The pizza is very good, however, the hired help leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second time that Ive had a bad experience with this restaurant. The first time I was laughed at over a question I asked the rude young girl. Tonight I was hung up on when I asked the guy who answered the phone the first time if this was Pizza Hut. I couldnt understand what he said because he talked so fast. When I called back and asked to talk to a manager I heard giggling then another hangup. I called back the third time and asked to talk to a manager and the arrogant girl said, "I am the manager." She refused to give me her last name. I then said I didnt believe her and asked her if she and the other rude people know that the customers are the reason they get up and put their clothes on in the morning. She hung up on me also. I called back two mores times before the girl who said she was the manager got another lady who said she was the RGM and asked how she could help me. I explained to her what had happened and she appoligized for the rude people that I had to deal with. She did offer a free pizza and dessert to show good faith. These young rude people will learn sooner or later that if you want to keep customers you treat them with respect and dont hang up on them!

I ordered from Pizza Hut online for delivery.Order said 30-40 minutes. Guy shows up with an attitude 1.5 hrs later. I checked the pizza and the wings before signing the receipt which he was wanting me to do first. The pizza was cold and the wings were nasty with the hot sauce already dried up. The delivery guy starts snapping an attitude so I sent him on his merry way with his pizza and wings. I called the store, who rationalized the cold pizza as being that way after coming out the oven. No sorry, nothing... Just another Mumbai attitude. I told Pizza Hut to credit my card back and call it a day. I ordered online again ....trying the Dominos. Order was HOT and FRESH when delivered within 30 minutes. The delivery guy was prompt and helpful, ensuring that everything was ok. As usual, I tipped him good and thanked him for the excellent service. Why did I put the Pizza Hut and Dominos review on here? Because if you live within the same vicinity as this Pizza Hut, most likely you will be ordering from the same Dominos I ordered from. Just a heads up. Dominos rules, and Pizza Hut blows.

I have never written a review ever on Google, but with this situation I felt as if I needed to. This is the worst place to spend your money, and get food. I have had so many negative experiences every time I order from this location. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. The delivery people are careless, and the manager is disrespectful and very very rude. He has no interest in what anyone has to say about their negative experiences. He gave me a 20$ PIZZA Credit on my account after my negative experience supposedly. I never could find my 20$ PIZZA credit a day later. I called that evening and asked were I could find it so I could use it in the future. He said I better use it tonight because it expires tomorrow. I was in bed, it was 11:00 at night. I am completely unimpressed and just annoyed with how much money I have spent with them. Once again, I do not recommend anyone order from here.

We ordered 40 buffalo wings mild from this store on MacArthur Blvd., Coppell, TX. They were impossible to eat. Dry, hard as a rock. Called store was issued credit for $22 on 7/18. Today, 7/20, called same Pizza Hut for a delivery of their pasta specialty plus other items. Intended to use credit, finally admitted to owing me the credit. But only for $12. They finally admitted to $22 credit but then informed me that it would be more than 75 minutes before we would receive our delivery. It is obvious that this is a deliberate attempt to avoid honoring the credit. Do I plan to buy from them again, you can bet I wont. Have notified corporate offices. Report to BBB as well.

Have ordered from this pizza hut 3 times now. We have been in our new neighborhood for over 1 year now (Emerald Valley), and they still dont deliver to us. We have had to order take out every time. 1st time, cheese pizzas were terrible, dry and burnt. Employees were horsing around and service was terrible. 2nd time, meat lovers was dried out, brksticks were okay. 3rd time, service is always hodgepodge, seems to be run by a bunch of kids. Veggie lovers was tasteless. Pepperoni pizza was dried and sauce and toppings had shrunken from crust. Tired of same issues, will not order from again, unfortunately pizza hut on south macarthur will not deliver either.

Have ordered pizza there 3 times and wont do it again The orders are always wrong and the last time they were 2 hours late, b/c they claimed to have knocked on my door and no one answered. I was home the whole time and after I called twice to confirm my address, they still couldnt find it. They sent another driver out with my order and they managed to deliver a cold pizza 2 hours late. Still charged me for it after they said I would receive a refund. Really poor service.

We ordered online once and came late so next time we ordered 1 hour and 1/2 earlier~! and still came late. Was not satisfied with delivery time. I know they are busy during lunch time but coming hour late is not acceptable. Maybe they could have let us know they are coming late. Also cut was not even too and was not cut all the way. I am looking forward to some improvement and maybe I will return to this store.

Have ordered pizza there 3-4 times and wont do it again The orders were wrong twice and they tell me that Its was ordered that way online and accept to redo upon verification.Once they just added the raw onion pieces to the pizza and gave it the next minute.I had to ask them to redo it completely again and waited for other 15-20 mins...very customer unfriendly. I wouldnt recommend this pizza hut..

I had ordered(for delivery) from this place couple of times and was really disappointed with their service...orders are never delivered on time , and when they do the orders are incomplete...I am never gonna order from them again...and to add to all this, the customer service of Pizza Hut sucks...they never respond to customers complaints...

Ive made the mistake of ordering from this place several times. They employ a hodgepodge of arrogant, ignorant, and immature kids. Im damn near certain the cretin that answered the phone defiled herself the third time I corrected her on my credit card number. Im a slow learner, but rest assured Ill never order from this joint again.

Went online ordered pizza for pick up at 11:15 it wasnt ready till 12:05, the person working the counter was extremely rude and was ignore several other people theyre complaining about the food being late!! They kept stating that the manager doesnt care and is busy!!!!! Wow never again will my company order food from this place!!!!
