Im sorry that I dont see any stars, I would give it "none". When we got there at 5:00pm for the buffet, there was no pizza. They want you to fill up on salad. We waited almost 10 minutes and they put out two pizzas for all of us. There were 3 tables of people. one with 4 people, ours with 3, and another with 3. Two pizzas huh. And then we waited for 15 minutes and when they didnt bring another one out, I went to the counter and asked if that was all the pizza for the night. The lady answered that they had to cook it. I told her all these people were waiting for pizza. She said again it was cooking. I told her it was called planning, like for a pizza buffet. I guess its all you can get, rather than all you can eat. The finally brought out 2 more, and again they were gone, and no more. We left. If you want to get a treat, my wife went into the bathroom. It was a very dirty floor, paper and trash on the floor, and the sink was full of water and it would not drain and it was dirty. This place must be broke. We cant believe that we passed up cicis, and pizza hut buffet for this. Pizza Inn is going down the toilet, but obviously, not their own toilet, its stopped up too. We have pictures but no place to post them of the bathroom. If you want some food, go somewhere else and forget this place.

I literally got robbed/pick pocketed, I committed a terrible mistake of leaving the tip section blank after paying with card, I gave the man a cash tip. He took it among himself to take money out my account as his tip. I contacted management and owner and they acted shady AF and didnt compensate me. I never herd back from them after I printed proof from chase and they told me they would reimburse me my money. But its Ok I really hope any one reading this review will turn away from this place. There Pizza isnt good any how, buffet never has Assorted varieties, they charge alot and steal from customers when they see the opportunity, Papa Johns is next door and Dominos is 5 minutes away from there..dont go to Pizza Hut either.

I just visited this restaurant today and as a Branding Manager, they are well below a quality rating needed, to serve the public. Their bathrooms were dirty, they had to be told to clean the tables, I had to end up cleaning the seats which appeared to have 30 year old crumbs, water coming from God knows where in the bathroom hallways, and to top it off, I saw a dead roach under the front bench. Needless to say, my stomach did about three somersaults as I wrote this review. Im trying to save your stomachs the trouble..... Dont bother visiting until they have rebranded this establisment. No wonder there arent many Pizza Inns anymore!!!!!

Decided to stop in and try this pizza place out as it seemed crowded and I dont live in the area. First thing I noticed when I picked up a menu was a cock roach crawling on the counter! I informed the cashier about it and she acted as if she did not want to kill it! She told her manager who came looking for it and killed it with a white paper towel! I still decided to order a pizza though which tasted okay. AVOID THIS PLACE! If one cock roach was spotted that surely means the restaurant has more. State Health department and food and safety inspection should definitely check this place out! I probably wont ever come back.

When wefirst got there,we were the only ones eating in. The buffet had no pepperoni pizza, shortly after being seated 2 families came in behind us. As soon as the pepperoni pizza hit the buffet it was gone, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for pepperoni pizza. The bathroom had no lock on it and only one toilet, so there was no way to privately use the bathroom. I had to refill my own drinks as well. Would never eat at this paricular Pizza Inn again, and this was my first time trying a Pizza Inn, maybe next time at a different location my experience will be better.

Theyve always had good salad they will make any pizza you asked for on the buffet no problem it has always been very clean and always had good service. New review May 8th 2017 well I was in here today and your salad bar and it went way down here I told them about it Ill give them one more try after this to see if theyve improved their salad they had a rating of four stars from me now they have a rating of what they may get their ratings back next time we will see. I just noticed the sign out front says Under New Management that might be the problem

The buffet was so sparse when we showed up. There was no toilet paper in the restroom. There is still an HVAC leak in the ceiling. The silverware looked like it had water stains or had just been in water instead of washed. My shoes squeaked when walking across the floor due to the floor being sticky. Tables did not appear to have clean since they were sticky. 1 of 2 restrooms out of order. The "alfredo sauce" looked like a cheese sauce but did not taste like either. There also better ways to display the American flag in all its glory.

Bad service all tables are nasty not clean to sit and eat dish pans on the floor never got pick up customers come in and see this mess on the floor and the buffet area is a mess no telling how long its been sitting there and there are flies all over the food of the buffet area and caution signs never got removed nor the dish pans from the floor i will never come back here bad experience.....

I like Pizza Inn, and they are hard to find. They will make special requests for the buffet. The salad bar does not have great variety, but the quality of what they do have is pretty decent. The staff at this location is far friendlier than the one in Midlothian. My main complaint with this spot is that the booths need a complete overhaul.

It was incredibly difficult to get them to deliver their garlic butter that I loved, but now they changed the recipe! Yuck! Im glad they finally got someone who can cook a chocolate chip pizzert. They used to come out undercooked but now they taste like the ones I used to get at the Pizza Inn in Paris, TX when Id visit Grandma.

The staff were highly unprofessional arguing with each other while I held on the other end of the phone they continued to argue then she said I dont know if we will be able to do anything I simply just wanted to order a pizza therefore I had to go to dominos across town for quality service.

First let me say HORRIBLE condition. Poor Service and not alot of variety of pizza. Pizaa is soo salty , i swear i saw a rat in the restroom ... horrible place to eat ! top it all off this guy had his phone in his hand the whole time serving more pizza , we all probably ate bathroom germs

This place is sad. Paid almost 20. Sat around waiting for pizza. They bring out 1. There are around 20 people in here. Pizza was gone before the tray was set down. This place needs new employees . And new management. If they cant keep the buffet people happy stop selling it.
