At check in, the host tells us that it would take 45 minutes to an hour to seat our party of seven. 90 minutes later, we had not yet been seated while we watched about a dozen other parties who arrive after us get seated. Rather than think creatively and seat us after enough people had left, they kept seating parties of two, three or four. At one point, they seated a party of six ahead of us! Keep in mind that our party of seven included a baby; so, technically, we were also a party of six (plus a high chair which could easily be squeezed in anywhere at our table). After getting seated, we waited an additional 30 minutes before a waitress came to see us! We did all the things were supposed to do to get service: informed the host, summoned our server using the tabletop touch pad, and notified passing servers. We finally got attention when we asked for the manager! Our server looked like she was in a grumpy mood. Rather than get us proper napkins and silverware, she brought us disposable sets. She didnt distribute them; she just dumped them at one end of the table and expected us to help ourselves. Later on, she did the same thing with our check. I told her I was paying the bill, but she gives the check to someone at the other end of our table! It took over 20 minutes for us to get our food even though we ordered things that any other BWW could bring us in half the time. On top of that, the orders were incomplete (a few dishes didnt get their side orders). The waitress response was, "I didnt know you wanted the sides." Huh?! If the menu says a dish comes with fries, I shouldnt have to say I also want fries! All in all, this had to be my WORST EVER experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. It was so disappointing!

Long story short this was the worse dinning experience I have ever encountered at any dinning of their locations. It ruined my evening, I had planned to watch a great basketball match with my Family and that didnt happen. I was told by the Host that the expected wait was 30 or more minutes to be sat. I pointed out to the Host that I saw empty tables in the patio area and he replied, " you can sit out there and watch the game youre just not goin to get any service. " Thats when I asked for the MOD, when he came up to talk to me I explained to him what the Host had commented to me and the Manager replies, "we are short staffed tonight, have you ever tried working with kids?" I then proceeded to leave with my family to a diffrent establishment. I felt this location didnt value our business or our patronage. I also feel that with proper planning and scheduling this situation could have been prevented. I hope that in the future this Buffalo Wild Wings location plans and schedules according to highly viewed games and sporting events if they plan to advertise themselves as an establishment to view sports.

I arrived a bit AFTER i was told my order would be ready for pick up and it still was not ready. Fine, i dont mind waiting a bit. After sitting there a bit i was told the reason for the delay was that another customer put in a larger order and set back everyone else. When my food was finally brought out it was incomplete. The lady helping me (who had an attitude with everyone she spoke to im assuming due to being busy, though that is no excuse) told me the person who initially took my order was to blame for it being incomplete. I ordered a lunch meal that comes with a side (usually fries) and she told me if i wanted my fries i would have to wait even longer. Being that i had called in my order a head of time to expedite the process since i have limited time for lunch i had no more time to waste and checked out. I still had to pay full price for my meal even though it was incomplete. awful customer service!!

Terrible experience! :( We visit the Arlington location that was not very busy at the moment, I use their restroom which was made a mess really, really, bad papers on the floor, apparently they have a leak and the put buckets to collect the water, the only toilet that I saw was disgusting, i can believe that they are running a restaurant on this conditions. Also the service was bad from the management side that was also the host at the moment, he sit us and didnt notify the server walking by us several times until we let him know that we have not been knowledge for a long time. We were serve by James that did a very good job but didnt make up for the terrible experience. There are plenty of other places to choose from on this area we are not going back and hope other people do the same until this place do some improvements.

I love this BDUBS. I love the service that we always get here. I live over by Joe Pool Lake and I come all the way over to this one. On their busiest night they found a way to accomodate my daughter for her 13th birthday. there was 15 of us and we made it work. It took our food a minute to come out but it was great. The host I forgot his name but he wore glasses was awesome. Then the store manager Harvey was a amazing. He came thru and asked was everything ok, and if the food was good. We need more customer service in the work place where people are visible to the public. This store should be rated for their customer service. We went last week on 05/23/2017, and the service was still good. I asked for Kayla, but we got another waiter and he was good as well. Thanks for making our dine in experience a good one. Horrible service from Erica. Every thing was good at first but near the last 30 minutes our waitress disappeared. We had 10 people at our table and everyone had empty drinks and our waitress was nowhere to be found. When she finally showed up 20 - 30 minutes later to ask if we needed anything, I said we needed drink refills a while ago but now well just leave can we have our check. Had to ask for the check 3 times including the hostess and finally the manager printed it. During the time the manager was talking with us Erica had the nerve to raised her voice and call us all liars as she walked off. Will never go back to this establishment theres an obvious issue with the staff that works there. The current management needs to be replaced if these are the kind of people they are allowing to work for them. Ticket #70040

Placed an order togo in advanced that was said to be ready at 7 pm. We arrived 20 minutes early expexting to wait till 7 at 7:20 still no food was told they are "bagging it up right now" i went and found the manager Jason. Jason left to the kitchen promising to check on the order. Ten minutes later i see Jason walking to the drink station get a drink and start drinking it on the floor, he makes eye contact with me and bee lines it back to the kitchen where i see him go straight into the office. Not once did he ever come out or fix anything. finally get the food at 7:35 no sign of Jason. Not ever dining at this location again, make the drive to another location and youll still get your food faster.
