Ill start with the positives. The front counter staff was friendly and the food was of decent quality earning them a star. However, the staff forgot 2 items that our group paid extra for (not delivering the items like evetything else was) and the portion-for-price ratio was poor. We called the store after the meal to let the manager know that the experience was below our expectations and the phone rang for a solid 2 to 3 minutes. The manager seemed unpleasant but cooperative. Wed like to try the store again but if this is how the store is during the downtime Id hate to see what its like when its busy.

Ordered a hot dog and a chili dog. Both of them were cold, frys werent much better but didnt care about those. Went up to the counter and let them know. The kid just looked at me with a blank look on his face and asked me what the problem was again. After i told him again, he just grabs them and walks off to the kitchen area. I did get 2 new hot dogs that were hot, about 10 minuets later. But the kid just pretty much dropped them on my table and walked away.

That are the worst ff place in fargo. Multiple times we have gone. Multiple times we were let down. If you go dont pay for a double burger. There is about a 90% chance you will get a single. I have worked ff and their times are outrageously long. I understand that mistakes can be made. But they shouldnt be every time we go. They have lost my buisiness. Whether they care or not I will not eat there again.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through before I was even able to order. Couldnt leave due to the design of the drive through and missed an appointment. Staff didnt seem too be in any sort of hurry, nor did they seem to care. I will not come here again. If I wanted to spend the better part of an hour getting dinner, I would have sat down somewhere. Not a great experience...

I have always waited an ungodly amount of time in the drive-thru at this place and at first I chalked it up to it always being busy. Turns out its because the employees are just completely inept and slow. Last three times Ive been there they have gotten my order wrong. Suggestion: Clean house and fire every single person there.

Was not happy when I saw them microwave my sandwich yesterday...If I wanted to eat something microwaved I would eat at home but when I expect something fresh and dont get it kind of pisses me off ill never eat at that location again and when I talk to the manager all they do is give you attitude

I always get great service. Considering it is NOT fast food like McDonalds, the food comes out in a timely manner and is always the way I order it. They have the best Icecream. I love the rocky road blizzard. Thank you workers for working hard and doing your job so we can enjoy eating out.

I was just here about 20 minutes ago & got a strawberry shake, extra strawberries, I will tell you, there were not extra strawberries & through the drive thru window, I saw some girl (a worker) putting cheese on burgers with NO GLOVES ON. Gross. Wont be ordering burgers here anymore

I love DQ but the employees there seem to hate their jobs...no one is ever friendly and it takes forever. I have received my chilli dog upside down multiple times. I mean, really? Find better staff!
