After ordering one #3 one cheesecake and one Jr bacon cheeseburger and waiting over 20 minutes on the drive through. They didnt have my order on their screen then after repeating my order once again they forgot the fries and the Jr bacon cheeseburger. I went to the dine in to express how long I had waited and was missing half my order another custome nor I didnt even get greeted. After waiting they another 5 or plus minutes the you g lady came and asked whats wrong. I kindly expressed the situation and got the missing food back after waiting another 5 or minutes for the fries to cook. They definitely need extra hands on deck and as the dine in area is messy and no one at the front register. I dont think they even had a manager on shift to take control of the flow of cuatomer traffic.

I ordered 4 tacos and it was the worst tacos i have ever gotten ever! The tacos appeared to be very big when i was taking them out of the bag only to find that when i took them out of the wrapper they were full of pure nasty lettuce so the tacos were soggy and nasty after removing the lettuce i had a mountain of it on one wrapper....they were lucky i wasnt dining because i would have thrown that slop back at them and walked out i didnt even get a reciept so i could properly complain so its cone down to this will never go to this jack ever when i cone to wal mart ...i dont even wanna give it a 1 star

Ive been here a total of TWO times; and I live 3 minutes away and actually like the food. The first time I went here I ordered meals for me and my family of 5. It took FOREVER. They got my meal right but everyone elses wrong. The manager was nice about it and remade everything fresh and let us keep all the original stuff. Second visit I just wanted some churros and fries. Quick and simple. With one car in front of me when I ordered I sat for almost ten minutes. Then I get the bag and the food is right but they are upside down spilled into the bag. Maybe a third time if I REALLY want churros.

First, it was very easy to communicate our order one time in a timely fashion. However, as other posts have indicated, but the wait time at 1240am was enough to put us to sleep, waiting in the drive through. Place was well lit, still needs a trashcan closer to the East side entrance doors, especially after hours. If posted 24 hour drive through, then they must have done a CBA to rule out using the 4 minute timer. This applies to the other JIB in Frisco as well. Must be a new corporate standard or not enough customers to justify more than two night employees.

Waited 30 minutes at the drive thru, with 2 cars in front of me. (I would have left but there was a car behind me) Order was not right and my change was $1 dollar short. No receipt given. I tried to go inside to get the receipt but the doors were locked- according to the sign on the door the inside should have been open still. All around failure.

Been here a couple times since moving here. First time the experience was great. Second time I went through the drive thru with my wife and waited 35 mins! The store wasnt busy inside. People were going on and out of the store. I had 2 cars in front of me and 3 behind so technically was stuck. Hopefully this is a rare occasion for this store.

I visited this location twice after 11:00PM. The hours posted on the door that the dinning room is open until midnight. Once was told that there wasnt enough staff to serve me. The second time the doors were locked. If you cant serve people late at night then change the hours posted.

They are consistent....consistently horrible. What a joke. Guy at the window said "Yeah, people are getting upset because were slow and were not precise with their order." Jack in the Box is always slow, but these fools are working in reverse.

Almost all of the tables were dirty and we were the only ones there. Absolutely no ketchup in the dispensers. Had to scrounge for napkins and missing two items from our order. The only positive is that the cashier was friendly.

All is Good, at Jack-in-the-box. And this one seems to have a great staff and well trained staff at that. All visits that I have had, had great interaction with the crew. Clean in and out. And orders are always accurate.
