The freshest fast food you can get within at least 10 miles. Something that always bothers me about eating fast food, is how fake the chicken taste. Most fast food places have chicken that is compressed, and is shaped to look like it comes from a fresh chicken breast. Unfortunately I can definitely tell the difference between whats fresh and what is not. Chick-fil-A on the other hand always uses a true fresh chicken breast, and you can tell the difference in the taste. I guess the only downside to this is that is the only meat that they sell here is chicken. This maybe be true, but this goes for all Chick-fil-As seeing as they use the same meat for all of their stores. What I cant say that is the same for all of their stores is the customer service. While I have never been to a Chick-fil-A restaurant that has had bad customer service, this restaurant definitely does not change that. While I have been "kicked" out of this establishment for "sitting at a table too long (about an hour), "I am not going to include that under my rating, due to what I call a fluke. If this or anything similar had happened again, I would definitely consider that in my rating, but out of the many many times I have been here everyone has always gone out of their way to make sure that I was happy either eating inside or picking up food in the drive through. I would like to have given this place a 4.5/5, but I had no choice to give it a 4 due to the rating system. The reason I took off half a point from my ratings, is due to how their drive through system is setup. While I understand the restaurant needs to push people through the drive through when they are busy, I feel that they could take your order different than having 2 people outside. The problem with this is, sometimes it takes me a minute or two to figure out what I want to eat, and I feel like I am rushed when there is someone staring straight at me. I feel this way, especially when they try taking your order and your 3 cars from the actual menu. While this isnt a huge ordeal, I find it a big enough annoyance to take off half of a star.

This chain has the busiest lunch hour I have ever seen. This store really has their act together. They were slammed but they were keeping up with demand. The place was clean, and people friendly. The #2 was excellent and it came out in a short time after I ordered. I sat at a high top on the drive-thru side and was very impressed with how short a time it took to move a vehicle out. 20 seconds or less for most. Never over a minute. Revisit. There is something to be said for consistency. They are slammed and they are handling it all in stride. Fast service and good food.

Woman handing out food in drive thru in the morning thinks shes so clever. I made a comment that last time the meat wasnt cooked well and she acted like a snob asking me why I was back. She should either get fired or someone should tell her to check herself. My experience couldve been better without this person being RUDE to me after I simply asked for the meat to be cooked well. Name of the woman is DEBRAH/DEBORA. Racist employee. I ALWAYS come here and I never had a problem till now. Is Chik-fil-a really ok with hiring racist employees??

First complaint Ive had about Chick-fil-A. I ordered the chicken soup and salad meal tonight. Price on menu $8.19. I was asked if I wanted the chicken noodle or the chicken tortilla soup. I opted for the chicken tortilla. I have a little difficulty hearing so I couldnt understand the total I was given at the drive thru. When I got to the window, the price for a bowl of soup, side salad and med. drink was $10.71. As it turns out, the chicken tortilla soup costs $1.70 extra. In my opinion, $10.71 is overpriced for what I got.

Ive been going out to various Chick-Fil-As since the 80s and this particular one is one of my favorites. The service is excellent and the people really friendly and make you feel at home. Theyll go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied, and in the rare case where you might have a problem with the food theyll put you on a list for a free meal the next time you come in. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to eat!

Ive always loved just about everything they have to offer. I like the fact that they are closed on Sundays. THE DRIVE THRU IS ALWAYS BUSY. They even have two lanes. I mean it moves fast enough I guess, but I have never been here that both drive thru lanes werent full... cars all around to the front of the restaurant.

Its chick-fil-a, need I say more!?? I wish other fast food restaurants demanded such a mannerly experience from their employees. They have a play area for the kids. Always offering some type of activity and you can sign up for text alerts for when they are having a function or giving away free food.

My absolute favorite Chick-fil-a location in the entire Houston area. The staff are exceptional each and every time I have visited. The management of this store is very proactive to their approach to customer service. I highly recommend this location to all of my family, friends and colleagues.

They are super fast Ive never had to wait long. Theyve been making a killing since it opened and the food is hot the shakes are heaven and theres even space for the kiddos to play as u watch thru the glass. Very nice service Im never disappointed oh & their lemonade sooo yummy!!

Quick service and employees gave awesome customer service. Free chicken biscuit with my meal. They won a regular customer with me every Wednesday if it stays this way. Chick-fi-A is awesome here even when its pack its quick. They have a good working sysytwm here.

I love this place. The only thing that is bad about it is the world outside of the restaurant. If you want great food, get treated with respect, and a break from the rude and troublesome outside world... visit this location, listen to some music, and relax.

The new management is the worst. Service is slow and food cold. Since the turn over of the staff the food quality has suffered along with the atmosphere. It use to be fun to go but now it is like the other fast food in the area.

I had a friend pick me up some food. Sandwich was made incorrectly. Completely incorrect! But then, I called told them what happened, and they drove out a new sandwich for me and threw two free sandwiches for the next time.
