Texas City store always screws up our order. Tonight our pizza arrived cold and made incorrectly. The 2 pizzas we ordered were made with damn near no sauce and our double breadstick order came with cold pizza sauce...YUCK!!! I called the phone number listed 3 times to at least get the correct sauce sent out to us and all I got was the run around. The first time I called after receiving my order they said that they would have the store manager call me asap....NEVER HAPPENED! Then I called back again and I was told to please hold while they transfer me to a manager.....ALL I GOT WAS A BUSY SIGNAL AND THEN IT HUNG UP ON ME. NOW IM ON HOLD AND HAVE BEEN FOR OVER 10 MINUTES ALREADY. WHY THE HELL CANT I CALL THE STORE MANAGER DIRECTLY MYSELF? WHY DO I HAVE TO JUMP THRU SO MANY HOOPS JUST TO GET A DAMN MANAGER ON THE PHONE? ALL I WANTED WAS THE CORRECT MARINARA SAUCE FOR MY BREADSTICKS....I WAS WILLING TO DEAL WITH THE COLD DRY PIZZA, BUT NOW I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!

This was the third time since I moved to Texas City in Oct that my order has been terrible. First two times, the dough was old and tough. This time, the pizza was so greasy that it was not edible. I did order extra bacon but this pizza had about a half pound of bacon on it. Way too much crap. There was a 1/4 inch of grease in the bottom of the box and it dripped and puddled on the table. Fabian, the person on the front counter, first hung up on me when I tried to call and then argued with me when I finally drove to the store and tried to imply that I am not capable of ordering a pizza. This is a pizza that I order regularly from other Pizza Huts and there is never an issue. Why can other stores make this pizza perfectly but the Palmer store in Texas City cant seem to do it? I am now enjoying my BBQ Chicken/ Bacon and onion pizza from Papa Johns. It is quite tasty. I think I will just get my Pizza from there from now on.

Manger Paul was rude an useless they charged twice then said that the order was voided because we called to see if it was delivered an they said it got voided because of that he was extremely rude an had poor customer service will never order from any pizza huts anymore an they had charged twice so $40+ was taken out an he argued it didnt but I was looking at the bank account as he told us we were wrong an that it was voided but it was not so never ordering again!!!! Sharing this with everyone btw it happened less then 20 minutes ago again it was Paul the manager we talked with at location 2305 palmer hwy ,Texas city ,Tx 77590

I ordered delivery last night, pizza took about an hour to get here which is ok, I understand they have other orders to fulfill as well but Garlic knots, pizza and wings were cold by the time the time they delivered. Also I ordered and paid for 12 traditional wings, they brought 9 boneless wings. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent! I called the number online and was told they were sending an expedited ticket to that location and someone would call me asap, next day....still no call.

I like their food for the most part, but here is what I dont understand...Years ago, the stuffed crust was an awesome concept and delicious. The handful of times of ordering it in the last two years has been disappointing. Where is this stuffed crust with cheese? All I see is a hole in the crust with a teeny bit of cheese, if none at all. It is more of a rip off than anything. False advertising and skimping on the ingredients has me thinking I need to just buy frozen pizzas or make my own.

I wish I could give this store no stars, but oh well. Ill never order from this store again. You gotta speak with customer service to order a pizza. They will tell you it will be there in 30-40 minutes. How ever thats not the case. Iv now been waiting on my pizza for 2 1/2 hours. Its a Monday at 2 pm. How busy can they really be? Also iv called the store phone 10+ times & nobody can answer a phone. Btw, Im writing this review with still no pizza. Pathetic.

Called an order in for delivery they said 30 minutes. 1 hour later called they said they dont deliver to our house. So then called the other two stores who said theyre supposed to deliver and customer service also said so. Manager Hernandez was rude. We finally went to pick it up and he told his cashier not to give us any discounts even my military discount. Would not have gone thru this if wife didnt really want pizza hut. Dont waste your time.

Im never the one to write reviews, ever. But I feel so strongly about this I have to write it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. When my pizza arrives it looked like a piece of cardboard it was super limpy. When I took a bite i immediately regretted it. THE PIZZA WASNT EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY! It was SOOOO doughy! Not to mention I got food poisoning all day. NEVER eating at a Pizza Hut ever again. Horrible horrible horrible.

Girlfriend here... anyways Im sick of the suck ass service EVERYTIME I order its a problem with my delivery two hour wait every time to only hear that they couldnt find the address or no one answered the door so they cancelled my order BS!!! Thats why you have my number use it if you are lost and the ppl who take the orders need to start repeating the address back to the customer and make sure its RIGHTTTT !

I was overcharged twice on my debit card, due to the delivery person taking their own tip. The last 3 times I ordered pizza from them it was very doughy nd greasy. It was not hot nd had to warm up my supposedly fresh delivered pizza. Wings was half way cooked as well. I use to really love pizza hut. I dont know if its the location or what but i will no longer order from pizza hut. Im back order from dominos.

Man, I love Pizza Hut.. its the best pizza! But Ive had so many issues with this store.. tonights the 3rd night Ive ordered from there and theyre late.. got my pizzas an hour and a half after calling.. hardly any pepperonis on my pepperoni lovers pizza and everything I ordered is cold.. I spent 10 min on hold with the store so I finally hung up.. I wish I could say Ive had a better experience ..

We order 2 pizza they were both aweful. One of the pizza was a surpreme. Call customer service about and was sent 2coupons for free pizza. But they tell u what u have to order. Which isnt what your original order was. I paid for 1single topping and one supreme I except it to be replace with that. Not a 1topping for both.

The pizza is far from being worth $20 then on top of that they now want to charge for crushed red pepper I can understand ranch or sauces but pepper thats rediculous I mean the pizza ran me close to $20 I guess I will have to start going somewhere you get some value
