It is always that 1 person that is in a bad mood and this time I guess she is a manager!! Cashier takes my order I pay and then I realize I forgot to up size so she says " No problem I got it!" I said are you sure its my fault I forgot and she says no " maam I got it!" Manager comes from behind her with a loud tone and says Im going to charge you for the up size!! (I didnt mind paying) The point is that just because you have a title doesnt mean you have to talk customers like that and make your co-workers feel like they are going to get fired!!

Never lets me down. I cant say the same about other restaurants in Baytown. Whoever the owner or managers are for Chick fil A, they are very business savvy and organized!! I wonder whats their secret. No other fast food chain is ran like that. As much traffic and customers they have daily, it is still ran smoothly and food is ALWAYS FRESH AND GREAT!!!

Fastest drive thru in Baytown. Most accurate order from a drive thru in town, as well. Longest drive thru line...but as I said, they move the drive thru as quickly as possible. Longest wait time was about five minutes... other chains take longer and always have our order messed up some how. So.. it is a feat and they come thru on top here.

Well I went in there and the people working there are always so sweet and nice. Theyre Fast, and food is always fresh. I was in there earlier and my son kicked all 14 dollars of food on the floor and my son is almost twenty months old and they told me whenever I wanted to come back and they will replace it on them. Which was so sweet.

I go here almost everyday Monday thru Friday. They call you by your name (Bug) and they remember your order. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly. I have one by my house but I never go there because the service isnt nearly as good. Thank you to all of the staff for doing such a wonderful job.

Always great service at this Chick-fil-A! Great food, clean place, fast service, cool app based rewards program. Highly recommend! Edit: Curbside delivery is great, but when its busy you still have to wait in the drive thru line to get to the curbside spots. I still love you Chicken Filet! DELICIOUS.

This place is AMAZING!!! I love going there. The service is fast and accurate. Never gotten an order wrong yet. The food is always fresh and great. There is no other place that is ran like this place. I love my Chick-fil-A. I just wish it wasnt so expensive. I would eat here all the time.

The reason I was giving a 3 is cause I drove 40min for breakfast.. cause I had to work at baytown.. coming from a HOUSTON guy..I was disappointed.. but the manager was so nice they replace it with lunch.. people here are so nice and helpful and understanding.. thank you chick-fill-a!!!

My daughter an I have been coming to chick fil a every Thursday for toddler time for four months now. Never had a single complaint. The service is outstanding, always a warm welcome and food is always great. Definitely more than just a place to eat for us!

The fastest service for the amount of custumers. The line was backed up all the way around the building, but that line was moving I timed it Took 5 minutes from when I just got in line til I was driving off with my food !Good Job!

Dont get discouraged when you see a line of cars. Line moves quickly during breakfast and lunch hours especially drive thru. Orders are always correct and service is impeccable. Monday family nights are a great way to start the week!
