I have eaten at a multitude of Panera Breads across the country and this one is by far the worst I have ever eaten in. The staff here is unaware and rude. They never seem to know their own menu, the 2 managers I have dealt with here are both rude, and accommodating, and they have an incredible amount of turn-over in staff. I have several times informed them that it is dangerous and against the fire code to block off the walkway to the back of the dining area while customers are using it, if you are wanting to close it you need to ask those people to move and if they refuse then you are just stuck not closing it. This is an area of the dining room I always am located in and I am mobility challenged and one day I will end up falling over the furniture they keep moving into the walkway and when I do you can rest assure that Panera will be meeting the rest of my medical bills for life, as well as paying out a hefty sum, because if I fall I will break a bone or two not to mention I am sure that a fall will cause further damage to my spine and leg, no to mention it is incredibly hard to maneuver my walker through there and move the furniture too which is why I have gone to taking the risk and bringing my walker into the store as I am made to feel unwelcome with it every time I enter. This Panera is a sad reflection on the company as a whole and I can understand why people here tell me they will never go to a Panera again.

Been waiting 6 days for a catering manager to return my phone call after speaking to what was supposedly a "manager" of the store. I explained my situation on Tuesday, August 1.....after the "manager" was silent and said sorry, I said for her to have the catering manager call me tomorrow since she wasnt there when I called. She asked what my name was and what company I was with again. To me, she wasnt listening to anything I said. 1. Yall were an hour late. 2. Driver got lost, then when he finally showed up, he couldnt get in our gate because he didnt have a drivers license. 3. One of the bags was ripped on the bottom and the food fell out after the driver left. 4. Half of the boxed lunches were not labeled so I had no idea what the sandwiches were and I had special orders for allergies and vegetarians. This "manager" had an "I dont really care to listen to you" attitude and to this day, NO ONE has called me to discuss the issue.

Stopped for breakfast with my husband. Ordered 2 different breakfast sandwhiches, a cappuccino, and a water with lemon. My sandwich was sloppily made, falling apart Every time I touched it. My husband said his sandwhich was great, but his cappuccino was nastyyyyy....omg no amount of sugar helped either. The boy at the counter who took our order was obviously bothered by our existence and acted like we were taking up too much time of his life. If you hate your job that much, go somewhere else. UPDATE: 4/8/16- decided to give them a try for lunch today, went through the drive-through and again service was so very rude. No thank yous, no smiles, just here, and when I decided to order something extra once I got to the window (because the lady couldnt hear me through the speaker to take my whole order) it was a huge deal. The lady behind her loudly asks what do you need now!? And then oh, yi yi yi.... rude rude rude.

Just wanted to thank Panera Bread in behalf of the Lifeskills class here at Horace Mann Junior Baytown, Texas. We appreciate your generosity and excellent service. It opens their hearts when I bring cookies decorated , they think they are made just for them. I dont have the heart to disappoint them by telling them they are decorated by seasons. I appreciate your management staff. thank you so much for everything.I will bring a picture of our kids to the Panera Bread so you can see how happy they look. The Lifeskills class is planning to have a field trip their next school year if you will have us. God Bless Sophie Cordero- Horace Mann Junior

I have been here a handful of times and each time my order has been correct, fresh, made & delivered very fast and today my mom and I received a complementary chocolate chip cookie (which I must add was super delicious) from whomever was working the drive thru window which I thought was so awesome since I spent my entire day in the ER, it was a nice little surprise :) Im an in and out kind of girl when it comes to food places so I dont think the employees are in any way rude but I think their mentality is the same as mine. They want to get their customers in and out as quick as possible to satisfy the customers.

RIP-OFF ALERT! The sandwich that they sell for $9 is 5 inches long. It is supposed to be a large sandwich. I asked Stephanie how long the small sandwich was and she told me 2 inches long. Within walking distance from this gyp joint is Jimmy Johns, a much better place to do business. Or Firehouse Subs whose large subs are 12" and cost $9.50, there are many choices in the neighborhood that offer quality sandwiches at reasonable prices.

Love this panera, the staff is always so nice and friendly and I always get my food pretty fast. Every time I go in Im treated like I matter and they really care about there customers. During busy hours they try hard to keep the pace going and get the food out as fast as possible. I can not say enough about them, except I will continue to go to them for breakfast and lunch and I hope you do the same.

I enjoy the food; however your service has been not so great. I gave it a pass when you first opened because everyone was new. Just picked up a bowl of soup and a side of bread... which was just thrown in the bag.. nothing else around it to keep it fresh. Good thing I am not waiting for lunch or something. This would be so dry in a little while. Please improve your service!!!

The worst! I just moved to this side of town from Tomball. This store never makes my order right or forgets my add on. Not only that, but they skim on all of the sandwich filling. The delivery app would not finish out my order so I call the store and they can not take delivery orders over the phone! Beyond tired of trying, this is where I say goodbye to my favorite place to eat!

I will be honest, I am not a big fan of bread in general. Every time I go in here, for some reason they make me feel awkward and even through the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich for my daughter and the meat was very processed. The cheese on her sandwich looked like cheap American Cheese. They do have some good stuff, but if you want a good sandwich Id go to Jasons Deli.

The food is mediocre and better than fast food, but would it kill them to serve my pasta hot and not just lukewarm? I tried a sandwich the next time and it was ice-cold, much like the soup. The portions are rather small and the baked goods were tough. I thought it was baked fresh daily. Ive never had luck with customer service there either.
