Poor experience at this location No stars from me ! not at all happy with this evening visit ...relaxed Management and too too many young employees running around laughing and playing on the job. As a paying customer I made a simply inquiry about the menu, I found the Management to be uncooperative, smug, and a bit put off that I asked. I am not pleased with Sonics (this location) general policy that although this is a Hamburger Drive in store; to order a simply Hamburger it is a common known truth to ALL (but me). Quote" All partons will be charged a general price of $3.79 for a Cheeseburger" .. it doesnt matter if you eat cheese or not you will be charged for it. I prefer not to eat cheese and rather NOT be forced to pay for it when i order a Hamburger. I am sorely disappointed with the service tonight. The menu documents the set price, but later when you read your receipt it shows another. I view that to be very misleading to the customers. I will NOT return...will simply drive a few more miles down the road. Anyway, IN and OUT has the BEST service and BEST Burger$ !

Do NOT go here. There is nothing worse than paying for fast food that is expensive (compared to their competitors) and receiving horrible service. I literally ordered the Family Pack of Mozzarella Sticks (16 Piece) Extra Marinara Sauce (usually bring 2) And 3 drinks. To begin I had to wait over 10 minutes to receive my food. The car hop said "I put the extra marinara sauce in the cup tray" And of course I was dumb enough to trust her and drove back home. Once I got home, I checked the bag GUESS WHAT 2 Marinara Sauces total. -_-. I did call the supervisor because this isnt the first time this happens and though he apologized and gave me a credit for future use, I can honestly say it did nothing for me. I dont plan on going back to Sonic. Its expensive, slow, and have horrible customer service skills.

Pulled up and pushed button, waited about 3 mins and I had to push the button again before someone would answer. Then I was told to wait 5 mins and push my button again. 2 cars pulled up and ordered after I was told to wait 5 mins. So I pushed my button again and was told to wait 1 min and call back. Another car pulled up and ordered right after that. So I pushed my button again and my order was taken but you could tell the worker was too busy to take my order. The carhop was extremely apologetic and told me that she was the only carhop and only one person making drinks so they were backed up. I overheard the man in the intercom tell someone that there was a 20 min delay on all shakes. This is not acceptable for 9 pm on a Saturday night.

If I could give negative status would... where to start went today to pick up a quick lunch and they forgot half of my order then when I told them they did they acted like I was lying, then when I asked for a manager which I almost never do because I work in customer service so I know they really cant do much they said they didnt have one and the one they so have wouldnt be in until later then as im waiting for the rest of my missing order that takes 15 minutes longer to get its cold like really people youre telling me it took 15 more minutes for me to get cold food im furious at this point and i will make it known that this is the worst sonic in the area

I echo the other single stars. Sonic is very hit or miss, and it fully falls on management to reflect a solid business within this franchise. This manager, whoever they are, has a piss-poor capability to lead their staff. I shouldnt have to wait 15 minutes for food when you dont have many people waiting at other stalls. I had someone pull up and leave twice in the stall next to me, and heard another customer in another stall getting irate with the location as well for the ridiculously sloth-like capabilities of the kitchen staff. Get relevant or close. Youve earned zero more chances from this loyal Sonic drinker.

This sonic is great, if anybody talks bad because of the wait, obviously has no patience... People have no idea how things are done in order. If you order a choc shake only while the person before you ordered say 10 shakes... Your gonna wait and be a good little boy/ girl. Literally there are 2 cook serving up to 20 people not to mention how much you people eat, and maybe 4 people prepping drinks. You people are more than welcome to come in and help out if it ever gets packet because after all this sonic is the peoples.

Every single time we go to our sonic on main in euless there is never enough people working, our order is rarely ever as we ordered it, and it takes 15 min or longer. We were just there this morning and we never received our food. We left after 15 min of waiting. It is completely frustrating that this is called fast food and more frustrating that they dont seem to care enough to make changes by staffing or having a manager that cares on site. They should just close it down.

They can not take a simple order for a slush. I asked for a vanilla cherry coke and they tried to give me a cherry slush with coke and vanilla added into it... Like OMG I got the drink off one of you guys menus its something youre suppose to know how to create... Also every time I come here its a problem you all never get my order correct and then have me sitting there forever.... You have to do better at this sonic you have officially lost me as a customer!

Ive never had good service here. They always mess up my order and are soooo slow. This time I asked for tots and got fries that were cold. the whole meal tasted like it had been sitting for hours and it took a long time to order and receive my food. Plus my screen didnt work so it took longer for the girl to swipe my card. I always drive past thinking its a good idea, but a disappointment every time.

This is the worst Sonic anywhere. Every one of my co-workers and I have gone there and even if we are just ordering a drink and nothing else, it has been 10 to 15 minute wait. Horribly slow service and a bunch of teenage workers who dont give a crap! If i could give it ZERO stars, I would. Sonic in general is wonderful. Its just that this PARTICULAR one sucks!!

Place is terrible and disgusting. They brought out our order and the bottom of the bag was wet. I asked what it was and the car hop just shrugged and said "I dont know." Then he asked if I wanted him to fix it. So I said yes. Turns it his way of fixing it was to take out our now wet food and out it in a dry bag. Thanks guy, I will never go back there again.

The food isnt bad but the customer service is not great especially the man that takes your order is rude and cuts you off before you are even finished speaking. I also asked it i could tip on my card he said yes and I went to ask for something else and he had already turned off the microphone I work in customer service and they have always been so very rude
