a copy of the form sent to corperate. no buffet as stated on the web, this location is mainly a bar. we came in at 3:30 with another family ahead of us. one family already there, one man at the bar. we were seated at the tall tables in the bar. (floors are way too slippery, chairs scooting out from under people, but back to the subject) we placed the drink orders, one seirra mist, one tea, one water, one dp. the drinks with lemon arrived, and there was something greasy, red and crunchy smeared all over the lemons in the drinks. no sweatner or addatives were offered, brought, asked about. we had to ask, then they couldnt find them. it turns out, it didnt matter, the tea was sour, either very old or the container it is stored in has not been cleaned in a very long time. the child that is a vegitarian ordered a ceaser salad, for the rest one lage pep lovers and one large supreme. the salad came out, followed by the pizza plates. the plates were filthy, covered in grease. we used paper towels. the piza arrived. The pizzas were good, no complaints there. the drinks went empty and stayed that way, right up until we walked out. the only time any one checked on the table at that point, was after we had been waiting 20 minutes for a check and to ask for a box. I did ask the guy who came over to bust the table who the m.o.d. was. he stated that it was him, George. a very arguementative person. when he asked what was wrong, i explained the events, the long waiting, and all. i told him we wanted to pay and leave. he stated hed like to talk about it. i displayed the pizza hut site on my phone, and explained that anything i had to say, would be done so there. i again said that i wanted to pay and leave. (trust me, i deserve a medal or an award for not loosing it by this point) he told me to sign this, pointing to a reciept on the counter. there was no place to sign. it was the reciept from closing the till (300 and change i believe), a kid grabbed it and said "not that", and took the one that george should have put down. i told him that we wanted to pay for the pizza, it was fine, it was just the service and cleanliness that has severe issues there. he said that hed already cleared it and didnt want to rering it. now, the group of kids that the entire time has been sitting in the booth by the restroom has migrated to the front register where they are crowding the door. this place has so many problems, i dont know where to start. i am scared to know what that kitchen looks like, abd if the place would fail a health inspection based on the lobby or dining area alone, what chance would that kitchen have.

Let me start from the beginning. I am a single girl fresh out of college with a degree in advertising. As you would expect, I try but find it quite difficult to get men to pursue a relationship with me, so I came up with a plan. Taking inspiration from one of my favorite films on redtube, I placed a delivery order to this location for my apartment, specifically requesting "extra sausage" and emphasizing the meat lovers. I could just absolutely not settle for any less, and for this reason the most attractive driver was requested. Skip thirty minutes ahead, and he steps up to the door. I had been waiting, and felt the passion burning within me for what was to come. I opened the door, clad only in a tight pair of shorts and a blouse, gave my best at a seductive tone and aura, and said to him "well hello there handsome. I see youre packing some meat..." He showed no response to my first attempt, and replied with a blank stare "heres your pizza maam. If you could just sign this here." "Just a moment, I forgot my pen inside. Would you care to come in for a moment?" I offered back, doubling up on the dirty and yearning look I had taken. As I left the door wide open and swayed my backside to the devilish beauty in my door, he did not follow, but rather stood there, unsure of what to do. Reluctantly, I retrieved my pen and signed the receipt, but couldnt resist one last attempt at the hot delivery I needed. "Are you sure you wont come inside? You look like you could use a drink. And I could use a hut favorite stick..." I said, my final attempt at the delicious delivery. "Thank you maam. Enjoy your pizza. Have a good day," he replied, and turned to leave. I had failed. This was unsettling, extremely different to the porn I had used for planning. The pizza was excellent however, and though a strong and hard man wasnt there for me, my pizza was. 6/10 because it didnt happen like it does in the videos.

My wife and I had lunch at their buffet today. I was less than impressed, especially since this Pizza Hut is in front of their huge stadium, PIZZA HUT PARK. The buffet had 5 pizza choices at the buffet. Every single one was a variation of pepperoni and cheese or just plain cheese. There was some cold untouched pasta, and hard bread-sticks. Not sure if they just dont do refills but my glass stayed empty the entire time. Lazy Staff. I also had to ask for my bill. You would think, since they sell hotwings, salad, deserts, and every pizza known to man, that you might see some of these items on the buffet. Think again. Will not return to this place ever again. Much better to go down the road to Double Daves off Main Street where at least you know there will be a selection. In there defense, when we were leaving I did see them put out an all vegetable pizza.

A Private User

I took my 2 children there tonight for a quick pizza. It was not busy--only one other table seated, with a few people at the bar. We ordered and didnt see the waitress for another 30 minutes. She didnt even bring us our drinks. When I got up to find an employee to ask where our order was, I had to search through the restaurant since everyone was out back. I finally got the bartenders attention, who spent the next 10 minutes looking for our waitress. ONLY THEN did she remember she had a table and tried to bring us our drinks. We had been sitting there for 45 minutes at this point. The individual posing as the manager was completely inept and offered up a lame "sorry." We will absolutely never dine there again and will make sure to let our friends know about the disasters they have working there.

Ive ordered from here several times both delivery and pick-up. The drivers are always fast and friendly. I like that they always offer me cheese and pepper (unlike other chains that you have to request at the time of the order.) My order has been correct every time so far (about 8 or 9 times). I did experience someone in front of me complain one time that their pizza was incorrect. I watched as the cashier was friendly, apologized, and quickly made them a replacement pie. Its good to know that if I ever do have an issue I know they will fix it. I love the stuffed crust pizza, boneless hot wings, and chocolate chip cookies. Its also a great value to feed my family as they always seem to have some kind of deal going on.
