This location was recently renovated. The interior is immaculate, although Ive never actually stayed inside to eat. The drive thru can be horrendous by appearance but trust me, they know what theyre doing and get you through fast! I think they actually have more folks working the drive through "team" than for indoor patrons! The food is always fresh, (never frozen - haha!) and served quickly. I think Ive waited 5 minutes before but never longer. They have a really cool app that allows you to pre-order your food then go inside to the pick-up area to wait. They even let you know when to come inside if you elect to wait in your car, just stick by your mobile device and wait for the notification. They have front row parking for low-emissions/hybrid vehicles so since I have a hybrid my orders are quick in and out without any hassle. Check them out if you havent already!

Chick Fil A is great but this location made me not like it as much. Every time I go here, I always have a problem. This time I ordered something small (3 mini count and fries) at thr drive thru. They told me to park to wait to get my food. Ive waited for almost an hour and a half waiting for my food while a bunch of cars get there food and even a couple customers parked after me get their food before me. They didnt tell me how long of a wait it will be and if It took this long i rather go to a chick fil a thats much farther but faster service. Every other location of Chick Fil-a is fast and nice and informative. But this Chick Fil a.. I felt like I wasnt important at all. If you are looking to get some food fast before you head to work/school or somewhere important. I wouldnt recommend this location. You will definitely will be late.

Only selling chicken minis and biscuits... for the last 30 minutes because its more convenient to your staff is fine. Just make sure to update your menu to say breakfast is served till 10:00, not 10:30. Not offering more then half of your items during advertised times is crappy service. The Chick-fil-A by my work (20min away) has people standing at the entrance and will go as far to serve it to everyone who made it in line up to 10 min after 10:30. Im not even asking for that, but If Im in line at your store at 10:25, I dont see why I should have to order lunch. Or only get chicken minis. Your menu says 10:30. But I guess Ill make sure to wake up early just to go to my works Chick-fil-A now in the future. You got two stars because your food is great and Im sure the manager is unaware of this going on.

JUST went through the drive through thinking hey its chickfila their fast right? WRONG... I was literally sitting in my car for 15 going on 20mins the line next to me fast, polite, and on spot when it came to doing her work but the male who was on head set cant on my line cant even multitask? When I worked there at chick fil a I shoveled in ice with one hand and talked to the costumer was I took their order.. Im surprised, really am this is the second time I was disappointed this is probably the last time I go to North Collins Chick Fil A. I thought it was just the inside that messed up my food and coming at night time would have gotten it better together but they didnt. :(

Ive been going to this location for several years now. They of course have their good and bad days, and make mistakes sometimes; the workers are only human. The important thing is that they always try to make it right if you tell them about your wrong order and keep your receipt. My only complaint would have to be their service inside. Sometimes the employees behind the counter arent very aware. Today after my meal I went up for a refill and waited for what seemed like forever. A girl had to come all the way from the drive thru area to refill my drink because the other workers were talking with their backs to me. Other than that, I am always satisfied with my visit.

I am a Chick-fil-A addict and Ive never written a review for any other locations- but I had to today because I always order the same thing every location and they do vary in freshness and quality. Bam! The chicken nuggets today were amazing! Fresh, juicy, and the outside was actually crispy! Seasoning was just right. The fries were also fresh ( and I know a few locations around town that continually disappoint on the fries). So glad this is the location closest to me- but I would go out of the way for this location. Despite the "fuel efficient only" parking spaces. The place was busy but I got thru the drive thru under 5 mins.

The service and the food is normally great. However this morning I has a problem where I went through the drive though ordered a chicken mini meal and the biscits of my meal where rock hard (causing me to throw them away). After ariving to work I decided to call the location to inform them to make the kitchen aware, so that it wouldnt happen to anyone else. I ended up talking to Alicia (assuming she is a manager) and she was very polite, and egar to make the "situation" right by replacing my meal and apologizing for the inconvenience. Im happy at the way that the bad experience was handled in such a professional maner.

went to order some chicken minis through the drive thru and i had to assemble them myself. so i went inside and asked for the manager and the manager came and i complained then he raised his voice and yanked the box from me and assembled them himself and said "this is a place of business. we do not have time for complaints like this. it is a waste of our time. for people like you we usually asked them to never come back. so get the hell out of my Chick fila." so i left and threw my chicken minis at the windows and got into my diesel truck and floored it out of there blowing black smoke everywhere.

By far the worst CFA to ever visit. I have visited this location twice in the past few weeks and in both cases, the workers have been rude and unfriendly. In one of my visits, I ordered hash browns with a meal I purchased and when I got home, I realized they were not put in my bag. I went back with my receipt that morning and the manager doubted me but finally gave me the side. Employees have also raised their voice at me and have caused customers alongside me to feel uncomfortable. This location truly misrepresents Chick-Fil-A and everything they stand for.

Went here yesterday morning with my dad. The manager was rude and didnt have his uniform shirt on. They gave me lemonade with Splenda instead of the regular one and when I went to get it fixed he and the lady taking food to peoples tables walked past me 6 times each and never acknowledged me. I had to stand in his way and when he finally fixed it he was rude and acted like I shouldve fixed it myself. He didnt say my pleasure after I said thank you like they do at all the other locations. Ill never be back to this one.
