Worst service Ive had at an on the border. Went with my 11 yr old for a dinner before a movie. Unfortunately after an wasting an hour and a half of our life. We left hungry and are having to opt for drive through while we rush to the theater. Got to otb on Copeland at 615... got sat and a guy brought our chips & salsa and informed us our waiter would be right with us. We finally met our waiter who didnt even give his name at 645... he took our drink order & we ordered a cup of queso. He disappeared came back empty handed (no drinks or queso) to take our order for our meal 3 mins later. Then it was another 15 mins before we got our drinks that was because our hostess must have seen no glasses on our table and my patience wearing thin. Mind you our waiter came by our table a couple times mumbling things asking us if we needed salsa. I politely said, "no just the queso we ordered with our drinks" he said ok let me get that" didnt return... finally at 715 with jo food after he said at 7 it be out in 5mins ... he came by our foodless table (i had sent our stale chips with a guy passing out chips..) and he looked through his book of reciepts. Told us about the desserts asked us if we were ready for dessert. WE HADNT even got our food. So i just said "nooo just our food plz" he said ohhh ok let me go check that. At that time he went over to bar area to help another table. I asked another waitress to speak to manager. Manager came out with another waiter & what looked like could have been our food. Only it was ALL wrong. So she apologized... kinda didnt look very concerned by her face. I informed her we had a movie. So by the rate of our experience, for them to correct our order & us to eat we would miss a movie wed already paid for. She said the chips & queso was on her, & shed be happy to get us something to go. Im sorry but i think the waiter looked like maybe he was high. By the look on hostess face, this probably wasnt his first screw up of the night. I will not return to this OTB . It wasnt even a really busy nightm lots of open tables & waiters around

Nothing is more relaxing after a 55 hr work week, than a nice, quiet meal with 45 family members. The service for our party was incredibly prompt, even for a party our size. The servers were a little taken aback though, when we all told them it was our birthday. We all demanded the birthday song. He knew we were lying. It didnt help our cunning ruse when Paige jumped up on the table, and drunkenly belted out "we hear its all our birthdays, and we are here to say, happy happy birthday..." before breaking into tears and throwing tortillas. Flour based projectiles cover the aptly named "tortilla room." A sullen mix of rage and hysterics hung in the air like so many tortillas. And just when i thought the scene couldnt get worse, the ninjas came in... ... soon after that, i awoke in my bowl of queso. I guess i should get more sleep. Oh, i have huge crush on their cheese enchiladas. Eat them!

Last night in town and we ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered fajitas with sour cream, guacamole and cheese. The receipt accurately reflected my order, but the fajitas came without the sour cream, cheese and guacamole. The manager, Zach, said that by using Uber Eats that I increased my chance of being a victim of human error. He didnt accept any responsibility, he was short and borderline rude. So, I guess the moral of the story is dont order from here when using Uber Eats because if they screw up your order, you have to find a ride to their location to get it fixed. Now thats what I call customer service...NOT!

Atmosphere is really nice.. but let me tell you, I am not a picky eater and I never leave reviews but I was really disappointed with the food and the lack of effort for a good dish. The only good thing you can get here is a steaming plate of fajitas, which you can hardly eat without burning your mouth. Nonetheless, the rice is hard and the beans were extremely salty. The tortilla soup seemed to be heated up in the microwave before served, wouldnt doubt the use of the same techniques when preparing other dishes. Not to mention before all of this, we got a sprite with a nat in it. Idk good luck

I went to pick up a to-go order. I was given one tiny container of salsa. I live in Fort Worth and frequent OTB to-go. Im always given extra salsa when asked; was told its complimentary and literally made all day. Id never been to this location. I asked for additional salsa and was rudely told that they ran out. After then offering to pay for the quart size, the woman helping us rolled her eyes and was magically able to find some salsa that she claimed seconds before to not have. One star for rudeness, the eyeroll and shoving the salsa container at me like I was bothering you.

We love on the border and came right when they opened today they were short staffed. We tried to be patient and understanding , giving them the benefit of the doubt , however the whole time we only got 1 salsa for 3 people to share ... Drinks were wrong and it took forever to get our food. To say the least by the time we left I was a little annoyed. It is a huge pet peeve of mine to pay $30+ dollars for a meal and have poor service and leave me in a bad mood :/ wont be coming back to this location will stick with On The Border in Bedford.

Took forever to sit my family of four, then they sat us at a really dirty table and when I asked to get a rag to clean the table myself they took 10-15 to bring it after requesting it twice. I talked to the manager and told me that a manager didnt come in along with boss boy and she was just really short handed all day. I manage a business my self and that is never an excuse, as a manager you hold the ultimate responsibility to provide a level of great consistant service to your customers.

On the Border (Six Flags location) makes great tasting food and had great customer service. The patio is the best setting and this specific location is far superior to the parks mall location. The Parks location has given us bad service, rude staff, and the last visit we made, we say for half an hour while being ignored so we got up, left, and went to the six flags location and have been going there since. We even get pick up orders to go and the food is well made and well packaged.

As a regular guest to this location I would say that the waitstaff is very friendly and attentive. The new change to having two waitstaff per table is a great idea. The food always comes in a timely manner depending on how full the restaurant is of course. The taste is over all very good. Given that the most expensive thing on the menu is less than $20 makes having a meal with the family affordable. I always leave this restaurant full and satisfied.
