THEY ARE RUDE, THE MANAGERS LIE TO YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY WONT FIX THE PROBLEM AND IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES THE MANAGER "JUDY" WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU TO HELP YOU....SHE WILL HANG UP ON YOU!! I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH THE FOOD & WITH THE MANAGEMENT NOT RECTIFYING THE ISSUES!! ALSO, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR MONEY IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS! YOU WILL BE TOLD YOU CAN MAYBE REPLACE YOUR MEAL ...BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO REDEEM...."NO!!" I BEG YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION! THEIR FOOD IS LOW QUALITY .... This my second time to visit the Manafield location, first time to dine. My first visit I ordered waited 20 minutes and never got served. I actually had to cancel my order to return to work. This morning (9-15-15) I ordered oatmeal with strawberries and pecans at 11:01am and it took 21 minutes to get it out to the dining room. REALLY?!! Its oatmeal!! Then I got the same excuse I was given the first time I was here "We are busy during breakfast hours." So is IHOP. Find a new excuse. Replace breakfast with lunch for my first disappointing visit. A table that sat down 10 minutes AFTER me was served first and they had sandwiches and soup! I will not dine here again. Very disappointing and poor managemt.

Should have read other reviews. Lousy dining experience! We ordered Soba noodle bowls and they were served with potato chips. We asked for bread & the rude manager said they were out of bread because they only make so much each day. A bakery open until 10pm out of bread at 7:30. And what about the loaves in the case... You cant slice one of those. They went in the back & came out with 2, half slices of bread (probably pulled them out of the trash) Glad you took my $25 for this POS excuse for a meal.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning online along with a few loaves of bread and went to pick them up. If I would have know then what I know now I would have never ordered the sandwich. I paid $4.39 for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it ended up being half a sandwich. I could have gone and gotten a foot long sub for a little more than that. Also the last two times I have ordered sourdough it been over baked. Just very disappointed because this is the first food order I have ordered with panera.

All in all not so bad. I cant speak for the other reviewers but I havent had any nightmarish experiences thus far. Some of the food can be a little pricey but for a place like this it is to be expected. The Steak and Egg breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel is very good and in general their pastries and breads are tasty. Some of the reviewers sound like they need to start cooking at home instead of going out if they are having horrid experiences.

The place is a mess. At 1:30 on Friday afternoon there are many tables available but ALL are dirty and no one is cleaning them. I have been here about 15 minutes waiting in line and ordering and waiting for food and in all t h at time no one cleaned a table. So now I have to sit at a dirty table or take it to go which was not my plan. Food is good but I dont think I will be back. Too many clean places in the neighborhood to eat.

Never in my lifetime have I had such wonderful treatment from a business, Jennifer was the greatest help to me selecting what I wanted. Its just an amazing experience in this day ,& time to find anyone theres cares about a customer as much as she did. I was listening to her do the same thing to the next customer. Thanks to the management for there selection of people to run these restaurants. Please put one in Midlothian, Texas

First online order for rapid pickup, was not ready on time requested and even had to go to the counter to get it. Second online order made the night before and requested for bagels to be sliced and be placed in plastic bag before putting in paper bag/box to deal freshness ( under special instructions) . Picked order but none of the instructions was followed. Bagels got hard. Not ordering at this location again.

First time dinning in I actually wanted Jasons Deli but was closed for New Years! So I decided to check this place out, I paid $20 for my two year old and I it was ridiculous! All she had was a cup of soup! I approached the manager and she was just ignorant and rude about a mistake on my order! Save yourself a trip and money dont go there not worth it!

Foods ok. Service is lackadaisical. Even when its slow the tables, chairs, coffee stations are often dirty. Sometimes I have to get my own meals from the service window, like today. As I am typing, Im watching a lady walking around trying to find a clean table. She found one in the back finally. We need more healthy breakfast restaurant alternatives.

Have tried on multiple occasions because my daughter likes it but same result each time. Chaos and disorganization. Takes forever and usually at least one thing wrong. This time the smoothie still has giant chunks off ice in it. I only got a soup and smoothie to go. How hard is that. People are friendly though, I will give them a star for that.

Way over priced for what you get and the quality is marginal at best. This chain has gone way down hill since its humble beginnings in STL. Almost $14 bucks for a cup of soup, half sandwich and drink. Ridiculous. At this particular location, they are as slow as molasses.

When I order online "rapid pick up" I expect my order to be ready and not to wait for over 10 minutes. Seems to be normal, since none of the staff paid any attention or made any effort to bring the order out. Food is good, but doesnt worth to be late at work.

The staff was really friendly. I cant say the same for the other patrons. I dont know if they hadnt had their coffee yet, but boy were they in a crappy mood. Back to Panera... everyone who helped us were exceptional and the quality was excellent.

Havent been in a long time. 12 dollars for a soup and sandwich combo. No thanks. All the coffee was cold. Doubt I will be back. They also overcharged my wife for her free birthday stuff and then wanted to argue for 5 minutes about it. Ridiculous.

If you are an early morning person, they have good coffee and a variety of pastries. But, you will not be getting fresh-baked pastries, and they will be served cold unless you specifically ask for them to be heated (microwaved).
