As someone who used to work for this company, I dont anticipate this location being open for more than another year. When I pulled up, I was asked to wait almost a minute for my order to even be taken, despite there being no one in line in front of me and later seeing at least four employees milling around inside. I waited three minutes in the drive thru for a single sandwich combo. My drink was not waiting for me, my fries were cold and unsalted but not soggy, which tells me they scooped them and left them lying on the counter until the sandwich was ready. I got the "new" crispy chicken sandwich which came out not crispy at all. It was hot and the flavor was good, but it was definitely not freshly fried. I wasnt provided with napkins and upon requesting ketchup, received 11 packets for a small fry instead of the company standard of 3 or 4. In addition, the water here is really bad. Its completely unfiltered tap water and has been for years, despite the fact that the corporate office will provide the location with an in-line filter upon request. Ordering a cola with no ice will somewhat mask the flavor, but their carbonation system is miscalibrated too, so your drink will be flat within an hour anyways. Save yourself some grief and go down the road to Whataburger, DQ, or even McDonalds because they all outperform this location.

I absolutely DESPISE this location. I have tried contacting corporate multiple times. The Drive thru has recently been closed on multiple occasions. I get off only to see 2 or 3 people working and Im told that "they dont have anyone to operate the Drive thru". They are supposed to be 24 hrs...yet theyll close at 8 or 9 or sometimes 10. Today I went for a whopper only be told that they are out of meat....a burger joint who is out of meat? Seriously?? Every time I go there is new staff. Im constantly told that theyre under new management. One time I went only to find that an employee who was mopping had her 16 year old daughter "helping" at the register. They were speaking in Spanish and I clearly heard them say "you cant tell anyone you helped me". I dont think the actual employee (the one in the uniform" knows how to read in English and thus calls her daughter in to help read the screen....seriously? I know youre asking why I keep going back...its the only place open when I get off from work near my home.

Horrible place we have went 4 times in the past 2months 3 of those times they claim their systems were down. Today when I went was one of those times but there was about 6kids hanging out in the back of the building including about 2 workers. When I got to the driver thru one of those kids came to the car and said oh our drive thru is down. I said well can we order inside she said yes I will go in there to take your order. We go inside and then she tells us their systems are down and goes back outside with the other kids. Which some were trying to hide when I pulled up. The one time their systems werent down the lady working the drive thru started telling customers that they were not taking any drive thru orders. The other staff looked at her and she said what? I dont feel like taking drive thru orders right now. Everyone here needs to be fired and if their systems really are down that much they need to either shut down or fix it. This is ridiculous!

Its too bad I cant put less then 1 star... I go by here all the time. It use to be a 24 hour drive through. They started closing earlier and earlier. Last times I get there, its right at closing apparently (by their times themselves, not the store) they are real assholes. That, or they just tell me straight up thay they will not serve me. I will get video of all of this one day soon. I am tired of them. Ive even stopped eating there. I got breakfast there hoping that it wpuld be better. It wasnt. I ordered the french toast and EXTER hashbrowns. Well I get it and they gave me the extra small HB but not the ones that were coming with it, no syrup, and coffee when I wanted a soda. I didnt go back to get it fixed as I had just gotten off work and was too tired to deal with it. That was the last straw honestly... The place needs to be shut down, restaffed, and reopened. I will end it here.

When Karen the Gm had this store it was ran excellent. Then she left went to a company who deserved her and showed there Gratitude paid ., but when Luz took of the store it went down hill. Money was coming up short in the cash registers and safe,.. All I can say was it was a lot of shady s..t Going on. So Luz end up getting fired. And her shady side kick Ann was moved to the store in the mall. . Then Donna the DM step in too see if she can change the store to clear up Luz and Ann mess up. And she did , she brought in teresa who did a great job ,. but it still needs some work need to hire more older staff workers who wants to work and whom is well trained. Plus they need up grade on new equipment , the shake machine doesnt work well, the broiler gets breaking down. And one more thing BK needs to offer better pay if you want to keep good workers.

This place is absolutely brutal. Sometimes now I just pop my head in for a laugh. Today at about 5 oclock there were cones closing off the drive-through, and literally two people inside working. There were about five of us in line and the guy behind me said that he had tried to call and place an order ahead of time but nobody answered the phone LOL . I made an order for chicken fries and regular fries, literally the only thing that wouldnt take 10 to 15 minutes . when the lady who took my order immediately turned around and bagged up the fries and chicken, she looked at the screen and then called out my ticket number .... we all had a laugh. I waited a few seconds, looked at my ticket, waited a few more seconds and then exclaimed " oh that must be me ." Seriously this place needs to be shut down

This is the absolute WORST Burger King EVER!! I went there around 6:15 yesterday evening to get some dinner, and when it was FINALLY my turn in the drive thru I pulled up to the speaker only to immediately be told that it would be anywhere from 20-30 minutes before they could even take my order!! 20-30 minutes!!!! THAT IS UNHEARD OF!! HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS?! They said that they only had one cook and thay he was in training. What the heck?! Corporate really needs to get involved and do something about this horrible store. I will NEVER go back here! I will gladly drive the extra 10 minutes just to go to the one in Euless or the one in North East Mall. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE! ! They either need an entire new crew or they just need to be shut down.
