As someone else said, service can be pretty bad but these are high school kids so I try to give them a pass. That said, when they get a good kid in there that understands customer service, then you get great service. I had one such visit recently. I have to eat gluten free and they have new gluten free bread. Ive been eating gluten free for many years, long before it became the diet du jour, and have tasted many brands of gluten free bread and they are all terrible. Subway got it right, the gluten free bread there tastes normal. Better than normal. And that means alot to someone who cant eat normally. It feels wonderful to have a real sandwich in my hands that tastes delicious and wont make me violently ill. Subway, you rock!

I went in there the other day and was helped by a very efficient employee, whos name I believe was kolby. You could tell he was one of those who might actually care. He made my sandwich quick and with a smile, rang me up with a thank you and proceeded to his next customer. This is the way in which all fast food proproietors should operate. He also made eye contact and actually listened. The store was clean and they were well stocked.

Servers dont make eye contact....dont pay attention to customers either. Chat with friends. Smoke when they should be working.
