We ordered with a delivery service, which after double checking the order seemed to capture our order correctly. Unfortunately our entire order was incorrect. Ironically they were labeled with a sharpie which led us to believe that they were correct, but it turns out they were labeled wrong. I was most disappointing in our Thai salad rolls, since Im the vegetarian in the group as they did not come with the peanut sauce that was described, but instead a sweet and sour sauce, completely ruining the dish. Those of you who delight in the salad roll appetizer know hat I mean. All and all I was disappointed; it looks like we will be waiting for a Thai restaurant to come to The Colony whom takes their work more seriously. Could have been a rogue nephew or something messing up label duty, but professionals check their orders to avoid this kind of experience. Beef is not chicken. Sweet and sour is not peanut sauce. Details matter.

My fiance and I have Thai quite often, and usually we eat at River Spice in Plano/Addison or Frisco Thai. After stumbling upon this place and reading the reviews here we decided to give it a try, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The fried wanton were delicious - we could have made a meal of those alone!! I had the yellow curry with chicken and my fiance had the pad thai, and we both loved our meals. We loved that you can decide the spiciness of your meal on a scale of 1-5 - I hate spicy food so really spicy Thai places turn me off. My fiance, on the other hand, loves spicy food and generally likes a lot of spice, but the level three was actually perfect for him. We actually liked it so much we went back the very next day! Well be going back very often!

HORRIBLE STAFF! After waiting to get greeted the girl came up and asked if we were doing take out or dining in? When we said done she said "she would have to ask Nuki" she came back and told us that my friend didnt tip last time so we would have to charge us for it. She said well you did a bad job you didnt check on me. Then she yelled back that she did! Personally its ridiculous for any manager or owner to allow someone to be yelling at a customer if front of other customers. If you expect a tip from all your tables without giving them good service then just add gratuity to all the checks. This is terrible service.

We had the pad Thai, Massaman curry, and fried rice. We got it to go, so I cant speak much to the service and atmosphere. However, the few interactions we had were pleasant and the restaurant looks very nice. Overall the food was great, though I personally didnt care for the fried rice (everyone else in our party enjoyed it). These dishes were not unique and mostly identical to most other Thai restaurants, but I count that as a good thing. I dont live in Frisco, but if I did this would likely be my go-to Thai place.

I used to live in Frisco Square and ate at Best Thai at least once a week!! The people are more than friendly and knew me by name and my "usual" order. The Chicken Pad Thai is AMAZING if you like a hint of sweetness in your dish, the Won Ton Soup is Magnificent and they have really good eggrolls! I have had several dishes from there and have NEVER been disappointed! I found they also have a location in Irving and it is delicious as well!! YUMMY!!!!

First of your service is poor , i ate there a while back and i didnt complain , but it wasnt great either , then i went back yesterday cause my friends said to give it another chance , man do i regret it , i orderd Ka Pow and the beef was tasteless, rough, chewy ? I expected the place to atleast get better but it didnt . Trust me im not coming back. Why does food take forever to be served ? .

Ordered the Tom Yum soup with chicken. It was a greasy based broth with some hardly cooked vegetables thrown in and the chicken was so dry you couldnt swallow it. Then we tried the vegetable egg roll and It was greasy and burnt in spots. Then for our main dish, Pad kow chicken...dried up white chicken and vegetables that had no flavor. Very sad cause now Im starving! Would not recommend.

I eat lots of Thai food and so the rating is in comparison the many other Thai restaurants I have visited in the past. Larb salad doesnt have the traditional lime taste that many other restaurants have. The pad Thai beef had a charcoal flavor like it was over cooked. If you are near by, this a great place to get your Thai fix but if you want the best taste, this isnt it.

RACIST. I was dining earlier this week with my friend. Service was very poor and amateur. I overheard a server talking about how she hated Indian customers. Discriminating customers based on race was over a long time ago. Also if you are to talk badly about those who are the ones giving you money, Id suggest not to say it where they are literally a few feet away from you.

My family and I eat here at least 3 or 4 times per month. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. What impressed me the most is the owner met me once and the next time I came in he recognized me and new what I ordered the last time I was in. I am a fan of Thai food and have not found any that compares in the DFW area.

Service is courteous and the food tastes really good. What I really like about this place is its quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoy to sit outside when the weather is nice. The restaurant is located in Frisco square area, close to Cinemark which makes it a great place to dine while you are on a movie date.

Been eating here for 10+ years and its still my favorite Thai food in the metroplex. Pad Kee Mow with Beef is my go-to. BBQ Pork Fried Rice is also a winner. And I always start my meal with steamed dumplings..I dont know whats in that sauce but I could drink it straight! Its so good.

Curry noodles were decent and the shrimp rolls were fantastic. The Rad Na however was subpar and was watered down...it tasted more like beef noodle soup, rather than a more traditional gravy sauce. I would be back to try other things but was disappointed in the Rad Na.

Been 3x so far and still the same old boring restaurant thai food. Service is worse than most thai restaurants. You can make it at home with thai paste for much much less. This restaurant is a bit expensive but im sure their rent is steep because of the location.

This place has a weird smell, food is ok but the ambience is crazy, you cannot eat your food here with that weird smell around, when i asked the waitress about the smell she was so rude and said there is no smell!! it smelled like garbage was around that place.

Very good food. Not as good as it used to be. Updated: Lowered to 3 stars. The curry is now watered down. The Preston and 121 location seems to be fine. Ive been coming here for 11 years but over the last couple of years its not the same.
