I love Panera Bread! But not this Location its TERRIBLE!!! I REPEAT terrible !! Waste of money each time I went I had a bad experience and Im sure they remember who I was and probably spat in my food. To many Kids working there im not sure who in the Hell is the cook in the back. Soups are cold and uncooked I test to that. The last incident put me over and I will never go back there . My Potatoe soup was so watery it was like they got it from the toilet and poured it back into a Togo bowl. And the Greek salads tasted like it wasnt washed and not fresh ! Our mac and cheese was cold and very salty ! The black young girl at the window is the same one I had a previous prob with the first time she wouldnt even let me finish my sentence on asking her if the dressing was inside. She was like with her annoying face and sarcastic tone "thank you have a great day". Then I called back and who ever answer was like Im young and I think Im very mature . This place is Trash and Ghetto . Im not the only person who thinks about this place . I have many family and friends who has similar experiences. Yall need to FIRE everyone and the cook, and put some smart respectful and genius People there. Go back to training on learning Paneras prepping . Bc thats not their food . I knew this wouldnt last in Grand Prairie ! Just like the Chipotle . To many damn Young kids working and who dont care..!!

Enjoyed eating at a Panera Bread store several years ago, and was happy to see a new location in Grand Prairie on south Carrier Parkway. Tried it one weekday afternoon about 5:00, but was not impressed with the way the Grand Prairie site was managed. Although there were only 2 patrons in line before us, the dining area had several unoccupied tables with used dishware needing to be bussed. It was bad enough that we chose to leave before our food arrived, but not without telling the manager why. Any place can have an off day. We hope this location will make a go of it, but theyll need to try a bit harder to improve things.

I love panera bread, but I keep having a bad experience every time. They keep getting my order wrong. I guess they dont know the difference between a cinamon crunch bagel, a cinamon raisin bagel or a cramberry bagel. They got it wrong a second time, I got fustrated and just finish eating the cramberry bagel. I dont even like cramberries I just wanted a cinamon and raisin bagel. I had to wait a long time for coffee cream.When there were employees just walking by. Get it together please!!

Very disappointed. Went to this NEW Panera and they were out of almost every soup and other menu items. Got the Greek salad and veggie snandwhich and about 2-4 hours later got food poisoning. i had not ate anything prior that day that wouldve made me sick and so I knew for a fact it was from Panera. I have read multiple reviews on the company Panera and how they prepare the meals and I am very disapointed with how unsanitary the kitchen and the food is. I will not be going back!

They were outta soup one day at lunch time @1pm, but other than that, and they dont explain or post/show tips on the process/specific routine on how to order your self from keyosk properly. However other than that, food good, staff does best it can when swamped. This location gets swamped at lunchtime, lines, FYI, if dont wanna wait in line, if dont have that much time for lunch, better get here earlier than 12:45pm.

The cashier was mumbling and kept getting my order wrong as if she just wasnt paying attention. Didnt even know there was a chicken salad sandwich on the menu, and also couldnt tell me what kind of breads they had for sandwiches... she had to ask a manager. As far as the food goes the sandwich was okay, the mac and cheese was soupy and very very salty.

Exactly what I expect from them. Fast, friendly, and consistent. I love their mango smoothie, cinnamon crunch bagel, and steak and egg bagel. 7/8. My steak and egg bagel was rushed out and barely warm. Meat was raw. This breakfast sandwich is my normal order so inconsistent this time.

Not a fan of fast-food, but Panera is the best fast-food out there if youre looking for a simple and diet-conscious meal like a salad. A great place for a post-workout snack or meal. I dont order anything else here. Feel free to read my other reviews in the area for dining and entertainment.

Ordered food online, when I got home 10$ salad was so damn small and 9$ bowl of soup was half full. Kids grilled cheese was burnt... was excited to finally have a healthy choice here but for 40$ for 2... think Ill skip this place next time

Really like Panera but the service at the S. Grand Prairie location needs improvement. The people taking the orders are slow and you have to repeat your oder several times before they get it correct.

This location is very nice. Not only is the facility kept clean, but they also have fantastic staff. The food is great! I love all of their fresh options. Definitely try the Fuji Apple Salad.

The food is fantastic, its a perfect place to go to study at, however, the service is very slow and unorganized especially in the drive thru. They should work on these problems... :)

Ugh. I love Panera Bread, but they KILLED my sandwich twice with their mustard. Menu says mustard, product I get is Dijon mustard. Ewwwwww
