The girls who worked here are rude and dont pay attention to the customer. They made my sisters smoothy wrong so I went in and asked them to make the right one and the workers had a fit. I have worked at cold stone and the number one priority is the customer and the customer is always right no matter what. Customers dont deserve the attitude. Treat the customers right or dont work there. Also, I ordered a like it and it was over portioned a lot. They didnt even bother to put it in a bigger bowl. Short shorts are also not supposed to be worn. Please dress professionally. I do not plan to return to this cold stone.

I dont know if we came on a bad night, but the service was horrible. The employees were unfriendly and did not want to be there. Ice cream was melting in the display case and everything was very dirty. All of the counters were dirty as well. The open sign was also on around 9:20 but when we came back ten minutes later it was off. Clearly they did not want to be bothered. Probably wont be back for awhile.

Having a Cold Stone Creamery 20 minutes from "home", the Fargo location was a HUGE disappointment; a minimum of 6 people behind the counter - not ONE even pretended to like being there; as another reviewer stated, ice cream was melting into other flavors - store was dirty - one member of our group refused to eat there based on the display case. Sad sad sad.

Although the ice cream is great, we have seen a significant decline in service. Staff is sullen, barely acknowledged our presence and moves very slow. Would recommend the management staff considers additional monitoring of weekend and evening staff. Maybe its time for some other ice cream options in Fargo.

Love the ice cream. If they force the workers to sing I would lower my rating to a two star. No worker should have to do that. My persona favorite flavor is "coffee lovers only" and its great. No complaints here except for the singing potential.

My dear friend asked for gummy bears in her ice cream but not only did she get 5 GUMMY BEARS, she didnt even get the ice cream she asked for. It was completely and utterly horrible service. The watermelon sorbet was good though.

Their product is great as always but the service was seriously lacking. The couple of times Ive been there great service so probably just a bad apple. They could use a order/pick up window to stop some confusion.
