I went to this KFC 2 days ago and received horrible service. We went through the drive thru instead of going inside. After we placed our order and got up to the window to pay the man said your chicken is a 7 minute wait, is that alright? We told him yes that is fine and we pulled to the front like he asked. I waited for approximately 20 minutes before I decided to go inside and see what the problem was. I asked how much longer the guy replied that it would be another 3 and half minutes. I was extremely tired of waiting and had my four year old with me who was very hot and tired of sitting in the car. I told the guy I just wanted a refund, waiting 23 minutes for chicken is just ridiculous. My husband came in and said he did not want a refund and to have waited that long for nothing. The manager was extremely rude, told me repeatedly that I had got wait I paid for. And when we asked to get something comped he refused, and would not even give me a free drink for the trouble. I will never go to this KFC again. Also, I had him sign and write the time on my receipt, so that when I contact corporate they can understand how terrible the service was. I am a manager at a furniture store and couldnt believe how this store handles its customers.

We eat here every single Sunday... always the same order... 6 chicken littles and a large prder of potato wedges... so we get home this Sunday and sit down to eat and the bread is completely stale on every single 1 of the sandwiches... i tried to eat it but it was disgusting my kids and husband wouldnt even touch. I called and politely asked to speak to the manager and see if I could bring my receipt next Sunday and have them replaced.... she told me I would have to keep the sandwiches and bring them back next Sunday LOL... we had already thrown them away and even if not I am not going to keep nasty sandwiches in my house for an entire week... long story short I told them dont worry about it and we just wont eat there again... everytime we go there have been minor problems including wrong orders, long wait times, rude staff etc. But we are pretty patient. I just thought it was really messed up that I didnt touch the chicken littles I paid for and they never once even apologized.

Avoid this location. Drive thru couldnt take an order correctly, fountain drinks were not calibrated, and the items in the bag were wrong. We said the drinks tasted off, but Pjs, window person, said that the Pepsi bag was full so there was no problem with the drinks. At home we discovered each combo we got had mistakes. When I called the store, I was put on hold while orders were taken, only to hear "are you still there, please hold" every three minutes. After it was clear I could wait on hold, the manager said she would "call me back" and hung up. I really hope KFC has caller ID since she didnt ask for my number before disconnecting.

Service was actually nice (considering this is a KFC), dining area was clean, and the food was well prepared (in fact, I may be a fan of their grilled chicken now). YUM! branded locations (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut) typically have terrible service problems, but depending on the associates you can have a good experience (like we did on this visit).

This place sucks. Said it would take 5 mins for a new batch of popcorn chicken & I have been waiting for 10 mins. & the rude a$$ that took my order is just sitting down in the eating area not doing $h!t. I get its a fast food & you wont get good service but holy he11 I didnt think I get this bad of service.

I dress modestly, so it is unsettling for a male cashier to greet my breasts and try to talk to them once per sentence. I got creeped out and left. I can eat up the street with less of a creep factor.

Yes it is open for business, ate there 9/30 and got the hot wings. They were great and the corn on the cob was also good. The Google street image is the old chicken place, this is a KFC now.

They lied to me and told me they had my order, then put anything in a bag so I could drive off. I stay too far to take it back and now they wont answer the phone

My stop for fried chicken love the original chicken. Famous bowl is good with the chicken isnt cooked in old grease. Havent had a problem thus far. Ill be back!

The food is decent, but the facilities could use some TLC. The lock on the mens door was broken so was the lid to the toilet tank in the mens room.
