Sunday August 13th 6pm, my girlfriend went up there to get wings and the Chicago dog, not only was her hotdog cold, but my wings are hard and cold as well. When you spend almost $15 on food somewhere and it sucks, definitely not a good feeling. Especially when not even a month or 2 prior Im pretty sure I got food poison from you guys chicken wrap. Lost my business *update* Hoped that maybe that was just a bad day for them, and here I am a week later, and I have yet again gotten nasty food and also the wrong food. Never again seriously.

This has to be one of the worst Sonics in the franchise due to the terribly slow service. It doesnt matter what time of day or night, there is never a sense of urgency for them to even answer the call button. Then, the carhops have the nerve to ask for a tip, "Do you want your change?" I keep returning, thinking it will get better; however, it never does. They get a star for having great Diet Cokes.

Its Sonic what more can I say. I frequent this location pretty often. In the mornings they only have one girl working as car hop. She can be pretty busy but generally not a long wait and can get you right out. And she is super friendly. Later in the day they do have more help but can be decent size crowd especially if during happy hour. But pretty quick to get you in and out.

Worst sonic in DFW. Rude service, they always mess up food and then not care about it. Last time I had a shake it was so runny I just threw it away. I drive out of my way to go to a different store. I wont even go there for half price things cause those are the worst at this place.

The carhop Jamie is excellent. I have had a couple experiences that were under par here with other carhops, but Jamie is always amazing. Shes always friendly, prepared, and just generally on her game. This factor alone keeps my business.

Food and drinks are consistently tasty. Service though can sometimes be slow, even for a drink, especially when compared to how fast the Grapevine location is during lunch.
