It was my first time visiting this location as it was closest to the hotel I was staying in. I had not been to a TGIF in a decade and therefore, since I had a gift card, I decided to use it and try it out. There is a shortage of staff and therefore it took a while before someone came to greet me and lead me to a table. Then I ordered and the food arrived slightly cold, instead of right away. Since I had ordered the special burger, the fries were warm and not hot, which made it evident to me that the plate had been sitting there for a bit longer than it needed to. So I informed the waitress and she said she would get me a fresh serving. That took some time as well before it arrived and I had eaten my burger by that time. The noise level surprised me as I was hoping to eat my dinner in a peaceful quiet spot, but a few tables of guests were too loud. Will I go back again? No, as there are too many other choices and my first experience here did not sit well with me. Therefore I will not be returning and will try out the multitude of choices when it comes to restaurants in Arlington. I guess, thats why chain restaurants are starting to close down and go out of business in this competitive business environment, and customers have so many choices to pick from.

Theres no way Id go back here. Our server was helping another server out, but that didnt mean forget about us just because you let us know that. My food was horrible. The ribs tasted reheated and to the point that the meat was extra hard & crispy. I was to upset to even have them remake it. My friend ordered the endless meal and he only got the bonless wings of it. The rest of what he put in to order along with it, never came until we were walking out the door. It took about 30 mins for a side of Mac&cheese. When hired, servers should be required to work at a fast pace when necessary. Theres no excuse to leave and not come back for long periods at a time inside of ANY restaurant. The manager also needs to be walking around making sure everyone is okay. I hate when my money is wasted because I work hard for it just like everyone else does.

I came here for the first time ever to try out the endless appetizers. I dont generally like big chains like this, but my wife really wanted to come here. I must say that the fact that there are so few appetizers is disappointing. I really expected more than FOUR. But of the four, they were all really tasty. It takes a little time to order, and the fact that they give you such small portions doesnt help. But the bottom line is that I paid a fair cost for a supply of food that pleased the areas of cravings that I wanted to have pleased and it filled me up, so what more could you ask for? Coming here every friday? Not a chance. But Id come by again and still be happy if I got the same experience.

Ordered a Sirloin steak well done to go online, made it too my home only to see the inside of my steak was rare filled with blood. Called to informed them of my order, hostess tells me since I took a (TO GO) order home they cant re do it Ill have to pay for a SECOND steak (whaaaaat!!). Soooooo even though my online order stated WELL DONE and this is a problem on YOUR END I will have to pay another $17?? I insisted that I speak with a manager who then informed me that he will replaced my order he was very understanding. This rating doesnt go towards him but towards the customer service of his hostess. smh Very rude. This happened at 12:58AM on Sept 1

Caesar salad had the worst tasting lemon dressing. In the first place Ive never ever heard of lemon in a Caesar salad or lemon in Caesar dressing so they brought me another Caesar salad with no limit I got the same exact worst taste then I asked for another soup, instead, the waitress bought me a Garden salad at that with ranch dressing so I settled, my very first bite had hair. I would totally through after that. My five-year-old grandson had the chicken Caesar salad and only thing he ate on that salad was the chicken he didnt like it either. The manager was nice enough to remove it from the bill but I wont be visiting TGIF Friday anytime soon

If only I could give it half a star...I took my family for an early dinner, the place was almost empty. It was uninviting, dim, and needs updating. The restroom was clean and smelled fresh. However, the floor around our table was sticky and there was food smeared on the menu. Our food came quickly and was fresh and hot. The burger tasted horrible and when I spoke with the Manager his response was "I had it for lunch, it tasted great"(my tastebuds will not be swayed that is your OPINION). my husbands refill came with what looked like a gnat stuck to the side of the glass. By that time I was ready to go and will NEVER go there again.

Wasnt too Pleasant because they didnt have enough workers for the overload they had for this day which was July 3rd 2017 the day before the 4th of July everything was not in order they should have planned better for workers took too long to get your orders took too long to get food order and drink orders and I know it could have been better if they would have had enough people working you not have enough servers to wait on you or enough cooks or anything in management was poor specially the pirate and I call that the one with the patch on his eye as a manager very poor manager

This place is absolutely the worst restraunt i have ever attended! The server was extremely rude! The wings and mozzarella sticks were almost raw in the middle we immediately began feeking sick after biting into the wings with the almost raw consistency. After speaking to the manager he had ZERO INTEREST in my complaint although i made it clear and showed him the wings with the raw center. By no means should anyone ever attend such a poor quality restraunt i dont care if you are absolutely literally not metaphoricaly dying of hunger! Never go here.

The hostess staff was very rude, disorganized and disredpectful. We also had to wait over an hour and a half while they set group after group. People were coming in and being seated immediately. We started to notice all the people waiting were white, and they were seating the black people right away. Im not racist, but we were victims of reverse racism. The manager told us before we sat, that he would help out when the bill came for being overlooked for so long. We never saw him again. I would find another TGIFridays to go to instead of this place.

There was one employee (I think a host) that was unpleasant, but what really made his attitude stick out in my mind was that every single other staff member just exuded awesome! Great attitudes, great service, just friendly as heck. I dont really like "casual dining chain" experience generally, but they were very accommodating to our large groups weird demands. The one guy tried to be Mr. Rule enforcement, but maybe he was new because several others would immediately step in with the greatness. Cant quite give 5 stars because Le Douche
