We visited Mesa for lunch today and had the WORST experience!! It took Tristan 15 minutes to greet our table, we waited 20 minutes to get our water, and another 20 to get our bar drinks. The queso we ordered came out with our meal and not to mention it was cold when it arrived. Out of a party of 5 people, 2 of our orders were wrong. When we were ready to pay we waited another 30 minutes for our check. The 1 hour lunch we expected, ended up being a 2 hour lunch, and the food wasnt that great. When we expressed our frustration with the hostess....she laughed at us. If I could have given no stars it would still be too many. Never going back and I suggest no one eat here - there are dozens of better places to go than here!!!

Everyone had told me how great the food was so I took my Girlfriend and her kid with me on Sunday 9/11 to eat there. Waiter was good and food came out in a good time. We got the Queso Blanco and she had the cheese enchiladas and I had the brisket tacos. The tacos were okay, the Enchiladas tasted funny and the Blanco was good but today all 3 of us are having stomach issues and throwing up and even the little one who had the queso. I think it was the queso but who knows. Thats the only thing we ate in common that day and even a few hours later both her and I werent feeling great. Not happy with that. Heard great things but I would definitely say that we got sick from the food there.

As a former Dallas resident and frequent Mi Cocina diner I am so thrilled we have a Mexican restaurant as good as Mesas so close to our new home. The food and drinks rival Mi Cocinas and the staff is excellent. Hugo, Jorge, and the whole gang take such good care of us. They are friendly and always go above and beyond. This has definitely become one of my new favorite places over the past year. Thanks for such great service guys!!

My husband and I had dinner there last night I order Jalapeño Fajitas and was served Cold, meat, cheese and potatoes COLD, no pico de gallo was serve and manager had the audacity to take plate back with my spoon inside the cup of beans and send it back with someone else with same spoon inside beans look like he put the fajita plate inside microwave and place cup of beans back on there abd thats it... TERRIBLE...

Food is good. Service is usually good. I like the bean dip that comes with the chips and the street style tacos are really good. Im so, so on their drinks. The only problem is the noise level. All the hard surfaces make for a loud location if its busy... They need some acoustic sound boards scattered in the black ceiling to reduce the echo... But otherwise good place to go...

Reliably WRONG ORDERS. I live 2 minutes from here and have ordered from them more than 20 times. Terrible service, food is Tex Mex level at best. Respect yourself more than putting up with that level of unprofessionalism from anyone. Rosas Tortilla Factory is right up the street and they have a drive through, much better and reliable food and service.

The food is great. Some dishes are a little plain such as the tacos carbon but everything else is top notch. Table side guacamole is fantastic. The food is only outdone by the service. Never once will your drink go dry nor will you wait long for anything. The staff is always very polite and make it a good experience.

The food was great and came out as soon as it was ready. Every plate was hot, the presentation was good, and everything was cooked to order and exactly as I expected. The drinks were great and the serve was amazing. Our waiter was very friendly and present when we needed him without being over the top.

Brisket quesadillas were great as well as the rest of our food. Our waitress was not exactly friendly. It seemed like we were bothering her when we would ask for something. i would definitely go back but would not want her as our server again. Oh yeah the Jalapeño/cucumber margarita was amazing!!!!

Sad to say that the food and service was NOT good at all. The food wasnt tasteful at all, no flavor, bland Mexican food. Growing up on Mexican food this was a huge let down. Service wasnt great at all. Wont be going back. I hope the rest of you have a better experience here.

Mesa staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. Never too busy to get seated quickly. The patio area has misting fans to keep you cool during the summer and sunscreens the drop-down to provide shade in the afternoon. One of our favorite Mexican places highly recommended.

The best food Ive had so far! For a taste of the best go for the Mexico city plate. The queso blanco is so delicious is a must have everytime i come here. Staff is friendly and the place was clean.

Been coming here since they opened. Everything here is good. The bean dip, the tilapia, and the sour cream chicken enchiladas are my personal favs. And the margaritas are the best! ;)

Delicious food, but very small and extremely crowded. Wait time wasnt outrageously long, but it felt like you had to eat fast so more guests could enjoy a sit down meal as well.
