The food is okay. Not the best barbeque by any means. I didnt think it was possible but their bbq sauce is actually thinner than water! The service is awful. They have a bunch of hillbillies yelling "yeehaw!" every minute. They cant get an order right because theyre too busy acting like idiots and not listening to you. Plus, they rush you through like cattle. You dont have time to see the entire menu or make sure your order is correct - the morons behind the counter arent listening to you anyway, so it doesnt matter. At the end of the line, a girl sits behind a register and over charges you (We had three sandwich baskets and she charged us for sandwich plates, plus fries, which meant we were over charged by about $8). For REAL bbq, go to Rudys. Its even cheaper because they dont overprice everything. They dont act like a bunch of inbred Jethrow Bodene hillbillies. And their sauce is thick and flavorful. Im never eating at Spring Creek again. They have good rolls, but thats about it.

Ive eaten Spring Creek BBQ for several years, I usually go to Reggies Store on Preston Road in Frisco. Since moving to Bedford I thought Id this one a shot, worse mistake ever. Ribs had no flavor and they are supposed to have an awesome rub which makes them juicy, sticky and delicious. This place really was horrible, the service was super bad. The guy passing out the hot rolls brought me cold rolls, the young lady that made round two had super hot rolls and I was almost finished eating. I will drive to Frisco from now on to get my ribs, I called my buddy at Spring Creek Frisco when I got in my ride and shared with him my experience. I told him I would see him tomorrow (Monday) and in Reggie style come on down, he even noticed I hadnt been in in awhile. Now that is a restaurant that knows it patrons. STAY AWAY FROM SPRING CREEK BEDFORD unless you like bland ribs!!! Horrible!!

I really hate to say it, but Im not impressed. Ordered take out and no issues with any of the staff; they even checked our order in front of us. The food, however, was very bland. We had the sausage and brisket. If we picked up some Kielbasa sausage from the store and cooked it ourselves, it would have had more flavor. The brisket had a lot of fat and no flavor. Surely they must have awesome sauce.... not really. Not flavor wise, but quality wise I would put it with ketchup. The rolls were a little over cooked and even a ton of butter couldnt flavor them up. .... I was going with a two star, but both of us got sick. Trashing the majority of $40 worth of food because it was disgusting didnt help.

The manager seemed to be in a bad mood. He wasnt very friendly. Didnt greet us when we came in. The restaurant was not busy at all so I think they could of done a better job. The young ladies that checked the order for us were really friendly. We spent 68.00 on take out and was disappointed in what we got. The rolls were way over cooked and tough. The okra was so greasy, not crispy and over salted. The coleslaw mac & cheese and potato salad was fair. The chopped brisket and sausage were ok.I expected it to be better. I would have liked a better product with what they charge. I will give them another chance but if its the same as yesterday Tuesday 4/17 I wont go back.

The food is amazing. Good seasoning. I have everything on the menu including all the meats, sides, deserts, drinks, etc. Everything is fresh, and healthy. There bread is the best part of everything. They bake them fresh and pass them around to offer you some. The employees are very friendly. The Manager is extremely nice, very helpful. One thing thats bugs some people is the prices, but to me it makes sense because their costs have gone up a lot so their prices must go up. Overall, it is a great place!

Recently my wife and I walked in to this particular restaurant to join some colleagues for a meeting. The floor was very slick and we didnt notice it until my wife slipped on the floor on the way to the ladies room. She fell and broke her arm and wrist. The staff was very friendly and helpful but their insurance company denied responsibility. We will now be out of pocket close to $1500 for the incident. I wont be returning to the restaurant. Enter at your own risk.

Today is the 5th time weve come and experienced complete incompetence! The managers are useless and they dont help guide or instruct the inexperienced high school students they employ. If you come here for the hot fresh bread...just dont. They hardly serve any and when they do its only to a few tables before they run out and start back at the exact same tables. When they finally show up with rolls...theyre burned. Total disappointment.

Cafeteria style service, the service crew does a lot of hollering which is apparently supposed to be part of the down home allure. I had the sausage/brisket combo. Black pepper sausage was very good. Also had two sides and a soda and the total was over $17 which is plain outrageous. They walk around and offer you more rolls if you like. The food was all good and portions were modest, service was excellent. But those prices!!

Fantastic food served consistently by smiling faces and a very friendly crew. The manager always says hello, the daytime lady that works the dessert and bread greets me on every visit and says goodbye with a smile. Clean facility .. lunch is great every time. I eat here 3-4x a month and I am shocked at the poor reviews . This is best of chain BBQ joints in my opinion.

I was visiting from out of town and decided to give them a try. The service was great! Having never been here I asked one of the employees named John what he recommended and he put together a "John Special". It was a good recommendation. Rufus and two other guys were just as friendly and they all made my visit very enjoyable!

Love Texas BBQ and theirs is amazing. I had fall off the bone ribs and some slaw. Known for their hot rolls, I did manage to eat one after the ribs and slaw. Im not a big eater, but they must have 20 sides to pick from and a few desserts. There are several locations in the metroplex to choose from. Prices are not bad.

Great service, great food. I got a brisket sandwich (mix of marbled and lean meat) and for my two sides I got green beans and potato salad. Great choice all around. I had a bite of my moms coconut cream pie, omg that was soooooo light and creamy and SO good! Great job guys!

We eat here often. The ribs are excellent and the bread is awesome. The staff here have been well trained by the manager who is known as "Q". They excel at customer service. I suggest going on Sundays after Church when the Blue Bell ice cream is free.

Every time I come in in greeting with friendly smiles and treated like family! The management here are the best in the company! I bring all my friend and family here and we all leave knowing we made to right decision for lunch or dinner that day!
