So we love this place. Come here frequently. Classic food for classic prices. I wanted to share a quick story with you guys. We went up on a rainy afternoon, been running around all day long in humid Texas rain. We had just finished cleaning out my truck and I didnt realize i left my wallet at home, mind you we didnt even notice til we are in the drive thru after our order was placed. We get to the window and tell the lady our dilemma and that we need to run home to grab our card. She then turns to (who I am assuming) her manager to relay our issue to him for approval to void our ticket and without missing a beat he turns to us and tells us to just take the food and not to worry, come back another day. That right there, that humanity, the selflessness. That is what its about. Will definitely be back for not only another visit but also to repay this act of kindness!

I spent 5 years in California where I fell in love with In-N-Out Burger. I am so glad they finally expanded into Texas. I cannot begin to count the number of locations I have visited in California, Nevada, and now Texas; regardless, EVERY location is on equal par with each other. The consistency of their food is amazing. They serve only a handful of items and all of the items are excellent. The staff is always smiling and their uniforms always look clean. For me, the double-double animal-style is my favorite fast food burger of all time.

Perfect delicious food everytime! No matter what location I have visited the food is consistently good at In-N-Out burger. Cant beat the quality and service for the price. Go In-N-Out Burger for higher pay to the employees, the service and food quality shows it! These employees have pride in their jobs always professional and the food proves it. One of my favorite places hands down!

pleasantly surprised....I ordered a double meat (no cheese) mustard all the way burger (all the way is whataburger lingo for all veggies). And low and behold to my surprise it came out correct.!!!! I was sure I was going to get special sauce or something on it..but I didnt. Again pleasant staff...good burger, and thanks for getting my order correct!!!

I just cannot figure out why people think that this over done quarter inch thick patty served with iced cold veggies are highly appraised. They serve The worse Burger that I know of. The fries taste great, but they are always about an inch long or shorter, too small for my hands. What-A-Burger is 100 times better, but still not the best.

After you eat here, youll think every other burger chain serves just big lumps of grease. In N Out costs the same, too. These burgers are fantastic, and you can look into their "secret" menu if you get bored of what they offer. Some say that their fries are lame, but ask for them well-done or animal-style and theyre just as delicious.

Friendly, fast and good food. We have gone inside and through the drive thru many times at this location. They are always very nice people who provide fast service and get our order right every time. Its also pretty darn good to boot! One of my wifes favorite burgers and, while not my favorite, I enjoy it.

Um so, living up north for so long I have heard friends from down south and friends from Cali ranting and raving about this place. Menu is very limited. Fries taste like cardboard. Burgers are alright but the cheese could be better. I think if they got better cheese it would elevate the burger.

Best burger joint. No products are frozen, shipments come every other day with fresh food stored in a walk-in(basically a big fridge). You can see that the potatoes are being sliced right in front of you. Great burgers with the nicest customer service of any burger joint Ive been to

The food was great! Walked in and they were busy so I assumed it would take a while. We were able to get thru the line, order, and have our food in less than 10 minutes. They were very polite. I can see why they make $11 and hr here vs some of the other fast food establishments.

Better then most fast food but nothing special. If its late, youre hungry, and you dont have a whataburger nearby,then this is the best.its always fresh and you can count on it tasting the same everytime. If your looking for super special or unique think again.

Being from Texas I wanted to hate this place but decided to give it a try... I had a double cheeseburger animal style and it was pretty darn awesome! next time Im in the area I will definitely have to try it again with some of their fries I have heard about.

Love their food so mucmuchThey make the worst day tolerable. Like just now when its 1130 pm and the luggage you waited on for two hours because American only scheduled one crew to unload 6 planes worth of luggage. Luckily in and out came to my rescue.

As someone who grew up on the west coast and went to college in LA, remember when that was the only place you get a double double. So glad that things have expanded eastward. Enjoy a good meal every time, good service, and cooked to your specifications.

I had never been to an In-N-Out Burger before so before I left Fort Worth Texas I got my Uber driver to get cure Me by there it was extremely crowded but the burger was really good just like any other fast-food it was a little pricey for what you got

This was my first experience with this chain, and I can understand the cult following. Staff is cheerful, friendly and communicates well. The food is fresh and interesting. I would definitely eat here again next time I am in the area.

Dont see what the big rave was about this place when it came to Texas. My son and I ate there and the fries were awful. We those felt like we ate rocks it was so heavy on our stomachs. Braums better if youre wanting drive thru.

I love in-n-out burger. I would normally give this a 5 star but the food at this certain location wasnt the in-n-out burger that Ive always had. Maybe it was just a bad batch of fries and burgers. I will give it another try.

Great food and outstanding service, employees are always very friendly the drive through is always a little bit slow but thats b/c theyre cooking the food, I recomend going inside rather than the drive through.

Gastrodisappontment. Was not very impressed by this Cali-burger joint. Fresh cut fries and style menus while good seems more niche than awesome. They do make a decent burger though and a pretty good shake.

The food service in Colinas of the restaurant were excellent as always. It is a bit of a concern when you see staff members bringing their toddler age children to work and using work as a daycare location.

Just like the first one I visited in Las Vegas, but with less wait. If a foreigner wants to taste a true American experience, take them here. Love this place. Try the not-so-secret menu for a real treat.
