8/12/17: screwed up my order again, how o you interpret 3 double cheesburgers, plain, to mean extra pickle and mustard on all three! IDIOTS WORKING AT THIS LOCATION! This location is by far the worst BK in Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie area. Dont expect any to go order from the window to be correct. If you go before 9am expect to wait anywhere from 10-15 min at the window, even if there is nobody else in line. Food quality is always very very low, with near spoiled veggies and poorly made. I wanted to try out their new BBQ burger, and knew I should have gone to a different location but didnt feel like driving across town, got it and spent $6 for it and it had a spot of BBQ the size of a quarter, one onion, a stale bun and dry meat. It was inedible. Update 7/22/16 went to try out cheetomac things, of course they say they dont have them even though huge posters are all over the building. The other location on Cooper carries it. Went through the same thing when the Chicken Fries first came out. So we order regular menu items, the order at the window is still all messed up with items missing and wrong along with the overall quality very poor. I would have thought that with a year since our last visit being transpired that things might have improved but they are just as bad as they ever were. Update 7/31/2016: Called the store to see if they had gotten the Cheeto Mac things back in yet, as my kids wanted them and I didnt want to drive real fat for one... The Manager tells me they have been discontinued already. I call the one at 360 and Camp Wisdom and they say: No, we have them in stock right now and they havent been discontinued bc they JUST came out. They said that the location on Matlock has quality and stock issues ALL the time. I believe it, for sure. Went and got some at 360 location. Update 5/7/17: Against my better judgment, I decided to try out this location again, as it has been almost a year since lady time I went there. Ordered 3 chicken fries, s yr steakhouse burger, fries, three double cheeseburgers meat and cheese only and large onion rings. OMG, in keeping with their tradition... entire order screwed up. Missing a chicken fries, 3 plain double cheeseburgers came out with everything on them. Chicken fries I got where old and stale and the onion rings where half done, still really cold. I just called them up and told them I wouldnt even be bothering to bring this order back to them as I am just going to contest the charge with my bank. All I have to do is take a picture of the screwed up food and my bank fights the charge. This location just has quality problems that WILL NEVER be fixed, Im convinced. Stay AWAY from this burger king.

I went a few weeks ago and when I ordered a meal my fries were cold and the meal was wrong so I requested my money back when I went this morning they were nice enough to give me my money back for the two large fries I didnt want it back for the whole meal. I ordered breakfast meals with a medium coke and they handed me the coke and the part of the top of the lid was smashed of the Linden stay on securely so when I went and put the drink in my cup holder the drink fell from the lid and everything spilt. The manager was sitting at the window and didnt even bother to offer me napkins or anything he just walked away when it happened that is the most unprofessional courtesy Ive ever seen in my entire life every time I go to this Burger King I have an issue or somethings wrong. Went to this Burger King 10/01/2016 and set in the drive thur behind two car at 8 something for over 30 minutes to find out this place was not even open. We seen one crew member pull up and she could not even access entrance. I called after everyone that was in drive left and still did not get an response, we drove to the one on Cooper and I spoke with the supposed to be Manger there but he did not understand me and told me that they are the same but different so I assumed that they have different owners. Someone need to make sure this does not happen again because they lost a lot of business ,it was cars still coming after the five cars that was with me left.

This burger king has got to be the worst one ever...Im pretty sure its owned by some foreign person who doesnt wanna put a filter in the water. Soda taste like hose water, food never seems to be cooked properly and night time service is the worst. Everytime Ive,ordered, no one understands english and they always mess up my order. This is the only way to,voice my,concern since they dont even have a ph# to complain to corporate. If bad service, foreign river water and using rosseta stone to order in an american restaurant where english should be spoken is how you roll, this is the place for you. Be sure to have your greencard when u check in.

Ive been here 3 times now. First time they decided to be lazy and give me old dried up chicken for my sandwhich and nuggets. Second time was better because I had to ask for everything to be fresh. Third time tonight they should have still been open on drive thru and no one helped me. I looked all over for hours and the drive thru states "24hrs" multiple cars came by and no one was help. There were employees inside.

The manager maria hung up in my face when i called to ask was the full menu being served at 930 a.m. i went up there and she said only breakfast was being served. I looked up at the menu and it said burgers for breakfast. Wow. Very rude. Poor customer service and wont hesitate to hang up in your face. I can honestly say this is the worst burger king ever

On 12/1/16 at 12:30am I drove through the the drive thru, three times and no one ever answered the drive through speaker or answered at the window. At one moment, a crew member had on a headset, walked by and saw me at the drive through And quickly went back to the back and never came to take my order. I was disappointed.

This is by far the most misleading food chain Ive been too. The burgers where horrible. Just the bread, the patty and one piece of tomatoe! And dont get me started on the burgerito, it was all grease!! Please burger king, try sticking to making your burgers actual burgers and leave the burritos to taco bell.

Whens I say the WORST stuff I every had i dont eat BK but I just tried it cause I havent have nun in a long time when I say I went there they was out of FRIES !!! KETCHUP!!!! SMOOTHIES!!!! Every thing and I got a whopper with onion rings and a shake the burger was disgusting as usual!

Waited about 15 when i was the only one there at night and they made the orders wrong so they made them again amd they were wrong also. Tried taking them back the next day and they closed 30 min before close time
