First and only time having ever shopped there was a bad experience. Attempted to order soup and a sandwich. The soup choice wasnt available. So I ordered the sandwich alone to go. After paying, the order taker said they would call me when its ready. Since it was not particularly busy, after about 8 minutes of hanging around waiting I noticed some shelves with bagged food on them. I went back to the same order taker and asked if Im supposed not check the shelves for my order and explained to her that this is my first time buying from your store. She assured me that I should continue to wait and somebody would call my name for pick up. After seeing other people who came in after me pick up their food and was sitting down eating,I went back to the same order taker reminding them that it has been 20 minutes since I ordered a sandwich and a bag of chips. She gets my receipt and take its to the shelves which I previously inquired about and brings me my order. I mean, really? I thought somebody might want to know about my first and only impression of your business.

First i dont like to complaint on any establishment unless they really have done nothing but mess up once again after 3 times. We have been coming to this Panera for a long time, but the last 2 times we have had problems with the wait time to receive our dinner and accuracy of the order. We spend about $40 on 2 adults and a child and that is not cheap for a bowl of soup 2 salads and a half of sandwich. Tonight was horrible. 35 mins to get food. Cold new chicken tortilla soup like literally cold! $9.99 Ceasar chicken kale salad, missing chicken. ...no apologies except a question "do you want your money back?" No i want my food hot and made like i requested it. Poor customer service. In the restroom no soap or hand towels. ... This was the last visit for yall. The manager fid say they were having technical problems....what the hell does that mean???

Will not be using their Rapid Pick-Up service again. Tried it for the 6th time, and yet again (as four times before), my order was wrong. This time three items were missing. If the employees had seemed at all caring, or if they had actually followed whats written on their receipt (that if they make a mistake, theyll apologize with a free treat), I wouldnt have given them a bad review. But the employees seemed harried, overworked-- hardly looked me in the eye-- assured me that the repacked order had everything, so I left (only to discover once I got home that there was now something ELSE missing-- ugh-- too late to go back). Food cold because of long wait in overburdened store, with poor customer service and no apology for inaccurate order.

I got the Pick 2 with Frontega Chicken Panini and Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Princess was working the drive-thru window. She assured me that it was worth the $10. She said the Panini was very good. She was right. It was delicious. The focaccia was very good and the basil flavor was nice. I didnt get a strong smoked chicken flavor and there was a salty taste in the center of the panini but it was still very good. I would order it again. The soup was tasty as always. I always order it. The small baguette that comes with the soup was tasty as well but some of the bottom crust was burnt. This location gets busy at lunchtime so it was nice to have the drive-thru option. Princess was very friendly and answered all my questions.

The best customer service ever. But the place is freezing. I get coffee 3 times a week here but its so cold inside I have to go outside and warm up. Ive heard most patrons state the same. If youre new, bring your parka if youre dining in. I have heard so many customers say they are leaving because its so cold inside. Besides the freezing temp the service is excellent and the food is always great!

While Panera overall is great, this specific location is hit and miss. I have been here during busy times and the food takes 5 minutes. On the other hand, we were just here with the family with 3 other people in the restaurant on Sunday morning, food took 20 minutes, oatmeal came out cold and staff was less than pleasant. Other Panera locations dont have this up/down with inconsistent service.

This was my 1st time visiting a Panera Bread. The food had flavor but the bread was a bit thick for what I am used to. The Customer Service was good. One of the young ladies had to tell my friend and I how to maneuver around on the Kiosk and in the dining area to order our food and where to pick it up. I will be going back when I am in the Cedar Hill area and trying more items on the menu.

I have been eating at Panera for 14 years around the US (they are pretty consistent) and I can say that I got extremely Disappointed with my visit at this particular Store! ...Untrained and lazy staff, and also filthy dirty floors and tables! I dont recommend this place! Find another Panera to go to.

We generally love Panera Bread, we are frequent fliers. The new Watermelon Feta salad is the bomb. In the last month the Cedar Hill location has been out of menu items 4 of 4 visits. HOWEVER, this last visit 3 of 5 of new the drinks had started fermenting! Im not sure if we will go back to this one.

Service horrible. Ordered my food told us that the only sides they had were chips. They brought the food out and said they were out of chips. Asked why they were out of alot of food, the response from the Manager was we are very busy.....I had to ask for a side substitute. Not a good experience.

Picked up food to go for my girlfriend and I will not make that mistake again. Food was cold, bread was stale, and salad barely had any chicken. Very disappointing to bring home to my sick girlfriend when Panera is one of her favorite places to eat. Not happy with this location.

Love the healthy choices and the bagels. I could eat here daily and not feel guilty. Great staff and great food and drink choices. The atmosphere is also easy going, you could study alone or chit chat with friends and even have a small group study here. Love this place!

The food is typical of Panera (if slower than normal), but the last few times weve been there the dining area and bathrooms were absolutely filthy. If thats what the public areas look like, I dont want to know what the kitchen looks like. We wont go back.

Messed up my order 2 times Had me waiting over 5minutes for sweet tea, then when I asked again, they said they ran out of sugar. Cooks just kept talking and wasnt paying attention to orders. I wont be returning again. If I could give 0 stars would.

Quiet, clean, sun filled restaurant that you can take your family to. Salads are fresh, sandwichs great, the fresh baked breads and pastrys devine. They even have a childrens menu. Free Wi-Fi so pull out your computer while you eat lunch and enjoy.

Fast service and great customer service. I would have given 5 stars but my Gouda cheese was old and the lemonade/green tea are not as good as the one in North Arlington. Also the place was a little dirty...food and dishes on tables and floors.
