The pizza is my favorite for chain pizza, but this 800 # is BS, ordered $150 worth of pizza for an office party at 11:30, at 1PM called 800# back and demanded to speak with a manager, after 10 more minutes trying to locate my order, they sent the manager a message at the store to contact me. The manager contacted me 30 mins later and stated the call center gave her the wrong number, therefore she canceled our order. With an attitude she stated she could have the pizzas out in 30 mins. At 3:10 we received the pizza. The number of pizzas were right but the toppings were incorrect. With 25 hungry angry people I had no other choice but to pay for the pies, tip the delivery guy, and write this review. The basis of this review is for Pizza Hut to drop the 800 call center and focus more on customer service..

First review I have ever written in my 17 years on the internet. The corporate office and locations couldnt put together the right location for a delivery. After 3 calls and 1 hour of wasted time and energy, they finally came to the conclusion that I was one mile outside of their delivery borders. Usually I wouldnt waste that much time on something as trivial as a pizza order, but due to sheer frustration and hunger I stayed on the phone. No one, from the managers at 2 separate locations, to the 3 separate customer service representatives, to the computer system itself knew how to accomplish the simple task of placing an order at the proper location. Pizza Hut, I loved your pizza, but you have now lost a life-long customer.

I wish I could give no stars. After waiting 3 hours and never receiving my $50 order, I waited 2 months before I gave Pizza Hut another chance. I had hoped maybe they would have improved, since I last complained. This time I called 3 times looking for my pizza, even asking for a manager. Was told every time it was on the way, and manager never called me back. After 2 hours I called and canceled the pizza, and was told they would refund my credit card. They showed up 15 minutes later and never refunded my card. While I prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos, I will never order a pizza from then again. The manager of this location should be fired, for not responding to customer complaints.

First time i order my pizza with half sausage and on half vegetable i got meat on vegetable i called to compplain iwas told manager will call me never recieved call waited 2 months before I gave Pizza Hut another chance. I had hoped maybe they would have improved, since I last complained. This time same thing happened meat on vegetable side too.this time when i called to complain i Was told they going to give me credit for my next order and manager will called me back. Manager will call me back month later i havent received call yet.The manager of this location should be fired, for not responding to customer complaints.

Experience was very upsetting and crappy. The piece of crap manager. Said I couldnt order in the drive thru. Well I didnt want to get out and walk in and order. And if the idiots in the store would answer the phone to take an order. I wouldnt of had any problem at all. Got a bunch of idiots working there. Not my fault your angry or mad or hate your life. I seriously wanted to cuss them out. But wouldnt fix anything. The worst service ever the worst experience ever. Never will I vist that Pizza Hut again ever!!!!!!!

I placed a single order with an expected delivery time of 30 minutes. A little past the delivery time, with no pizza, I contacted the store and was asked to wait a little longer and to call back if my order was not delivered. At 35 minutes late (an hour after placing order) I called back and was told that a manager was to contact me...which 20 minutes later no call. Pizza arrived luke warm. Very disappointed and I do NOT recommend this store! Order from anyone else!

I really dont like the call center you have to order at so i personally like going to the store and ordering myself. This pizza was awesome! This must be a hot spot cause they were crazy busy! the food was hot and delicious. It took them about an extra 5-10 minutes to get it out compared to the time they gave me. But it was definitely worth the wait. Hope they can get more help in that kitchen. They need it. But there food makes up for everything its awesome :)

We ordered our pizza, an hour went by, when we called they put my wife on hold to get a manager, 12 minutes went by, so I called and they confirmed it was 40 minutes late then hung up when I asked for my money back???? Also 3-5 day to get refund after calling and canceling the order through there corporate office. Worst business transaction ever. Wow.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars! I waited a little over an hour and a half for 2 pizzas ...which tasted like rubber by the time I got them because they had been sitting for so long. This is the 2nd time this pizza hut has really let me down and I will not be returning. If youre reading this chose a different place to eat at :/

Did not get past the call the girl was a f****** idiot he couldnt even tell me where she was and I asked her 3 times am I talking to the store and she lied to me three times Pizza Hut Man you need to change your call center stuff because it sucks so bad that youre totally losing money and good customers

I verified with 2 people that they delivered to me. i waited over 45mins after they said i should expect the delivery. i called and sat on hold for an additional 30mins waiting or the manager. NO explaination No "itll be there soon" I just got "well cancel the order." They need to get it together.

They people were nice at times it was loud in the background but she got my order correct and I feel that pizza hut need to come on with some better deals as far as add ons dang man I hate bread sticks wanted cinnastix....

Ordered online and waited 1.5 hrs before I called. They hung up on me at first. I had to call back and finally cancel my order. They were very rude about it and didnt care in the least. Avoid this place!

Extremely inconsistent on,delivery,correct order,and food quality is all over the place! And dont try to call in they put you on hold for 30 min. THIS IS THE MOST INCONSISTENT PLACE EVER

juiciest pizza.. loved the hand tossed pizza.. I have ate at lot of pizza huts but the pizza from here was perfect.. perfect crest and thickness ..and toppings were in perfect amount..
