the wait staff is horrible. the food is alright though. I live in frisco and have frequent this place several time in hopes that the experience would get better. I however will no longer be going there as this place has no hope unless the wait staff gets more training on customer service. I hate saying this but the Only friendly waitress they have there is for what i know the only white girl that works there and what i believe is the owner/manager. A vietnamese lady i believe to be in her 30s?? let me list the problems i have . #1 the wait staff is too busy chit chatting in a circle to take your order. #2 the order comes out wrong and the waitress doesnt know what to do about it? really??? #3 I particularly have a problem with one of the way the waitresses in the way she handles customers. i eat Pho almost everyday and i drive from Frisco to Plano just to do so because of the service at the only shop i normally eat at. And i work in Mckinney if that tells you anything at all. And this location is 5 minutes from my house! Back to my story! I know exactly what i want when i sit down at any pho restaurant. so i sit down next to a couple who have not ordered yet because they do not know what they want. i was in a time crunch so i sat down and told the waitress i was ready to order. And she rudely told me i had to wait because the couple next to me sat down first. now granted i understand that, but Im sitting so close to this couple i probably could have eaten off his plate. she could have easily taken my order and then stepped 12 inches to the left and taken their order and put both orders in at the same time. but instead made me wait until she went in a put in their order and made their drinks, before even coming to take my order. so the dumbass excuse my language had to make 2 trips and take a much longer time to get the same job done. I dont know if its not enough training? or just the dumbass lazy mentality of these millennials? but again this place could be great but the wait staff needs more training. #4 its just not overall a very welcoming experience at this location.

Been going for years to the other locations in Plano and Dallas for years and absolutely love it.. always get the same thing.. when I saw there was a location close to where I live, I nearly did a backflip.. this last visit was a train wreck however.. way too busy for the young crew that was working.. which is fine.. took way too long to get the pho.. which is fine.. by the time I got it we had been sitting so long that my daughter was over it and throwing food on the floor.. hey, things happen.. theres a group of hungry people who have no seats yet staring me down while I try to eat and weighing the options on how long they have to keep waiting.. ok, it happens.. but then the pho comes and they dont have basil.. which is fine, but only if I know first so I can leave and get something else somewhere else. I get the same thing and put the same things in it every time so an ingredient missing from it makes it something I dont want. I never say anything when something goes wrong anywhete.. but this time I did and I told the cashier I didnt eat it.. she insisted on giving me a 10 percent discount but it seemed like she just wanted to use that as a license to talk to me like a jerk..

This food is good when they get the order right but that is usually a big IF. 9 times out of 10 either the kitchen messes up or the wait staff do and when you are taking a to go order you dont really have the option to go all the way back in order to correct the order. When we did end up eating inside the wait staff and kitchen were so slow even during dead times that it would take 30 minutes+ just to see the appetizer. We have gone here several times hoping something changes but it never does. This family chain just cant figure out how to follow the example of the one in Plano off of Legacy. Hoping that eventually they get it right here but until then 2 out of 5 simply because the food can be good.

We tried Curry seafood flat noodle, excellent, next time Ill ask for spicier even. Vegetables still crispy, cook just right not soggy. the Thai rice noodle seafood was just great, you could taste each flavor of shrimp, and seafood, and spicy enough to still looking feel the heat after we ate. The side vegetable garnish were all very fresh. But the broth on the beef noodle soup was just the best we have tasted in a long time. So many broths are watered down, not this one. Perfect. I even have to say the two young ladies who keep checking on us where so attentive. We will be there often. GOOD JOB.

I asked a simple question. can i put an order in for a particular time (45 mins from the call) the lady continued to impolitely ask me to repeat the time i wanted to pick it up at until i basically had to yell into the phone. She takes my order, asked the pick up time again, and then proceeds to ask "can you just call back later?" i hung up obviously because i was dumbfounded. just write the ticket time on the order. its not very hard. wont ever go there again. Go to carrollton if you want good Pho.

No vegetarian pho option. All broths are animal broths, they do not provide vegetable broth as an option. Vegetarians should be able to order their tofu pho with vegetable broth. My friend had a horrible day and was looking forward to pho only to have to order the same supposedly not very spicy dish I did. I loved it, but she hates spicy foods. She liked the spring rolls though.

Waited at the door for 10 min, there was 2 tables open, my wife went to go ask if we can at least just sit at the open table, the girl up front says obviously you can see, there are no tables open, and my wife was like, theres 2 tables that are open and she walked away rude as my wife was still speaking to her. Never coming here again.

I have been twice. The first time I got the roast beef stew where the larger beef chunks were mostly tough and chewy, but the broth and noodle were good and a fine proportion size. The second time I got a mixed beef noodle bowl which was a little better. The price is pretty good and the service was mostly young people.

I am so happy to have a local Vietnamese joint in our parents neighborhood to grab lunch. Food is consistent, but service is not. It gets busy and they are doing their best to hire, because I always see a "now hiring" on the door. So for now, we will continue coming!

Had a Pork Banh Mi. Looked beautiful, tasted a bit like McRib. Cannot complain about the price - $4. However, as far as Vietnamese Food goes, the seasoning and preparation just didnt hit the mark.
