourmet combinations. While the crust is light and airy with a nice crispy bite I found the toppings to be overbearing. This is probably a good taste for someone out there but it is not for me.

The meatballs for the appetizer are always tender, juicy and just right!! The bread that is served with it is amazing too. It is always buttery, crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. The tripleroni pizza is the best pepperoni pizza I have ever had. They put truffle oil and fresh basil on it and it is always flavorful!!

I ordered a plain cheese pizza. While the crust was delicious, it was way too thin to hold the simple topping of cheese. It was hard to eat. Also sauce was not spread on crust in a balanced way with heavy globs in a few places. Very disappointing for the high price. Also no size options for a smaller pizza.

Food & drinks are good, paying double what you thought is not so good. My friends and I come often and the staff never seem to know what all the "rules" are. After asking for an explanation on our receipt they were rude and didnt resolve the situation. Maybe better communication next time if we go back.

They open at 5pm each day, but since there were a few of us waiting outside, they let us in at 4:30. If THEY think ANYTHING is wrong with your pizza, theyll replace it asap, and give you both. I would have never thought that anything was wrong with the first pizza. Awesome service.

Just took out of town family here for lunch. We enjoyed a white pie and a stuffed pie. Both were absolutely wonderful! We loved the dessert special! Do not let the combination of different flavors hold you beck. The chefs know what they are doing here! We will be back again soon!

Food was ok, pizza wasnt the best I have had but was decent. Drinks were a bit expensive I thought. I really liked how they give kids dough to play with. My son loved that. Nice atmosphere. Service was a bit slow at first. I would come back again and try something else.

We had some pizza that everyone liked quite a bit. To me it didnt set a new bar for ingredients or anything, but very pleasing. They get very crowded, and we were packed in there with the rest. All in all a good pizza joint.
