If you like beer, youre in luck because its tough for them to screw that up. HOWEVER, if its a burger done medium rare the BUYER BEWARE!! My cousin and I stopped in to grab a couple burgers to go after loading a trailer full of furniture. The burgers took longer than expected. We grabbed our burgers and headed out the door. Once we reached the interstate we both bit into our burgers. These burgers were well-done and inedible. Dryer than a popcorn fart!! Ish! I called the manager and told her than we did not have time to turn our truck and trailer around as we had a deadline to meet for delivery. She offered me $20 for hour troubles ... thats what the two burgers cost ... gee, thanks a lot. Two weeks pass and I finally got a a piece of mail from Old Chicago. Its a $10 gift coupon, only half of what I was promised by the manager on duty. I called to speak with the manager, but apparently he was to busy at 10:30 in the morning to take my call? If youre looking for a delicious burger or even decent follow through by management, Id run from this place ... and Id run fast!!

The service was slow but I could tell it was the person that waited on us. Im not sure he could help it though. We asked about specials and were told there werent any and I could tell the waiter was either new or just really unfamiliar with the menu. After ordering we discovered the specials in the back of the drink menu. There were app specials that were specific to the bar only too. The wings were good but kinda small. The sweet potato bites were really unique and very good, probably the best thing I ate. The chicago 7 calzone was good but was not the best Ive ever had. It was kind of dry. The screwdriver was the special for $3.50 and was kinda watered down. The amber Manhattan had a fair amount of liquor in it and was pretty decent but again not the best Ive ever had. If I had were in the area again, I might would eat here again because the prices and specials were pretty reasonable but it wouldnt be my first choice.

Tried to order and didnt have anything I wanted in stock. Really? If its on the menu shouldnt you have it? Also, wasnt allowed to smoke an electronic water vapor cigarette. Wow. I pity any of you who actually live here. Bartender said it was a North Dakota law. I spent 4 hours in Buffalo Wild Wings smoking my e-cig and was never told to stop. Whatever. Glad I dont live here. I would like to add that I am a tour bus driver for rock bands and travel all over the country coast to coast nort to south all year long. I would rate this place in my top 5 worst places. Along with the dive in Los Angeles that wouldnt even serve me because I was wearing a tank top with a tottoo on my shoulder.

My husband and I at ed here for an early supper and were pleasantly suprised by the deliciousness of the food. I had onion rings with a tasty burger and my husband had a great mac and cheese. Will come here again for sure and try the pizza. We sat outside and enjoyed the warm late afternoon weather while sipping on some lovely lemonade. The service was very friendly and meals came to us in a reasonable time, the prices were fair and the dining was casual. My husband ,whom is in a wheel chair , found Old Chicago easily to navigate.

The pizza was great! The service was terrible! We did not see our server for a good 15 minutes when we got to the table. The server only checked on us a few times, about 15 minutes or more apart. When we got the check, I had to go to someone else in order for the bill to be paid. The GM changed the channel we were watching and when we asked to have it changed back, they did not ever change it back. The channel they changed it to was on every other TV in the restaurant. I will NOT be coming here again.

Food was delicious. Italian nachos and chicago style pizza. However, our server made our dinner a bit on the weird/awkward side. Never brought refills and when she brought our bill and dropped it off at the table, she stood right next to the table staring at us, waiying for us to pay. We handed her our money, and when she returned with the change, she once again stood right next to the table staring at us watching and waiting for her tip. Made it very uncomfortable. Not sure well be back.

Awesome servers, great food and fantastic selection of beer. It is a great place to just go for a beer with friends after work or on your weekend. Fun environment. Its got great happy hour deals (5 dollar apps and pints for the price of a 10 oz mug **in bar only**) also I love the world beer tour (their loyalty club for beer drinkers) but its great for families too they even occasionally have a root beer tour for the youngsters. I cant express how much I enjoy this place.

The pizza here is DELICIOUSLY AWESOME!!! The flavor is so good with lots of toppings and cheese. If you like Margaritas - order top shelf not the ordinary bar pour. This time I just ordered their regular original frozen and it was refreshing, but it did not taste at all like a Margarita. Our wait-person was just okay and not at all attentive. Still all this paled with the first bite of that fabulous pizza!!

Myself and a friend went there and waited 30 mins before being served and having the table cleared off and cleaned in the bar area. The server walked by multiple times and when he did finally attend to us he said"youve been waiting here a while, huh?" My burger tasted like it had been boiled and then given a short sear. I have had raw hamburger with more flavor than that one. I wont be returning anytime soon.

Its a service bust, but then again Im sure they are not banking on the buffet lunch to get them through the day. If youre drinking and watching sports without any sense of responsibility or somewhere to go, this place will do alright. That said, theres a lot you better you could do for service or pizza. With 3 tables and 4 servers, you would figure it would be OK...think again.

wanted to try a place we have never been to and this place caught our eye. Went in 15-20 minute wait not bad for a sit down place. the whole time we waited there was at least 5 empty tables and nobody sat anyone waiting. Never did get to try the food since we tired of waiting. If you cant even get seated idk how bad the rest of the service would have been.

Wrong time of day to come. I walked in around 3pm. I ordered off the lunch specials. I had there 2 piece meat lunch. The Brisket was dry and the Beef ribs were even drier I was hoping for the meat to fall of the bones. My corn bread muffin was dry and over cooked. It stuck to the paper. I will not be back again.
