Cobran de mas, no se vaya sin su recibo. Despite reviews people will keep buying bread here and so I will because their bread is delicious. The reason for the one star review: they overcharge. They know people dont or hardly ever ask for the receipt, and they wont give it to you unless you ask for it. My most recent visit while I was at the line, a customer came back to ask for the receipt and to show the cashier his change; he was shortened 3.00. When I paid the cashier overcharged me 2.30. On a previous visit I got bread that was worth a total of 4.60; since they only take card with a 5.00 purchase, the cashier told me that I just got the perfect items to sum up 5.00; no receipt was given. I didnt realize it until after, when I asked what was the cost of the items I had got that day; she could have told me to grab another item instead. I will never leave this place without a receipt and I recommend you do the same.

no saben tratar a la clientela, son muy groseras y se molestan si les pides que te pongan el pan en caja. compre un pan que era humedo y lo echaron en una bolsa de papel normal, y llego o feo....y siempre lo hacen, no me parece bien que no tengan una buena atencion aparte que a veces el pan es demasiado pequeno que otras veces y le fueron subiendo el precio...recomiendo la panaderia ahualulco 2742 N Oconnor Rd, Irving, TX 75062

Ordered a Birthday minion cake for my Grandson, and while the cake was nice, they did not get the decoration for the top, so when I picked up my cake was missing all the minions decorations on top, which defeated the purpose of the cake. All they said was sorry we dont have the decorations here is $5 back. They should inform customer that they might not have the cake as shown so I could have ordered somewhere else or at least tried to go and buy decorations myself, not wait until pick up time to tell me. Also they did not have a box she just gave me a piece of carton to carry it and the cake was open we had the birthday at the lake so not Good at All. I hAd though this was a good business but is not. And worse dont even care about customer service. Never again will I order any cakes here ever..

Hace tiempo ordene mi pastel de boda y estuvo muy delicioso... hoy tengo un evento trate hace una semana de ordenar uno y no puedo que porque la dueña tiene que estar presente y quise sacar cita pues no me la quisieron dar,estuve llamando por 3 dias seguido y es muy raro que respondan el telefono son muy irresponsables las trabajodora que tiene ahi.....

Fui a ordenar un pastel y la trabajadora me dejo esperando una hora y 15 minutos y cuando le comete k el padtel lo nesecitaria para el siguiente dia me dijo no se puede aser le comente k si pidria aser algo con algunos de los k ya tenia echos puesto k no nesecitaba nada grande y me contesto ,, no señora ya le dije k no porque para mañana ya no podemos aserlo

Me encanta el pan de este lugar pero siempre tienen muchísima gente deberían contratar más personal que cobre para que todo sea más rápido y tampoco me gusta que necesitas a fuerzas que comprar mínimo 5 dólares para pagar con tarjeta muy mal, daría 5 estrellas si mejorarán eso

Desagradable experiencia, comprar pan y pedirles una caja y que te diga que vale $3.00 la caja, ES UN ROBO. lastima que te quieres quejar en persona y no hay quien responda. Ojalá algún día entiendan lo que es dar buen servicio.
