Im hyper-tolerant when it comes to service, having served my time in the industry itself. I get it. Its not fun. But that doesnt excuse poor service. Ive had several poor experiences, peppered in with a few good ones, however my most recent trip proved to be my last. It went something like this: I arrived 10 mins late for a carryout order (Pepperoni Lovers w/ extra sauce). Surely, it should have been ready. When I gave my name and order, the employee lethargically walked over to a rack of pizza boxes and started lazily flipping through them. I remained patient, but was quite annoyed. He had to ask me two more times what I ordered before finally looking in a pizza box hed already checked twice and then walked around the corner where he asked a cook (within earshot mind you) if my pizza had been made. The cook replied with "i dont know" and turned back around and kept working on his current pizza. The employee walked back to the rack, grabbed a box and opened it up to reveal a dried out pizza with no more than 10 pepperoni slices. After he assured me there was more under the cheese, I stuck my hand in the pizza and pulled the cheese back to reveal not only were there no pepperoni, but also no sauce. On an extra sauce order. Right. I told him I was really disappointed and he didnt even attempt to make it right and asked that I pay. I walked out the door. Despite several sour experiences, not once has anyone (management included) offered to toss in a free item, take any money off the order or even make a passing attempt at resolve. To illustrate my point, I just took time out of my day to write a mini-novel about a piece of garbage Pizza Hut. The 39th & Main location might not get it right all the time, but they are quick to fix it and make the customer happy.

The "general manager" Cassandra was quire frankly the most horrible manager Ive ever run across. They only had one driver working on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered online and was quoted an hour and 15 minute delivery time. The pizza was 30 minutes later than that hour and 15 minutes. I called when it was 20 minutes late to see where it was and what was going on. This has happened to me EVERY time I have ordered from this store. The man on the phone offered me a free pizza for NEXT time. I told him there wouldnt be a next time and to just cancel the order and I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager came on and I explained what happened, the driver showed up and I sent them away. The manager Cassandra then tried to tell me they offered me the order for free, I told her no they offered me a free pizza for next time. She argued with me. I told her if the order was free send the driver back. She hung up on me. I called back and told her to make sure the order was cancelled and to please give me the name of the general manager and the owner. She stated she was the general manager and her name was Cassandrs then started telling about having witnesses. I told her I just wanted to ensure my order was cancelled and my card would not be charged. She continued arguing and screaming. She then hung up on me. When I called back again no one would answer the phone. I then called customer service to have the entire thing reported, something I would not have done had she not behaved that way, and to ensure Im getting a refund.

Pizza was ordered three hours ago. Was told the card wouldnt be charged then on the third or fourth conversation about the missing pizza was informed that the card was indeed charged after we were told it would be free and the pizza hadnt arrived. The little girls who answered the phones thought it was hilarious and were the most unprofessional twits I encountered. Still havent received the pizza and now have to wait to receive my money back. Awful. Just go with sarpinos or minskys hell even papa johns got my pizza here fresh. One more thing the driver not only didnt show up but never had the damn pizza!

This place is filthy! There is dried pizza sauce smeared all over the mouse at the register. They dont wear gloves to prepare the food at all. There is no trash bags lining their trash cans and I saw one of the cooks grab the trash can bare-handed, fingers on the inside of the rim, to pull it close to where she was working and then went right back into making a pizza. People went back and forth from the register to the office to cooking without washing their hands. I saw a driver come in from his car and box pizzas without washing his hands. I will NEVER order from here again.

Website said itd take an hour to deliver despite it being 5 minutes away - 3 hours later, after several unanswered calls to the store and no pizaa, went to the store - Delivery guy sitting on the hood of his car on his phone - Guy working the counter pulled pizza out in the delivery bag it had been sitting in - Asked if we still wanted the stone cold pizza - Said they were shut down and couldnt do anything about it despite the fact people were still in the back making other pizzas. Horrible service and a lie to our faces to try and make up for the fact

Worst customer service. Received my order one hour late from the estimated time, the driver didnt even bother to give me my change and just walked away when i asked for cheese and pepper the driver told me "just ran out of it" When I open the pizza box the pizza was not even cut and it was cold and dried. It didnt even seem fully cooked. I tried to contact the store and spoke to the manager the following day which was a waste of time. She was not helpful and very rude. I would not recommend ordering from this place worst experience ever.

Pizza took just under two hours to be delivered (12 blocks away from location) when we were quoted 65-75 minutes. We called and were offered $3 off our order, in the form of a code to give our delivery driver for him have my credit card adjusted. We didnt bother -- poor guy was running late enough, and $3 wasnt worth the extra time for him to call in for the adjustment that I may or may not see on my credit card statement. Pizza was stone cold when it arrived. The order was correct, but we sure wont use delivery from there again.

I had a large order (10 pizzas) ordered it online four hours in advance. Gave myself and the Pizza Hut ten minute window to pay and be out the door to make it to my meeting that I was hosting. When I arrived there was half a dozen people waiting around to be helped... the only thing moving was the employees back and forth complaining about how they werent suppose to be there that day. There were employees with loose corn rolled hair cuts and no hats. I was late by a quarter hour. NEVER will I come here again.
