My girlfriend and I were there last night (5/5/17) and we were expecting a decent place to eat. Were from WI and didnt know of any good/bad places to eat. When we got to Perkins we waited about 10 minutes before we got seated. Our waitress was rude and the food was terrible. Also the whole place just looked nasty and not clean. When we first sat down there was a piece of hair on the table and it just didnt look clean. My bacon and hash browns were under cooked. My two eggs tasted like rubber. It just wasnt a good experience. The chicken tenders were alright! So to anyone whos stopping in Fargo I definitely do not recommend this place. It was bad enough to make me write a bad review!

Had to leave me and my daughter went there waited 10 min to even get seated. The only way we got seated some guy that worked there just walking in not even on the clock seated us. Then we sat there for another 15min to even get a drink order by that time we were done with this place and walking out then the lady seen us and I told her we are leaving worst service ever, all she said with a snotty voice was okay thanks and I said to her this is the worst service I have ever had and walked out I am so disappointed in this place they should close down not these other great restaurants. Horrible place never go there again!!

Hit or miss every single time. Breakfast time is usually ok. After about 2pm this place is off limits for us. Breakfast is always served hot and correct. But we have had nothing but problems and upset stomachs after 2pm. Pies are pretty good for what they are. Biggest complaint about this location would be 1. The general manager always seems like he would rather be someplace else. In six months he has never smiled once. 2. The air is very stale in here. Im not sure exactly how to describe it but is very musty and seems like there is no ventilation system in place at all.

Service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes to be seated, when the restaurant was nearly empty. Then waited another 20 minutes before being waited on. After another 15 - 20 Minutes they came out to tell us that have of the items we ordered ( a group of 6) were not available. When they finally brought out the orders (another half hour), I was told that what I ordered was not available. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend you go to one of Fargos other great restaurants and stay out of Perkins.

Horrible service Fargo ND November 26,2016. The Host looked like hed rather be anywhere else but there. No smiles Ever and the waitress was kind of Sarcastic. The tomato soup could not be served for another half hour and it was the supper hour 6pm. It took us over an hour to get food. We had been there Tuesday same time and everything was excellent. They must have not wanted to work on a Saturday.

Me and a few of my friends went there for breakfast, and were offered coffee and we asked for 2 glasses of water.. and our server never came back but a table that was seated after us got had gotten served. We waited about 20 minutes and with no return we got up and left as we went up front to pay for our coffee our server went straight to our table to get our cups of coffee... very disappointed

Absolutely horrendous service. Was told there was going to be a 10 minute wait and gave them my name and sat and waited....And waited....And waited. All while attentively listening for my name to be called, but with no avail. Five parties who came in AFTER me were seated, by the sixth one I left. Waited a total of 40 minutes! Worst customer service imagineable. Highly unimpressed.

From out of state and tried to get a late night dinner after an event we attened. Tried. We got seated and waited for our server. Waited. Waited. And waited some more. At the time we decided to leave, so did two other tables. Manager seemed unconcerned when I told her the reason we were leaving.

I used to love Perkins and maybe it was the location we went to off the interstate in Fargo, but the whole experience was not pleasing! The waitress was rude, the food was nasty and the service at the front counter was awful too. If I could leave no stars I would for this review. Good riddens.

Lets be honest the service is hit or miss at this joint. The food is typical for Perkins and its Americana menu. The food really isnt the problem because you know youre not going to a five star restaurant. It all goes back to the service for this place.

They do call in/take out. I only go for one menu item. Eggs Benny with sausage instead of ham. Perfect everytime. They should name it after me. Bennys benny. The coffee is good. The service has always been fine to me.
