I was very disappointed in the customer service & the staffs behavior along with the Mgr. Monday night January 4th, 2016. I called in a CALL IN ORDER at 8:42-45pm that night. The employee who answered the phone ask me to hold on while he makes sure its not to later to place a CALL IN order, so I did. He came back with an ok. I gathered my 1yr old daughter & 5yr old son and headed to Lil Ceasars Frisco Tx, on Teel Rd, Driving from hwy 380. We arrived at 9:02 pm and the lights were off, door locked. I knocked on the door since the workers were looking directly at me. After 5 min they opened the door and started talking very smart mouth at me BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSED. I told them who I was & what I ordered and when I called, but he (Chris) didnt care. He said, "Mam its 9:00 & were closed, all pizzas and other foods are trashed at closing. Also who ever took your order has left for the night. He kept saying look at the hours on the door "9:00pm were closed!" I explained to him how much trouble it was for me and the children to get out in the cold & make that drive for them to throw away my order. I asked for Mgr, he said he was Mgr but the Mgr over him had just arrived to do nightly paperwork but he wouldnt come talk to me or acknowledge that I was at the door...NOT EVEN 1 LOOK at me. I was calm the entire time but my feelings were hurt and I felt disappointed due to the TONE & ATTITUDE HE WAS USING WITH ME as my children looked out the car window. I passed the Lil Ceasars on Eldorado Pkwy to get to the Lil Ceasars on Teel & Main st Frisco Tx. But because the day staff is always pleasant to me I continue to make the longer drive. NEVER AGAIN! ! I WILL TELL EVERY TEACHER I WORK WITH ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE, and take my business to other Lil Ceasars who deserve it

Health inspector should check this place out! None of the employees wear gloves when handling food. Witnessed cashier running cash register, answering phone, and then wiping hands off on dirty pants before making several pizzas. Another employee looked like he was cleaning when I came in then he started making pizzas without washing hands or putting gloves on to handle food. There were employee half empty drink bottles on food prep counter and a broom with full dust pan propped up next to front counter. Yet another employee dropped a pizza pan on floor and then stepped on it with his shoe to get it to stop rattling around. The cashier then picked up and put pan back with other pizzas pans to be used later. Not once did I witness any of the employees handling food wash their hands or wear gloves before picking up pepperonis or cheese to put on pizzas. If I witnessed all of this in brief time I was there, what else happens during the course of a day? This place is convenient and cheap, but after witnessing food preparation and sanitation, Im not sure I will ever eat here again.

I ordered 2 pizza and when I got home they were hard . The cheese was cold but the box was hot . The breadsticks were solid rock. It looked like the pizza was sitting in a heater for a long time. Now my kids wont eat it. Suggestion to everyone is to get real pizza from an actual pizza place. Little Caesars has change from when I remember it. Dont go tintype one in Frisco TX off Teel. Waste of money and time. Pretty bad when a 7, 9, and 12 year old say that is bad pizza

Im a customer here often. Im always helped fast. Pizza is always done on time. I usually call ahead and order, always meets my expectations. I think some people expect too much from a place that sells a high volume of good tasting pizzas at a very affordable price. You get what you pay for. If you dont like having mostly teenagers making your pizzas, there are plenty of places that will charge you triple the price that dont have teenagers.

As I walk in the store the first thing I noticed the Red Head worker and its always him the one doesmt wear glove and eventually all thevwprker stopped wearing gloves...I womder if hes the manager ...really got to find a better one that has more ambition toward this pizza company. Bxuz hes doing exacty the opposite. Now if anyone ask me if I want lil ceaserl I would say "not today"!

Place is run by children. Three times Ive called ahead and placed an order and not once was it ready or even made at all. Last Friday night the line was out the door and they never thought to open the second register. And not for lack of help. There were at least seven kiddos running around - I guess only the one (running the register) could count change.

Worst place to order over the phone! Ordered from them and person there implied they deliver. THEY DONT. Person on phone insulted me continuously. And they charged me for the pizzas but did not confirm they refunded them till I called back. I would avoid these people . The person on the phone was nasty an insulting.

Generally I like little ceasars, but this location does a terrible job making the pizza. In addition the service is poor. Its in your best interest to choose another location.

None of the employees show any emotion. Pizza wasnt cut all the way through! A place that sells pizza should at least know how to cut one
