Good buffet. A nice change of pace from the chinese and mexican I usually get. Having already tried a similar buffet in Rapid City I knew what to expect and they provided. Nice way to sample Indian food which I find to be quite good. None of the buffet items are very spicy unless you use their red sauce so no worries there. They have their buffet Fri and Saturday from 11AM-2PM. Everything was fresh and good.

This place has the right name...dishes are full of flavor! It is not easy to find vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options in Brookings and Flavor has many options for all three. Staff was very friendly. I cant wait to go back!

Customer service was wonderful. But that was the only good thing in this restaurant even the nana bread was terrible. I would not recommend this place
