We were contracted to do ice machines there and i must say this place had one of the most if not the most friendly and hard working staff i have seen and we have done many ice machines in many Chic fil as. The operator at this store Jarvis i think his name was was VERY nice, courteous and professional and it reflected in him as well as his staff. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! i highly recommend this store for the food and the professional staff. Take it from me because like i said i have worked in most of the stores in this region.

Cockroaches in the kitchen and knats in the drinks and I saw 2 cockroaches in the kitchen. When I asked what they were going to do about it and the ginger guy said nothing. I heard him say to someone that theyll get to it later to just sweep them up. Management is rude and the food they give me every time tastes old and stale. Go to the chick fil a off glade. Super friendly super fast and they get my order right every time. BEWARE THIS GRAPEVINE LOCATION.

I went to the drive thru last night for dinner for me and the wife and got home to start breaking out the food to realize half my order was missing from the bag. Ive got 2 kids under 2 so going back not an option. I called and spoke to Jordan the manager and she took down my name and told me to come back anytime for the rest of my food and free dessert. Happy to say I went back and they honored it. Thats GREAT SERVICE and one happy customer!

The food of course was good at this location but the building was very small and the parking lot was very narrow. It was difficult to move around in the restaurant. The condiments were right next to the line and in the traffic flow between the doors - so grumpy people were not happy to wait for customers getting their things while handling a little one. The bathroom was not very clean either. I probably wont return to this location.

Chick-fil-A has always offered great service, however, this location is above and beyond any other that I have ever visited. The manager even over my little one state that she already had the book that she received in her kids meal, and informed me of a little known trick: you may trade in your unopened kids meal gift for a cup or cone of ice cream for your children. FANTASTIC!!!

Went to lunch there today with my 91 year old mother in law and 2 grandkids. Young man that works there named Will was so sweet and took great care of us. Told me about the new sauce they had and even went and got me one to try. He checked on us 4 times and made comments about how nice my grandkids were. Really made us feel special. Thanks Will

I came here after a long day at work that went horrible. Tabor at the cash register made my entire day, Ive never had such a great experience at any fast food restaurant in my life and I eat out every day pretty much. Thanks Tabor, God bless you. Thats what customer service is about.

Amazing service! I absolutely enjoy every single visit when I am there. The food is always fresh, friendly staff and quick service. But the one thing Id like to point out is that I can only drink decaf coffee for now and the lady in the morning is always super nice about it!

Super Friendly. Came to check on us a few times (for refills, straws,napkins,ect.)It was pleasant to have a restaurant feel in a fast food place. ALL THE EMPLOYEES (that I seen) appeared to be happy & just truly like their jobs. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK... Great Job!!!!

I love this chik fil a. Dont misunderstand. But this new smoke crap BBQ sauce is disgusting. Why would chik fil a think I would want overly smoked sauce on my fried food? Tastes like crap. I will not be eating at chik fil a until its either fixed or somehow improved.

Their drive thru is crazy & it blocks of f all their handicap spaces - people are rude , cant back up to let me out& I am late back to work. Too big of a building on too small of lot - think they over did it with the play ground on this location. Its just nuts.

The Franchise owner and his Team are a very warm and friendly bunch. Little wonder, if I require my Chick fil a fix on Saturdays, I drive about 20 mins from Lewisville to this location in Grapevine, TX. Theres actually a Chick Fil A 3 4 mins from my home. Chris

This place is always great for lunch because I receive my food quickly after ordering and its always fresh and hot. There is always someone roaming the restaurant, checking on guests and getting them drink refills as well as anything else they need.

We are loyal Chick-Fil-A diners, but our visit here yesterday was disappointing. The service was friendly, but there was a roach on the floor and flies everywhere. The restaurant just felt dirtier than the other Chick-Fil-As we normally go to. :(

My experience was not pleasant by the employees, but the sandwhich and soup combo, fool the people and actually paid. a lot more if you try to upgrade anything and no one tells you or explain that you will be paying a lot more. Wont come again

For some reason have of the restaurant was blocked off and have of the trash cans were covered so we couldnt use them. I dont know if they were just being lazy and they didnt want to clean but it was 3pm and way to busy for it to be like that.

During our lunch break, everyone decided to go here. Although I am vegetarian, Chick-fil-A was very accommodating and prepared a delicious southwest salad with no chicken! Reasonably priced, clean eating areas, and clean bathrooms.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CHICK FILA!!!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous and personable. We visit this location at least twice a week and when we are bummed out we visit a third time. It always cheers us up.

Theyre all true! All the other reviews about fast and friendly service were true! We chose this one over the one closer to the Gaylord because of the raving reviews. Definitely worth the extra mile or so.

Always clean both on the restaurant side and behind the counter that as far as I can see. Staff are always polite and friendly. They are also always smiling. Their positively attitude is contagious.
